Description of Work: Ned himself is a terrific business man. Some of his sub contractors need to be a little more professional. Sub contractors were on cell phones way too much. Did a terrific job remodeling a kitchen that was over 74 years old. Ned always responded to my calls.

Description of Work: They gave me an verbal estimate last yr for $7,000 and this year a different rep came out and gave me one for $10,895. Knocked of $895 if I agreed to put up a yard sign. Told me how Good the Price was and that It was only good right then. When I told him I had to be a peace and pray about it and I would not sign anything right then he practically cursed me out and stormed off. Needless to say I will not e contacting them for any estimates nor will I do any business with them.

This lady made an appointment for a fence estimate. I'm not sure why a kitchen was discussed. Normally I personally see customers who request a kitchen or bath estimate. There are so many variables and choices in a kitchen/bath project. Prices can vary greatly depending on what the customer selects as far as materials and layout specifics. I wish I would have met this lady instead of a new sales representative.

Description of Work: They put in a new shower in the bathroom. It went fine, but I called them a few months ago. They said they would call or come the next week but never called or came.

We did some bathroom work for [member name removed] three years ago. She called our office about repairing an electrical switch for her garbage disposal in her kitchen and replacing some trim work. I told her that we were busy and would not be able to see her immediately. I did call her a few weeks later but never reached her to set up an appointment to see her.
