Work was done in a very professional manner. The price was below what others were charging and the electrician made sure I was aware of what he was doing and taking all necessary steps to make sure the job was complete.

We needed to replace a broken outside outlet and replace a light fixture that hadn't been working for a long time. I had purchased much of the hardware needed for the job, and Rodrigo had no trouble getting it all to work. As with any job involving an older house, there was more work needed than I anticipated, but the overall charge was more than reasonable. I would definitely hire them again for any electrical needs.

T&D was very prompt to respond, showed up the next business day after the request, came when they said. and promptly replaced a blown outdoor electrical socket. We would work with them again next time we have a need.

T&D were amazing. They came out to give me a quote same-day and did a great job rewiring some electrical lines on my deck and hanging an outdoor fan. Extremely responsive with great communication. I highly recommend.

The electrician came unprepared with bare hands. He looked around the house and had no clue about the cause. Instead he demanded an hour payment for him to show-up. What we knew from the company was they would send two guys to troubleshoot and fix the issue. We stopped talking to the company afterwards.

The installation was excellent. They asked for photos, information sheets, etc in order to provide the most accurate quote, which I did. While no additional wiring was required, it was a bit of a fussy install as each of the 27 light strands needed adjusting. They did a solid job for a good price - it wasn't cheap but it seemed reasonable for the work required. There was an issue that they were there longer than anticipated, but my quote was not hourly. They honored my original quote, but I did give them some additional money as I felt they really did need the extra time, and the guys did a super job and were neat and tidy and complete in their work!

T & D were very professional from the start, had no problem getting a live person to talk to about what I needed, they guided me as to the scope of the job, pricing etc. I had several things done as I have a 115 year old home. When the electrician showed up they immediately put on covers for their shoes to protect my floors. He was very courteous and moved from one task to the next never taking a break or phone call. Love having a whole house surge protector rather than having to have surge protectors everywhere. I felt the cost was reasonable and I have had no issues since they finished. I wish I had called them earlier, I would recommend them to anyone.

We have used T & D for several electrical jobs in two different houses. They always are friendly, responsive, provide reasonable and accurate quotes, and are on time and efficient. Great local company and our go-to electricians in Chicago-land!

Rodrigo arrived precisely on time. Totally professional and polite. He explained what needed to be done and how he was going to do it. What a hard worker; I don't think he took a break all day. Showed me his progress a couple of times during the day. It was such a big job, he had to return for a couple of hours the next day, but he wanted to, even after another big job, because he knew we would need our A/C hooked up for the weekend. Such consideration! The office staff was organized with calls and e-mails, so everything was coordinated perfectly. T&D has a new customer for everything electrical.

We were pleased that Ryan reviewed the interior condition of these areas, found all to be in good order, prepared for a light fixture we want to install and explained why we had the outcomes we did. We will call them back in the future. Maryanne scheduled us promptly and provided us with their proof of insurance coverage.

Very well! This company has done work for us three times now. The office staff is very friendly and responsive and the service guys are amazing. Prompt, professional, and very courteous. Their are also very conscientious about the billing - not wasting any time just to increase the bill. We will hire them again and always for our electrical work. Two thumbs up!

Austin was very professional and had a lot of expertise and knowledge when asked any questions. He performed the job in an efficient manner and cleaned up once it was done. Good electricians are hard to find and so far so good on the work done.

Owner himself helped identify the problem so that it would be rectified. He also identified and initiated repair of potential dangerous grounding problems at the electrical panel. Owner showed he cared about getting problems fixed and personally reviewed work.

T&D Electrical did a great job, for a fair price, all of which passed ComEd inspection. The electricians that did the work, in the snow and ice I might add, were expert in what needed to be done and did it well. I highly recommend T&D as a firm you can have confidence in to handle your electrical work.

I’ve used T&D Electrical for three separate home improvement projects now and I have nothing but positive things to say about them. They are very quick to respond to inquiries, very punctual and professional, they give free estimates and they do great work. The jobs they’ve done on my house include replacing our service line that got knocked down by a tree, installing new conduit for outlets and switches, adding low wattage wiring for a doorbell, wiring up exterior lighting etc. They recently sent Austin out to my house to install a Tesla wall connector in my garage and replace some lighting as well. I couldn’t be happier with the job he did, he was fast, courteous and professional. I will definitely be using T&D again and will recommend them to anyone who’s looking.
