We did not use Trivic's services because we found his hard-sell approach unpleasant. His estimate was also far and away the most expensive. He left a bad taste in our mouth and we would never call him again.

I spent approximately $5000. They came, redid my roof, and left. They finished the work in a day. The cleanup was pretty good. I found a few scratches here and there in the bushes, but that was not much. It was not as worse as much as what I did it 25 years ago. I got a good deal with financing through them, that is why we went ahead with them. I don't do much of this stuff to know about whether to recommend or not. They did a good job and we are thinking about bringing them back to help with the kitchen. They are much better than the guy who came out and did my fence. I will use them again in the future.

I knew of them before I signed up on Angie's List. They were very thorough and helpful in making suggestions. They were always here when they said they would be here. Their prices were very fair. They were very friendly and nice. They remodeled two bedrooms. Everything was done very satisfactorily. I will use them again in the future.

They would arrive every morning between 7:55 & 8:00 a.m. Lay down Tarps over any carpeting and tape up Plastic over doorways, to minimize any mess. Then they would each set out on their day's task (each doing their Specialty), never hesitating to help each other. I never heard any arguments or loud talking (even though most of it was in Polish), they always seemed to get along. They'd always eat their lunch in the van, and would never leave before 4:30 or 5 pm (after they cleaned up their work area and put away the tarp & plastic), and a few times they stayed even later if they were close to finishing their chosen task for the day. They did Great work while never complaining about anything.

Ned and his crew did a great job on the repairs and completed the work in 5 days which Ned had originally estimated. I had discovered that water was leaking in behind the walls when it rained. It had been going on for some time and caused damage to the walls in the upstairs bathroom. There was also prior water damage to the walls and ceiling from a previous water leak in the smaller, half-bath on the first floor directly below the full bath on the second floor. The first thing was to discover where the rain was getting into the house. After checking the roof, Ned discovered that the rain was getting in from the chimney area. The chimney was tuck-pointed, flashing was added, a crack in the chimney was sealed and a chimney cap was added. Also some small cracks in the roofing tile were sealed. The work on the chimney/roof stopped the leak. The damaged drywall was being removed while the work was being done on the chimney which saved some time. Ned?s crew cut away only the drywall that had been damaged (walls and ceiling on the first floor and walls on the second floor). There was old bathroom tile throughout the second floor bath that went from the sink on the left-hand side to the tub area on the right had side. The tile was over 50 years old so it could not be matched, so Ned?s crew removed the tile where the walls had been damaged and made new edges for the tile area behind the sink and where the tub tile ended so that it looks like the tile had only been meant to be placed behind the sink and around the tub. It looks really good and it saved some money. Both bathrooms have glass block window which have window bays around them and the new bays surrounding the windows look like new. The upstairs bathroom had old wallpaper on the upper walls which was removed and both bathrooms were painted. The walls and ceiling are seamless. I cannot tell where the drywall had been cut away. Everything was cleaned up and looks fresh and new. Ned and his crew from Trivic Remodelers did a great job and I would definitely hire them again.

Ned Trivic walked us through the whole process, adding helpful suggestions to how we envisioned the finished bathroom. The crew worked smoothly and the whole job was done with relatively little disruption to our daily routines. There were a few hiccups along the way, mainly due to parts we had ordered not coming in on time. The crew was able to work around these delays and at times, Ned and Adam, the crew foreman, searched for the necessary items when we didn't receive them as expected. Both Ned and Adam were easily accessible by phone whenever we had a question or problem, even after hours. All work adhered to the exacting specifications of our village inspectors. The finished product looks beautiful and came out just as we had hoped.

The workers were knowledgeable and very professional. The work was completed early and any delay was not due to them but to other contracting agencies.

Electric was more involved and took longer than ancticipated. All our issues were dealt with professionally and in a very timely manner.

Ned and his crew are experienced craftsmen who work hard, don't cut corners, and bill fairly. When my wife and I decided to embark on the Kitchen and Bath projects, we interviewed 4 contractors. Money was tight as we are expecting our 2nd child, but we decieded to get some bids and see if we could get some work done, first and foremost improvements to our drafty kitchen. Ned stood out immediately. Not only did he listen to what we wanted done, he added input and took time to thouroughly check the kitchen, bath, and adjacent spaces prior to giving us a quote. Based on this, together with his reputation on Angies list, his quote (which was the best of the 4 we recieved) , and the fact he could start within 2 weeks... we decided to hire Trivic. We signed a contract and provided Ned with a 50% downpayment. On the agreed upon "start date" Ned and his team arrived on schedule. They went right to work and within a day had the Kitchen pulled apart. Approximately 10 days later, everything was back together, better than ever. Throughout the job, they encountered issues, (we have a house dating to 1912, and we have come to know that corners were cut in prior renovations which proceeded our ownership). In each case, Ned and his team handled the un-expected calmly, and we were given our options. One example was the wiring in the kitchen. Although work had previously been done to our kitchen, the prior contractors had failed to upgrade the wiring. Another surprise was finding that 1st floor bathroom fan was not vented. Fortunately, Ned had anticipated finding some surprises and budgeted for this ... so discoveries were not a huge problem for either he, or us. Ned's crew was friendly, professional, efficient, and cleaned up after themselves. If we did find a problem, they promptly resolved it. We are very pleased with their work. Ned even called out of the blue a month after the job was completed to make sure everything was satisfactory and we were enjoying the results of the renovations. If you need work done and want a good honest contractor who knows houses ... Ned's your guy.

Overall it went very well. We have one bathroom in the house, so it was important this was done quickly and that we had a working toilet. The entire job took 8 business days and the toilet was functioning every night. The job was well-coordinated. Everyone showed up on-time - 1 day demolition, 2 day plumbing, 1/2 day electrical and 4 days finishing. The final product is great. We only had two issues, but Ned took care of them quickly, professionally and without any argument. (1) We have an older home and the tub wasn't leveled correctly. Ned sent the guys back out and they fixed it. even though it meant redoing the tiling. It's perfect now. (2) In their cleanup, grout ended up in the drain in the basement sink. Again, Ned had someone out right away and they redid the drain pipe at their cost. I was happy and impressed that Ned took responsibility for everything, ensured we were completely happy throughout the process, and didn't even ask about final payment until all of this was done to our satisfaction.

They were prompt in returning our request for an estimate. Showed up on time for the estimate. Returned an estimate within two days. Were very accomodating with questions and clarifications. When our condo agreed to accept the contractor they worked with us for an open date to perform the work. Showed up on time and finished on schedule. There was a nice follow up to determine our satisfaction. Wish all our contractors in past had been so good. Thanks

I am very pleased with the work that was done. The workers were all pleasant and professional. They cleaned up the area each day before they left. The listened to what we wanted and worked with us to make a very nice bathroom that works for our family. I was happily surprised that everything went so smoothly and was finished on schedule. I hope to have them do more work for us in the future.

I live in an old home, so it helped some. The work has helped, but not eliminated the problem. I am very pleased, however, with the glass block windows in the basement.

They were great, very knowledgeable and very experienced. They came exactly when they said they would, they were very pleasant, very convenient and extremely professional. They were neat and well organized. The foreman was very good about keeping us informed who would come the next day and at what time. The owner of the company came out, looked at the job and made some suggestions. It was a bit difficult to do it in the basement but he came back the next day with the foreman to take the measurements and plan everything. They were open to our suggestions and they tried really hard to do what we wanted. They made some important suggestions during the construction which made our bathroom more functional. I was very impressed with the quality of their work. I really had nothing to complain about because they used to stay late, work on a Saturday so that they could finish the work before the thanks giving.

The crew was punctual each and every day! Since this is our only full bath Ned and the crew were very understanding of our personal needs. The work was done with the least amount of inconvenience for the family. Ned was also accommodating to the time frame that was most convenient for us and did the job in five consecutive days, uninterrupted! We had the ceramic tile removed, new tiles replaced, new flooring done,and toilet, vanity, medicine cabinet/lighting,exhaust fan replaced. The new drywall was painted also. We are very pleased with the results! I would have to say that Ned and his crew would have to be described as trustworthy, punctual, caring, meticulous about their workmanship, and friendly. What more can you ask for? My husband and I would have no hesitation to recommend them to our friends and family. As a matter of fact we already have.

Ned Trivic and his crew are very experienced and willing to make suggestions. They are very patient and willing to make changes to insure that the customer is happy. Previous jobs included 2 bathroom remodellings, roof repair and siding installed, wall and ceiling replaced.

Ned and his crews were terrific to deal with throughout a very complicated project. They worked hard to ensure we were happy with the results and brought the job in on time and under budget.

Last fall, the roof on our elderly mother's buidling was leaking into her living room windows. She called Ned Trivic and asked him to give her an estimate. Ned gave a detailed estimate for the work and spent a lot of time answering her questions, but my mother decided it was getting too cold to do the work and wanted to wait until the spring. By the time spring came, the face brick was falling off the front of her buliding, so we called Ned again in March and asked him to meet with mother again, and meet with us too. Ned came to the house one evening and spent a lot of time with us answering our questions and walking us through how he would do the work. He reviewed a lot of the same items he had gone over with our mother previously, so we appreciated his patience in having to review things twice. We had a lot of additional questions and he answered all of them. Ned did the work quicky for us since it was urgent to not wait any longer. His workers did a very good job, and Ned came by often to check on the progress (and check in with us too). The work was done quickly and efficiently and it looks great. Ned was very responsive and patient with our elderly mother, the homeowner, who was very concerned about the work being done right, and we really appreciated the respect he showed her.

Trivic Remodelers did a wonderful job on my kitchen from start to finish. I was impressed by the quality craftsmanship and the overall attention to details. Also they completed my work in a timely fashion. They were all I expected and more.

Men came to work every day. Excellent workmen, very professional. The boss even came to check the work several times. They even brought me all of the samples to select from since I have a hard time getting around. Good people to work with.

The men were on time every day, they worked hard and took their time to do the job the right way. They didn't rush the job. My kitchen turned out beautifully. I am very satisfied and will recommend them to my friends. Nice people and personality to do business with.

Three Hiip-hip-hoorays for the crew! I tried to give Jim the salesman a tip, he politely refused saying our happiness was payment enough. What a guy!
