Was very easy to schedule service with company and Rodrigo called 30 minutes prior and was on time. He looked at the 2 items we had initial requested and then added on a quick outlet change request which was no problem. Work was complete quickly and neatly and explained the issues. In the past, we used Arnold Electric which was 3 times the cost for similar time/scope of work. replaced exterior outlet/cover, determined transformer on under cabinet light was out and was discontinued so removed unit and then replaced light switch for living room overhead lighting.

The professionals from T&D were great, as always: they made sure they understood exactly what my needs were, and were very careful to keep me informed on exactly how the work was being done. Thanks to their careful work, I was very easily able to finish the hookup to the new heater once the plumber had the water hookups done.

The tech was great -- professional and personable, cheerfully answering all my dumb questions and getting the job done in the minimum time at a lower hourly rate than other services had quoted. I wouldn't hesitate to use T & D again and will recommend them to my condo office.

This is the third time I've used T&D. As always, the work was on time and the electrician couldn't have been more helpful.

There ought be a A+++ rating option for their responsiveness, which can prove a rarity among contractors. After pulling teeth with or being ghosted altogether by local competitors, T&D Electrical was a breath of fresh air. Email responses were regularly within hours or less and almost never more than a day, with routinely instant phone responses. The contractors asked the right questions on installation day and moved efficiently.

It was amazing. One never knows what to expect especially in Chicago. Rodrigo was punctual, professional and knew what he was doing. He was able to overcome some wiring issues. I would highly recommend him. The company also was professional and I felt comfortable with them.

I was impressed with the professionalism of T&D’s response to my request for service: prompt, efficient, and polite gathering of information, scheduling, and service. Service provider arrived early, and was waiting for the scheduled appointment time. I happened to arrive home early as well, so we went ahead with the appointment earlier than schedule, which was a bonus for me. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and considerate in answering my questions and making appropriate electrical repairs. Issues he was to address included that some of my hallway wall sconces failed to turn on even when bulbs were replaced. What I feared might be faulty intramural wiring turned out to be contacts in the sconces that had been pushed too far in over time. Repairs were quickly and successful. The ceiling light fixture was easily replaced with a duplicate, though I needed to make a 10 minute run to the hardware store to buy the replacement ceiling fixture. (This was a bare bulb, pull chain closet light.) a GCFI circuit that had stopped working was easily replaced by a duplicate when he determined that the power to the outlet was delivered properly, the outlet was faulty. All circuit breakers but the main one were determined to be properly wired and installed. T&D happened to have the proper replacement for the main breaker that had not fit properly in its slot and the properly fitting replacement was made quickly. All repairs took no longer than an hour.

Rodrigo went above and beyond to do a good job. This is our second time hiring T&D. We will definitely call them again if we need electrical work done.

Excellent preparation visit to plan the best strategy. Implementation by the company electrician a few days later was neatly and effectively done.

Very happy with the work. Greg got down to business and did a great job of things, including a perfect cut of the drywall in order to install interior switches for both the exterior light and the exterior outlet. My condo neighbors had another company do the work on their balconies and were left with large holes in the drywall so it certainly pays to use the professionals.

I called T&D Electrical after having some challenging experiences with electricians (cutting drywall and leaving it exposed). They were able to come out same day, and Greg did an unbelievable job with my 50 year old wiring. We had a bathroom ceiling fan that while we did have a similar size replacement - the housing that was installed was tight and challenging (I tried myself). It was no issue for Greg. I would highly recommend T&D to anyone that needs a serious electrician with good service.
