We had a number of small and large electrical items to be fixed at two locations-- the home we were moving into and the home we were moving out of. Marcus arranged his times to meet our scheduling needs, he came to both places and did each part of the job quickly and effectively. We were impressed with his professionalism and his willingness to "go beyond the call of duty". For instance, one new light fixture we had bought was missing a part. Marcus returned the next day, after we had gotten the new part, to finish the job, at no additional cost.

I purchased a 3 story residential building with the intentions of remodeling the building. The building was built in 1890. Some improvements were made by the previous owners but not much. During the building inspection, numerous electrical problems were noted throughout the building. For example, the building was still using fuses rather than circuit breakers; an extension cord was cut, fed into a tube and reconnected with electrical tape and used as an outlet; and finally, the third floor tenants couldn’t use the microwave oven while the hair dryer was being used in the bathroom. The insurance company asked that I submit a report detailing how I was planning to correct the electrical problem; I stated that I was using Marcus and company to upgrade the electrical system. I met with Marcus to discuss the problems which ranged from upgrading to a new service to performing some of the work while tenants were in the building. The entire building was gutted to the brick with new walls, insulation, electrical and plumbing installed; new HVAC systems were installed for each floor as well. Also, new exterior lighting in the gangway and front entry lighting was also installed.

I was referred to T&D Electrical by my neighbor. When I called them my call was immediately answered by a girl that took the details of what I needed done. She gave me the option of a time and material price or for an estimator to come out and give me a quote. Not being sure what was involved I went for the option of having the estimator come out. The estimator Marcus came out to my home about an hour later and explained in detail what was involved and quoted me $625. We scheduled the work for the following Monday and the electrician Dave arrived on time. He immediately went to work and completed everything as agreed in a reasonable time. He even found some incorrect wiring in my electrical box which he repaired for free. I was completely satisfied with his work and he was very well mannered and very tidy. He even had a little vacuum with him that he used when cleaning up. I would definetly use them again.
