Trivic Remodelers did a wonderful job on my kitchen from start to finish. I was impressed by the quality craftsmanship and the overall attention to details. Also they completed my work in a timely fashion. They were all I expected and more.

Men came to work every day. Excellent workmen, very professional. The boss even came to check the work several times. They even brought me all of the samples to select from since I have a hard time getting around. Good people to work with.

The men were on time every day, they worked hard and took their time to do the job the right way. They didn't rush the job. My kitchen turned out beautifully. I am very satisfied and will recommend them to my friends. Nice people and personality to do business with.

Three Hiip-hip-hoorays for the crew! I tried to give Jim the salesman a tip, he politely refused saying our happiness was payment enough. What a guy!

It went very well, things got done on schedule or, if not possible, Ned was very good at keeping in touch and keeping us updated. His men were very hard working and his choice of subcontractors was excellent. When we had a problem after the work was done, he had his men check it out without charge. Ned even ran an errand for us.

It went very well overall. The owner, Ned Trivec was great to work with from start to finish. He is very professional, resourceful and intelligent. It was very easy to set up the first appointment to go over the scope of the work. He has a coordinator in his office, who set the appointment right away. Ned accommodates my work schedule and he was willing to meet in the evening and weekend. Most importantly, he listens to customers and tries understands what we want. I am quite handy and have had a bathroom remodeled. So I gave him a rather comprehensive list of the work and opted for an estimate for labor only. His estimate was near the middle of three contractors, which agreed with his statement that they are not the very top but somewhere in the middle with quality job. After we agreed on the price, Ned told that he could start in 3 weeks. In the meanwhile, I did most of shopping for tiles, tab, sinks, cabinets and hardware, simply because we enjoy such processes and we are rather picky about the function and appearance. Ned gave me excellent recommendations for stores and manufacturers. The work started in 4 weeks, because a cabinet delivery was slow. Ned planned to finish the work in 3 weeks and actually finished in 4 weeks. Clearly, one additional week is very reasonable and within my expectation. He could have finished sooner if he worked on both bathrooms at the same time, but he kept one working bathroom. What impressed me the most is that he came to the job site almost every day, sometimes twice a day, to check the progress and instructed his crew. He was really on top of the job. He also did research on particular materials that I picked and quickly found solutions to unanticipated issues. A crew of two did most of the work and he brought in an electrician and a plumber when necessary. They were all great. They came and worked everyday as promised. The crew was very hardworking, patient and courteous. They knew all the small but important tricks that make major differences. For example, the glass tiles that we picked for the bathroom wall turned out to be rather heavy and tricky to install. They experimented a few options patiently and found a good method. They really cared about how good the workmanship was, rather than just finishing the job. They worked reasonably cleanly. They swept the site at the end of the day everyday and patched and painted the hallway that got scratched during the work. Still, the house got very dusty, as expected, and I occasionally spent time wiping and cleaning. Both bathrooms came out really nice. The final cost was exactly the same as he estimated. Because I did some minor work my self (cleaning and touching up grout), Ned gave me a discount. The bottom line: Trivic Remodelers would be an excellent choice if you are looking for a dependable contractor that does a good job on the mid-high level projects.

They put a roof on my house and my garage. Ned replaced the doors. He rebuilt the frames. I have new steel storm doors. They did my garage. They enclosed the back porches on each floor. They totally remodeled. Their work is absolutely beautiful. We were so highly impressed with his skill and his work. I have had three other contractors in my house. I have never had such a helpful and courteous man contract with me. He would listen to what you wanted and he would come back with a sketch of the work. He wasn't ever rushy. They were the most punctual people I had ever known in my life. I didn't have to worry about them going back and forth. Everything was neat and tidy. They would always lock up for me. I felt comfortable having them in and around my home. I would recommend them and use them again.

THEY ARE VERY CONSCIENTIOUS. THEY DO GREAT WORK AND THE SHOW UP WHEN THEY'RE SUPPOSED TO. THEY GET THE JOB DONE. THEY ARE CLEAN AND HAULED EVERYTHING AWAY. THEY DO QUALITY WORK AND THEY DIDN'T LEAVE US HANGING TO DO ANOTHER JOB. THEY ARE VERY HONEST AND I COULD LEAVE A KEY FOR THEM.

I really can't say enough positive things about Ned Trivic and his crew. Ned came to the house to provide a free estimate and returned several times as I requested to provide tile and sink/cabinet samples. He was available during evening hours and weekends, which really helped fit my schedule. Ned's demeanor is very friendly and professional, and his decades of experience are evident when he discusses the job to be done. Ned's crew did an excellent job and finished exactly within the time frame that was estimated. They cleaned everything up, and I was able to come home to a brand new bathroom. Another positive in working with Trivic Remodelers is their flexibility and responsiveness. I decided after the initial job was finished that I wanted to go with a different sink/cabinet setup. Ned came right back out to switch the cabinets at a very reasonable cost within a week. My parents decided they could use the old cabinets, so Ned even delivered them to my parent's home (which was approx. 40 minutes away) free of charge. Finally, Ned billed me for almost exactly what his estimate was for the job. Overall, I came in below my original budget, even with the cabinet switch. I really feel he is trustworthy, and provides high-quality service. I would definitely rehire Trivic Remodelers in the future!

All the work was done on time. They were not noisy and cleaned up every day before leaving. The work was completed as stated on contract and at most reasonable price.

The company was very professional from the first meeting to discuss work needed down to each worker that entered my home. I could depend on promptness, superior work and all materials cleaned and left was neatly as found.
