Description of Work: Last fall I signed up for a yard clean up. Mr. Welts contacted me to schedule a date. I told him I wanted to wait until the leaves had fallen. I kept waiting for all the leaves to fall, which actually happened over an extended period of time, so I ultimately cleaned up most of the leaves myself as they fell. I contacted Mr. Welts earlier this spring and asked that he have his crew come clean up the winter debris in preparation for spring growth. They came within a day and cleaned up everything nicely. He also offered to come back to spread pine bark mulch for an additional cost. I told him I would contact him when I have set out my various flower pots.

 + -1 moreMoritz is exceptionally responsive to concerns and emails. However, we had too many problems with the service to continue using it. We went through the entire season without having any weeds pulled or otherwise controlled. Several of the weeds had grown to be 3 feet tall. (When I mentioned it to him, it was done very soon thereafter.) The first time the service came, they installed a few stones to separate a planter from the grass, those stones are still there, but the rest were never installed. (This was not remedied after contacting Moritz.) At one point, the people mowing had damaged our front steps, splitting the wood - presumably by running into it. The damage was quickly repaired - and repaired well - when I mentioned it to Moritz. The final two times the service was performed, the grass and leaves were blown into the alley behind the house, and into the street in front of the house, including into the neighbors' yards. This prompted complaints from the neighbors. The first time, I mentioned it to Moritz and he offered to come clean it up. But it happened a second time, this time with the leaves and grass blown right against wet vehicles (including mine) so that the cars were covered in debris.
Description of Work: We hired this provider to perform semi-monthly lawn services: mowing, weed control, raking, etc.
