They were pretty good. It was the better of the pricing I had to compare to. They were quick to respond, fixed everything same day, including a part they had to get for our dishwasher; they had the part with them they needed for our dishwasher and the washing machine they were able to fix. So it was one service call fee and then they were able to do up to three appliances in that one service, so we had them check out two appliances whiles they were there. The other nice thing I liked, they had a warranty on it, so if the problem, if it didn't fix it, they would come back out and take care of it. And then also, because they would see up to three things, I think that offer stood for like 30 days or something, so if a third appliance would have broken, we could have had them come back out under that same service fee. So they were good!

It took two trips but I am happy to have my stove back!

Robert was very up front and said we should try Washer Magic to get rid of the build-up in our washing machine before we had a service call. If the Washer Magic doesn't work then we can look at getting a service call. He spent the time and located a know for us and sent a link to where we could purchase the know. I received it yesterday and, problem solved. We now have a working washing machine again (no new switch needed). We are so pleased that Robert took the time to assist without making the service call. We will definitely call him when we need our machines services.

Dryer was cleaned and part was ordered. Returned and installed promptly. Dishwasher part was ordered. Unfortunately after spending quite some time replacing part, it was determined that dishwasher had more issues. Part cost was reimbursed.

Robert was professional upon arrival. Checked out the dishwasher and gave me the estimated cost of the repair, which was around $350. I asked his advice regarding getting it fixed vs. getting a new appliance and he suggested I do my research--rather than push for the service to be performed. I appreciated his honest feedback.

Repairs and knowledge were great. Great communication - prompt and organized. Will hire Fix-It Guy again for sure! Fridge filter didn't arrive on time though we discussed and sent info several days in advance, however he showed us how to replace and where to order the part.

He/the company is amazing. I actually called him & told him about the issue & how I tried to DIY it. He informed me of the piece I was missing so I could continue to try to DIY the fix. That fix worked for a little bit, but eventually broke again. I was extremely impressed that he tried to help me with the situation via phone, which he definitely didn't need to do. When I called him again to fix the issue, he was quick to respond & efficient. Will definitely call him again when in need.

Technician was prompt and polite. He didn't have the part needed on the first visit, but was able to schedule again within a couple of days and only charged us one service call fee. He completed the work efficiently and cleaned up after himself. We were very pleased!

Very friendly repairman showed up right on time. He was extremely knowledgeable -- answered a bunch of our questions pertaining to our fridge and was able to pinpoint the problem. A week later, he returned to install a new part, and now our fridge water is running good as new!

Great! I tried to clean the burner myself, but I didn't realize that this special "simmer" burner cap needed to be taken apart to clean. Roger quickly cleaned it and charged me only for coming out. He and his assistant, Horace, were thorough and professional. I would highly recommend them.

The appointment went very well. Robert and Horace were very professional, courteous and thorough. After explaining my issue, they knew exactly what it was and walked me through how to prevent such an issue again (lent back-up was causing the loud banging noise).

This was our first time using The Fix-It Guy. Dishwasher door would not close and latch. I called the day this problem occurred and they were able to come out the same day, which I really appreciated because our dishwasher gets a work-out. The technician, Reggie, was very courteous and efficient. He was able to diagnose and fix the problem in about 30 minutes. Very happy and will definitely be a repeat customer.

I had a clogged drain filter. A filter I didn't know existed. Easy fix. Reduced fee because he was very late. He did call to let me know he was very behind.
