I hade not done any maintenance on the door for several years and it sounded like it. |The workmean checked the door out,greased the tracks and fixed the wiring on the push button door opener. |The door now opens easily and has never been quieter.

Description of Work: The service technician identified two issues. One of the cable lines was frayed, which potentially would cause the garage door to crash. He replaced the cable lines at a reasonable cost. Also he advised that I needed a new garage door opener. Since it was 20 years old, I was expecting this, as the sensors were not operating. Another technician came the next day to replace the garage door opener. I am satisfied by the work performed by both technicians.
