Description of Work: Robert provides excellent, fast, reasonably priced service, and he's a local on the South Side which is unusual in Chicago. He was able to repair an old dishwasher that had been declared 'unrepairable' by a plumber. Within ten minutes, Robert had tracked down the necessary part and had it installed before many more days had passed. I enthusiastically recommend this service, which is 'old-fashioned' in the best sense of the phrase.

PERFECT
Description of Work: We just moved into a new house and brought our appliances with us from the condo that we moved out of. When the dishwasher was reinstalled at the new house, it would not drain all of the water out of the dishwasher and we would be left with 1-2 inches of standing water in the machine. Robert came out and took the drain pipe off and immediately discovered that the developers who installed the garbage disposal never removed the plug for the dishwasher drain pipe! It took him maybe 20 mins from start to finish and he even gave us some advice on how to prolong the life of the garbage disposal. GREAT appliance fixer. If you have a problem....CALL HIM!!!
