Spectacularly! Reggie arrived in the 2pm-4pm time frame and was very pleasant. He tried everything that I had tried, and then overrode my washing machine's systems successfully. He waited to see if the machine filled and drained properly, before finishing up.He even gave my dryer a once-over while he was waiting to see if my machine was fixed.

Very good! Performed diagnostics to figure out what was going wrong. Provided lots of useful information about maintenance. Also looked at our dishwasher and provided recommendations for repair

Great! Reggie did a great job of analyzing and working to resolve the problem. He ordered parts but wanted to be sure we fixed the problem before charging me. Ultimately, the compressor was broken. I highly recommend Robert and Reggie and will definitely utilize their services again-they go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution.

Perfectly. Robert responded to my call immediately and arrived exactly on time for the appointment we set. Luckily, the problem wasn't a complicated one and I really appreciated Robert's honesty in diagnosing and fixing it without making it seem more difficult or expensive than necessary. He and his colleague were professional and considerate - they wore shoe covers into the house and left the work area clean.

The appliance was repaired and is working satisfactorily. Very professional crew!

They were prompt, courteous and solved the problem. I was going to call Abt, but they charge a flat fee for the diagnosis and repair. My experience with Abt is that it usually takes two visits to get things done, but I thought their charge was high, and I suspected it wasn't anything that major. Not only did the Fix-It Guy diagnose the problem as a simple temperature issue in the fridge, and a simple switch in the microwave, the part was on the truck, and they fixed it immediately. The total charge? $60 less than Abt and done in an hour.

Both needed to be replaced, so no repairs were done. Reggie tried his best to get us going, but the machines were too far gone.

He was unable to diagnose a problem but made sure I knew how to get ahold of him if it occurred again.

Things went about as expected based on generally positive Angie List reviews and a little homework that suggested the likely problem was a worn ignition, which in fact it was. Robert was early, which was fine. He had the part available. He worked efficiently. He was friendly and polite. I can't rate the quality of the work as this depends on how the oven performs post-repair, which of course remains to be seen

Robert was able to schedule an appointment quickly. He found out the problem was the icemaker motor burned out. He ordered a new one and was back in 4 days to install it. When he was there he checked on the oven fan and found the cover was bent - likely pushing a pan too close up against it. He flattened out the cover and replaced at no charge. Overall great experience.

They did have to order a part and return a second time. They were timely and efficient with the repair. Good quality service taking care throughout the process.

Justin came and was very kind and quick. He identified the issue with the dryer right away, and had the part to fix it in his truck. He was done in under a half hour I think, and the dryer is working perfectly now. I'm glad I hired them, and didn't try to mess with it myself.

Pat was very conscientious. He said all the parts looked good and was able to just make adjustments. The work has a 90-day warranty in which you would pay only for parts if any fixes don't hold. That ended up coming in handy. On my second load after the fix, a part from the temperature sensor inside the drum broke off. Although it was not related to the original fix, they honored the 90-day without a word. When he was putting on the new sensor, he noticed a previous repair by another vendor was done incorrectly and he just fixed that as well at no charge. I feel like this company and Pat are focused on making the customer happy and doing the right thing. I would absolutely hire these Guys again.

I didn't feel comfortable with how on top of these things he seemed to be. I've decided to go with another company.

I've not yet decided whether to go forward with the servicing, but Robert was incredibly helpful in laying out my options. He's knowledgeable about vintage stoves, but is honest about the possible challenges we could run into. I really appreciate that, as a consumer!

I called The Fix It Guy on a Wednesday afternoon and spoke to Robert Jr. I explained the issue and he gave me confidence that they would be able to assess and fix the problem. Not only was he able to quote me an approximate price over the phone, he told me that he could get someone out the very next morning. Robert Sr called me 10 mins before he was scheduled to let me know his approximate time he'd be there. He walked in, looked at the washing machine and identified the problem in under a minute (a broken switch). He had the part in his truck and told me that he could fix it quickly, and once again quoted me the price. He finished the work in about 15-20 minutes and was extremely friendly and professional. I was very pleased with the entire experience from my initial call to the service provided by Robert Sr. Would definitely use again.

I hate to write a bad review but 3 unanswered calls later and still no visit. If you are too busy and cannot commit to a job you should let people know.

Robert Sr. did a great job, he was very friendly, had my wash machine fixed and working again in no time. They called me back 1 day after I reached out and scheduled an appointment for the next day since I was able to provide the model number for my washing machine and describe the problem he showed up with the part in hand ready to go. He checked in with me on the price before starting the work and then had the wash machine fixed in about 15 min. Since then it has been working great. I would use them again for additional repairs and would recommend them to my friends.
