Very pleased with the response time and work done on a Saturday!

The garage door is working very well and I have no problem closing the garage door by the garage door opener when the weather is cold. He came on time and was very professional.

All interactions have been great. Tune-up went fine. We called when shortly after that the door wouldn't open, so they made a return visit. Turned out the problem was user error (on my part), but they waived the charge for the return visit anyway. Months later when a major spring mechanism cracked I had them out. They diagnosed problem, fixed (he had parts in the truck), and also lubed both our door while on site. We also had a good discussion (that I initiated) about door upgrades--the tech was knowledgeable and helpful, but didn't push sales on me at all. Pricing has been quite reasonable. Scheduling and responsiveness has been great. Am very happy with them.

It was everything that I expect from a service provider, but so infrequently receive. From calling the company to get a quote and schedule installation to the installation itself, it all went so smoothly. The installer called about 20 minutes before he arrived (just as they said) and arrived at the beginning of the time window promised. He thoroughly explained the work, including instructions on to program and use it. The installation was fairly quick and the price was as quoted. And the installer was a very kind, courteous person!

Scott came out and was super helpful! He fixed the torsion tube that had been cut off at the bearing plate, and replaced the bearing plates. He oiled the garage door and checked the cables, looked for rust, and any other issues. He even helped put up a wireless keypad that we had received as a Christmas present. 😊 Scott was very knowledgeable, polite, and incredibly helpful. Will definitely use them again!

I was debating on giving them either A or B for both price, and overall rating as the person who scheduled the work with me did not disclose a service charge, I was surprised when repairman mentioned during his assessment of the work. This is my third time hiring them and I never had any issue with their repair staff. Repair staff continues to do a phenomenal job in explaining the problems, recommending repair/maintenance and performing the repairs. But, their customer service and scheduling process weren't the same as my previous 2 encounters. I still would like to give them the benefit of the doubt and the recent rash of cold weather, assuming to be keeping them busy more than usual but I will appreciate if they make sure that their customer service won't take a nose dive as they continue to expand.

The tech arrived early and was ready to go. He not only checked everything, he took time to give me advice on what to look for to see signs of trouble as well as basic service I can perform on my own.

He did a good job checking all the parts of the door. He lubricated the rollers. He was efficient and friendly. Based on this job, I would call Overhead Garage Door again for any repairs I would need.

I just bought the home, and the home inspector indicated there were some loose bolts on garage door opener. Didn't realize how bad the opener sounded until it was fixed. Was badly in need of lubrication, plus bolts were tightened and two bolts added.

Called ahead of time. Completed a quick tune up and explained why it was getting louder.

Scott came out and got our door fixed. Scheduling the appointment was great, they came out the next morning when I needed them. Scott was on time. We had 2 springs, cables and rollers replaced. They are very professional. I've used them before and will use them again.

Overhead called me the same day I paid for the $39 deal to schedule a time. Scott called ahead to say he was on his way and arrived shortly after 9AM. He checked out, tightened, greased and lubed everything. It certainly runs smoother now. Hope my 14+ year old opener now lasts a bit longer!

Our garage door was not opening on the first attempt. Technician tightened the spring and lubed all the parts. Now it opens on the first try. That was exactly what we needed.

Repair person was very kind, patient, informative, honest. He arrived on time, actually early and was willing to wait until I was able to get to the appointed time of 12-3 window. Very impressed. Wasn't "pushy" in trying to sell un- necessary repairs or fixes. At this time I would HIGHLY recommend this company to my neighbors & friends.
