Service was very prompt. David , the electrician, did an excellent job in addressing the problem and fixing it.

They did a really good job, it was a fair price and working with them which is a licensed contractor is great.

Was informed on site that drywall repair would be needed afterwards, but to cancel service would mean $138 just for their arrival. One small job now added several days to complete. Electrical service was well done, but this was a very unfortunate situation.

From proposal to project, it went very well. We had Marcus from T&D come out and do a whole house inspection due to concerns with our electrical overall. Marcus was able to propose about four options for us to consider based upon his inspection. We chose to do the panel replacement and proper residential grounding of our electrical option first. The great office staff, Jenna and Shaina, was able to get us scheduled very quickly from the time that we accepted their proposal for the work and paid the required 25% deposit. Their two person team of electricians showed up right on time and started immediately. They were courteous and professional the whole time. I will add that during the portion of the work to be done outside of my house it was very windy and snowing heavily, but they completed the work with no trouble. Though, this is the first time I have used them at my home, I have hired them them to work at our church and school before and the outcome was exactly the same, very excellent work.

Simon did a great job. He was punctual, courteous and efficient, as well as skillful since he had to enlarge the outlet holes in a Corian backsplash in the kitchen. He added silicone sealant around the outside outlet covers to protect them.

T&D was professional from start to finish. We moved into a vintage home that had very bad wiring that needed totally replaced. T&D started with a detailed inspection and came back with a quote for services. Upon moving forward with T&D, we agreed to bill the project on a time and materials basis. They were extremely transparent with their hours and material costs and provided almost daily updates. Office staff was GREAT with any questions and took care of permit stuff for us that we didn't have any idea how to manage. The workers themselves were always very punctual, polite, and did their best to be gentle with the old plaster walls in the home when possible. They took time to explain to me what they were doing and why, and always asked our preferences regarding placement of wires, outlets, and fixtures. The workers were also careful to restore power at the end of each day as we were living in the home during the project. We were nervous to do such a gigantic and expensive project in our new home, but T&D made it understandable and kept us in the loop for every step of the way. The project took several days longer than expected due to worse-than-assumed condition of certain areas of the house, but the total cost still ended up coming in at about $2k under budget. We also passed city inspection of the project with no concerns! We're so glad that we chose them for this project and are enjoying the safe, modern electrical system in our home!

They were very professional. They showed up the next day, resolved the issue, and even recommended where I could get the chandelier fixed.

Greg was on time, very professional and efficient. The work was all completed in a couple of hours and Greg was able to make the line fit in current conduit to save us $$. The workspace was a bit cramped but Greg made it work. We could not be happier with the communication from beginning to end to coordinate the work and as or more importantly the work itself.

Scheduling was a breeze and they were able to come out on relatively short notice. The electrician was prompt and completed the work in less than two hours. He clearly communicated the options and related costs and also how he would perform the services. Thank you!
