Description of Work: Johann and the four members of his team who worked on our job were punctual, professional, conscientious about keeping the workspace clean and VERY attentive to the details... even caught the fact that the stone supplier had given us the wrong pattern for the installation. They did an impressive job of levelling the irregular surface in a 350+ square foot area and did a beautiful job laying out a 12-piece / 4-size repeat, including paying attention to the coloration in the individual pieces of travertine. People walk in and stare at the floor. Will absolutelty use Johann and Tigele again, and would recommend them without hesitation.

Description of Work: Johann was very professional. He was the only person of the three I contacted that replied in a timely manner and the only one who sent a detailed scope of work document and quote. He wasn't the cheapest, but he was the most professional. He worked clean and did a very nice job quickly. He was an hour late and he didn't call until an hour had passed his expected time, but I would use him again if I had to.

Description of Work: I used Tigele twice to install - once for a kitchen backsplash and once for a patio floor. Both areas look great, and I would definitely recommend Tigele.

Description of Work: Tigele Tile installed porcelain tile in our home and glass tile for our kitchen backsplash. I am very happy with their work. The price was fair, communication was effective, quality of work was excellent. The job was very well organized and was completed in 4 days. This was 475 square feet of tile. I would definitely hire them again.

Description of Work: Mr. Johann Janoschka responded immediately to the call. He came to the house to take a look at the work required in three bathrooms: repairing and regrouting tile work. He submitted an estimate the next day and the whole project was completed beautifully within 10 days of the call. The work is top notch and Johann is a dream to work with. Very funny too!

Description of Work: Tigele Tile did a great job working out the details of my backsplash. He was prompt and on time and was very good at explaining everything he did with the tile. You could tell that he really knew a lot about tile, etc. I would use him again. I really like the ceramic tile he installed in my kitchen. Plus we paid an extra $200 for the desin consultation behid the stove.

Description of Work: Johann and his workers were very responsive, conscientious, prompt in replying to questions or problems. I live in a 100 year old building, with many of the walls still plaster rather than dry wall. They repaired the cracks in the plaster beautifully, and painted the condo throughout. In addition, they did new plumbing in my bathroom, installed new pergo flooring in one room, as well as a gas fireplace. Everything was beautifully completed, and Johnann was very attentive to the little touch-ups and other small details that I asked to be addressed at the conclusion of the job. After the job was complete, a gas leak was discovered in the fireplace line; Johann arrived within 15 minutes of my call to repair it. At my request, Johann had his cleaning crew come and the condo was left in immaculate condition. In short, the work was beautifully done; the estimate was completely accurate; Johann and crew were very responsive to my every concern. If I need work done in the future, I will definitely rehire him to do it.

Description of Work: Johann and his assistant tiled our basement bathroom and shower. This included seting the base, installing the blader, etc. I was very impressed with their work and professionalism. As the job progressed I noticed other jobs that needed to be done. I was able to re-negotiate with Johann and get those other jobs completed as well. I would not hesitate to re-hire or refer Johann.

Description of Work: remove mold and replace tile surround in shower area.

Description of Work: The grout in the master bath shower floor was cracking and the tiles were about to pop-up. Old tiles and the concrete base were pulled out. New base was poured with a mesh wire and new tiles were installed. Shower floor and walls were sealed 3 times.

Description of Work: We had a previous contractor poorly install our glass tile in a shower--after 3 years, the shower was caving in. Johann tore out the old shower, and redid the work from the ground up: poured a new concrete shower pan, hung concrete board and glass mosaic tile.

Description of Work: Several months ago I hired a contractor (NOT Johann) to gut and redo my bathroom. The job wasn't done to my satisfaction, but since my wife was 8 months pregnant at the time and we just couldn't live in a home full of dust there was little that I could do. Fast forward to the present day: we have recently noticed that much of the grout and caulk work done by the original contractor was cracking and laid really poorly. We received word that Johann would be able to repair the problem, and he came over and did so promptly and expertly. He installed new grouting, caulk, and silicone seal (in addition to sealing the marble floor and shower) throughout my bathroom, and it looks so much better than it did before.

Description of Work: Remodeling of 2nd floor of house, 1200 sq.ft. Tearing out old drywall, tile floor, two walls to expand living room and bedroom. Installing new drywall, new electric. Installing new bathtub, toilet, sink. Tiling bathroom floor and walls. Installing new kitchen cabinets. Painting walls, installing lights. Installing new doors. (Price did not include appliances or materials.)
