We contracted Trivic Remodelers for a kitchen rebuild project when we lived in Chicago. The project went great, even better than expected. Seven years later when we moved to the Northern Suburbs, we contracted them for a complete rebuild of the outside of our home (roof, new brick exterior, deck, and new portico over the front door). This was a major project with six different crews. Each crew was excellent craftsmen in their specialty and truly nice people. I can't emphasis enough how important it is to have people working the job who are both talented and a pleasure to interact with on these long projects. Ned, the contractor, is beyond excellent. In addition to finding excellent people, he offers great options, keeps us informed, and stays actively involved during the project (helping people do their best).

Ned and his team did an exceptional job renovating our basement. We've worked with a number of contractors over the years, and Ned is far and away the best one we've ever worked with. Trivic Remodelers is a true partner when it comes to their work. As first-time homeowners with an older home, Ned's attention to detail, clear communication, and expertise to help guide us when we needed to make decisions on what was important vs. aesthetic was invaluable, and made our 2+ month project a breeze. His estimates were always fair, and his work came in on time and on budget - would highly, highly recommend! Can't wait to work with them again.

We are thrilled with Trivic Remodelers! We finished a kitchen, half bath, first floor remodeling in May, and previously they’ve done our master bathroom, and 2 other bathrooms. They do a beautiful job. Every detail is considered and things work great. When there’s a problem, they troubleshoot it and problem solve. We couldn’t be happier!

This was the 3rd condo reno Trivic has done for me and continues to exceed expectations while NOT exceeding budget. Ned handles customer service and communication personally and coordinates tasks with experienced tradespeople who are long term subcontractors with his business. They also renovated my personal home in 2019-2020 with outstanding results.

Ned was great to work with, gave practical advice when needed, and completed work when promised. He addressed concerns in a timely fashion and let us know when we needed to shop for something or make choices in advance. As with any major project there were some costs we didn't anticipate and some places we found we were able to cut corners or adjust our priorities. Ned was always available to communicate about our options throughout the rehab process and ultimately our costs were very close to the initial estimate. It should be noted that at the beginning of our project timeline inflation and supply issues were at play, so major kudos to Ned for staying on top of the budget. We were extremely satisfied with the work of the framers and finishers, who solved several tricky problems dealing with our very uneven floors and were great people in general. We also appreciated the effort all of Ned's subcontractors made to keep the workspaces clean and to remove debris efficiently and quickly. We did have some minor issues with the electricians. They seemed to be spread too thin and took time to reschedule if they needed to correct something, but everything did work out in the end. 4 months later, we are still very happy with the remodel and will definitely recommend Trivic remodelers to family and friends.

Trivic did a terrific job on our Kitchen remodel. It was my dream come true! The owner, Ned Trivic is especially skilled in remodeling, design and created the most awesome customer service experience. He kept us informed every step of the project. His communication was clear and thorough. He was always pleasant and so was his crew. He could answer all of our questions and made great suggestions. His crew always arrived on time and worked very hard. Our kitchen is SO great, looks right out of a magazine! Also I can't stress enough customer service experience: thoughtful, daily updates, return calls on Sundays, and always happy to help. TRIVIC Remodeling is a gem! Call Ned today! We had to dig up the floor of our ('90s handyman special) finished basement to replace a sewer valve, and figured we might as well take the opportunity to refinish the basement. Ned was great about working with us to identify what we could afford to do with our budget, and Wesley did excellent work leveling the concrete floor and installing vinyl flooring, creating a built-in bench to hide mechanicals while still providing access and storage, and replacing drywall and trim, along with a bunch of other small jobs that we asked him to complete. Excellent work at a good price.

This is the 3rd major project Trivic Remodelers has done for us - starting with a kitchen remodel in 2008, then a tear off and replacement of our roof, and now building a new full bath in our basement. Most of all, we appreciate that when the project is done, it's done right. The guys show up when they say, clean up after themselves and explain what they're doing. I also really appreciate their guidance on where to try and save a few bucks and where not to when it comes to picking out hardware, flooring, etc.

Shout out and thanks to Gustavo, Mike, Elia, Mark, Fabian, Marcelo and the guys who sanded the steps! Work began a week earlier than scheduled! They arrived timely, worked all day when possible, tidied up and hauled away the trash. We are extremely pleased with the fair cost and excellent workmanship of the final projects. We will not hesitate to contact Ned for our next project.

It has been a pleasure working with Trivic Remodelers. Ted, the owner, helped us in designing our layout, which included electrical and plumbing work. Trivic installed custom-made cabinets, a dishwasher, a range hood, a sink, and quartz countertops for our kitchen. Our home is 136 years old and still had the original plumbing. Trivic encountered problems with the plumbing and replaced the old rusted and cracked pipes with PVC and copper pipes bringing us into the 21st century. We were impressed with their knowledge and expertise. Any of our questions and/or concerns were promptly answered and addressed. The whole experience has been a satisfying one and we would definitely recommend Trivic Remodelers for their renovation services.

Ned and his crew with Trivic remodelers were superb. Ned was very hands on and communicative with our project. His tradesmen were well skilled, friendly, and they went above and beyond. The basement renovation could not have gone smoother. I will be calling Ned in the future to remodel my bathroom. Great remodeling company!

We started working with Ned in March, just as the COVID lockdown was starting. We had just purchased a new home with a deck we knew needed replacement. The deck project stalled because of permitting and COVID-related slowness, but in the meantime, we had Trivic do some painting projects inside the house and on our front door. Inside the house, the walls were full of holes and screws and scuffs from the previous owners. Before we moved in, we had Trivic repair all the damage, and when they were done the walls looked like new again. We were very pleased Once we finally got going on the deck, in late June, everything moved quickly. The Trivic team worked efficiently to build a beautiful new deck quicker than I expected. We love our new deck, and our neighbors are all commenting on it, too. Ned was responsive the whole time, and was a pleasure to work with.

We hired Trivic Remodelers to remove a project and perform repairs after we had unfortunately gotten into a mess with an unscrupulous contractor who had performed bad work. It was a challenging and strenuous project to take on and we had to do it long distance, without upsetting neighbors on site. Ned was so accommodating to us, honest with his assessment of what the work would entail, and beyond professional throughout. He was easy to connect with if any concerns came up with the project (which were few), and was quick to address them. Since we were in a situation where we couldn't be on site to monitor the work all the time, Ned went out of his way to take pictures of the project as it progressed to send to us. We were very pleased with the results once everything was complete. It was refreshing to be working with a true professional and knowledgeable craftsman who wants to do a good job and make his customers happy. When we have another project Trivic Remodelers will be who we call.

Trivic Remodelers Inc. did a wonderful job on our bathroom remodel project. It was a gut rehab and I was very impressed with their skills every step of the way, including plumbing, electrical, installing tile and suggestions for design. Even plumbing that was eventually covered by tile was installed straight and true in a professional manner. I am an architect myself, so I know how hard it can be to find people who excel at all the skills involved. The cost for such an extensive project was reasonable. Throughout the project they were reliable, thorough, and careful. They arrived on time and cleaned up when they were done. Their skills were especially noticeable in laying out our tile. The tile was a challenging material to work with, but their old world craftsmanship was up to the task. I chose porcelain wall tile from Italy which had white veins running through a darker background color. The final layout had a beautiful appearance like floating clouds. Although I chose some of the materials, Trivic supplied the basics like wallboard, pipes, etc. Trivic also supplied finishing touches that were tastefully chosen like the LED can lights and nicely designed cover for our heating vent. Throughout the project Trivic responded quickly when I had questions. Overall I am very pleased with the final product and highly recommend Ned Trivic and his crew.

Ned and his team did an absolutely fantastic job. The team was timely, worked around our schedule, and did meticulous work. A year after the remodel and the bathroom still looks brand new. Ned is great at communicating and checking in frequently. Would hire 1000 times again!

He does great work, very responsive, and his price is very manageable, he suggest solutions for the project all the time.

Ned was AWESOME. He is extremely professional, reliable, and communicative. His work is beautiful, and he does it efficiently. I've worked with many contractors in the past and he is the only one I would hire again. He handled multiple changes and additions to the project (caused by me :) with ease, and was able to replace all our carpeting with hardwood while in the midst of a kitchen remodel. Also, he was upfront about the cost/benefit of certain decisions (plumbing, placement of cabinets, etc) and was just an incredible consultant throughout the entire process. I am planning to hire Ned again for our master bath remodel! He is wonderful. I included before/after photos (the before was very copper/ dark wood/ black finishes, and the after is the gray/white kitchen).

I had a deck built and did not want sliding doors, but opted for a steel door and screen door. I had the two doors installed where there previously were no doors, so the siding of the house had to be cut into. The doors perfectly fit and function and look elegant. Then, a different crew came to make the door look as though it has always been there by doing interior drywall work and painting. Another worker came to finish the outside with siding and molding. It looks super-terrific! Note I did buy my own two doors at a home improvement store, my own paint and accompanying locks. Ned the owner is the most pleasant person who really listens to your needs and does not rush you into making decisions. He suggested options which I had not thought about. He is available to meet with in the evenings and weekends, which also is a plus. The workers that came were very nice and friendly and worked non-stop. The price was bundled in with additional work I had done on my garage, so can't say exactly the cost for this door project, but I am confident it was fair and worth it. I'm so happy that I am having more work done on my house with Trivic today!

We just finished a gut remodel of our bathroom with Trivic Remodelers. We got multiple quotes when deciding who to use, and liked their approach the best. When the actual quotes came in, they were also one of the most competitive. This is our first home we've owned, and our only bathroom, so we relied a lot on Ned's expertise and suggestions to achieve what we wanted. They were wonderful to work with and very responsive. We hit snags on this project and they were really great about helping with solutions and rolling with all the surprises. Such as finding plumbing mistakes from a previous remodel, switching vanities last minute because home depot messed up my order (twice), adding on some electrical work we needed in the living room, and more. My husband and I started using the new bathroom this weekend and we LOVE it. I think the best feature is that they restored a window which had been boarded up and covered, and put in a new glass block window. I attached photos so you can see the before/after! I would definitely recommend Trivic Remodelers and we will use them again for any projects!

Ned & his team are the best! We've worked with two other companies in the past and have had terrible experiences. Ned and his team are respectful, kind and clean! The guys picked up after themselves each day and made sure the job was done right. Ned takes a lot of pride in his and his teams work. He is responsive, sticks to the budget and is overall a really nice guy. We will be using them for future projects!!

Ned was wonderful! I actually live in Dallas and needed to have a bathroom installed for my elderly aunt in the Chicago area. I expected this process to be a headache for my husband and I but Ned made the process seamless. He was attentive to my Aunt’s needs and responsive to her sometimes bossiness. He offered to take her to Home Depot to select her fixtures. She is more than satisfied with her bathroom. His cost was inline with competitors but it was the ease of working with Ned long distance that sealed the deal for us.

I had a great experience with Trivic. Ned and his crew were very professional and friendly. The job was done quickly and no messes were left behind. The building is very old and they were able to find a solution to install a range and exhaust hood for me. They ran into a safety issue (that was not their fault) and helped me resolve it immediately by making a special trip that night to show me the problem. The estimate they gave me ended up being very close to the final cost. I highly recommend Trivic.
