Description of Work: They did plumbing work. The replaced a new plumbing box for a washer/dryer. They were excellent. They did a fantastic job, I was fortunate to have found them. Jan was great, I will definitely be using them in the future. The quality was excellent.

Description of Work: This was to reset a toilet. I was frustrated that we could not come to an agreement. We talked over the phone and he quoted a price that I did not agree with and I did not end up using them.

Description of Work: Not only is he the most reliable and most professional plumber I have ever had the privilege of knowing, but he KNOWS what he is doing. He took apart my system, and within each layer, he found another problem the last few idiots did when they said they "KNEW" what they were doing-- costing me more money, time and an unhappy shower experience. Not only is my shower brand new from Jan's handy work, I will never trust another plumber again. He worked on my shower for 11 hours. Never complaint, just fixing the problems. And what he couldn't fix in the moment, he ordered parts and followed up with me regarding installation time. HIGHLY recommend him. If you are tired of plumbers who don't live up to their end of the bargain, you don't have to worry here. I know I sound like an an overzealous reviewer-- but if you had your shower on the way I do again, you'd be singing his praises. Thank you---

Description of Work: We had an elbow pipe (P-trap) underneath our bathroom vanity that was leaking badly. Jan arrived ahead of schedule, explained exactly what the problem was and how it should be resolved (replacement of the P-trap). The work was done in a professional manner and there was nothing to clean up afterwards. We used an Angie's big deal coupon (worth $200). The job, including parts, labor and service call, would have cost $215 but with the coupon costing us $99, we ended paying out of pocket $116. Jan also did a small side job free of charge. Would definitely use the service again.
