Description of Work: Mike was very thorough and worked with me to give a fair and detailed appraisal of my home. His report was well detailed and included detailed comparisons of similar style homes to mine in my area. His turn around time was not more then expected from date of appraisal to when i received the appraisal.

Description of Work: Mike came in to do an appraisal for a mortgage thing I had going on and he knocked it out of the park!!! He got me the information exactly when and WHERE I needed it to be. He was thorough especially for an appraisal and he offered plenty of solutions to questions we had and he got us nicely presented assessment rather quickly.

Description of Work: I bought a deal for $279 real estate appraisal - single family home or condominium. It worked out great.

Description of Work: I needed an appraisal on my house. 1/1/15 was my first choice. Mike called to set up the meeting, arrived on time, talked me through what he needed from me, told me what I needed to know from him. He measured the rooms, took pictures inside and outside of the house, and told me I would receive the appraisal by e-mail in a few days. I also asked for a market analysis which he recommended. Mike was timely, helpful, and interesting to learn from.

He did a thorough review and analysis for us. He asked the purpose of the appraisal/market analysis in order to best ascertain how and what information to provide. I believe he has an excellent knowledge and understanding of North Side real estate. Mike provided the completed appraisal within a timely 4 business days. Mike told me that his clients regularly turn into his friends and I believe it. He's just that kind of person. He also offered to be a resource for questions that might arise, generously offering his time at no charge. "I love to talk real estate," he said.
