Description of Work: Installed a front yard flood control system to prevent sewer water backup into the basement during heavy rains. They were a little slow at times in responding to phone calls, but did show up on time for the scheduled work and proceeded in a timely manner until finished. They reinstalled the grass on the install site and left it looking almost as it did before any work was started. I would not hesitate to have them work for me again.

Description of Work: I hired Xpert Flood Control in July of 2013. The services were performed in October 2013. They gave me a start date of 10/03/13 but didn't actually make it to my property until a week later. I did not receive a phone call stating that the work had been delayed. I had to call several times to find out the status. During this whole ordeal, my newly renovated basement got flooded. If they had started on the 3rd as originally promised, I could of avoided an additional $3,000.00 in renovation costs. I won't truly know if their flood system works until spring when we have heavy rain in Chicago. As far as customer service, I rate them a D and I'm being kind. As far as the flood control, I'm crossing my fingers until Spring 2014.

Description of Work: I contacted them after experiencing basement flooding and sewage back up after a heavy rain this past april. They were able to come out on a Sunday and took the time to review all sewage and plumbing in our house. While they could have sold me on an expensive solution their remedy was more practical. At the time of this review I am still following up on some of their questions relating to the actual cause of the leak, but I intend to use them to have the work performed

Description of Work: Contractor had to cut concrete walk way, and dig down about 8 feet to patch crack in foundation, then back fill.

Description of Work: They unclogged a sewer clog, and will be fixing or replacing a sewage basin and sump pump.

Description of Work: THEY INSTALLED A FLOOD VALVE SYSTEM.
