The crew was really nice and were careful to check everything time and again. The owner came by twice to make sure everything was fine. The man in charge of the work, Roderigo was really great. Nice fellow, knowledgeable, hard working, and knew his stuff. I would hire them again in a heartbeat. Good company.

The installer Rodrigo did a great job. He and his partner were very methodical and took care to clean up the space afterwards. They spent a lot of time making sure the fixture was correctly aligned and were very friendly.

I called T & D Electrical and they were able to schedule me within a few days which was perfect. I thought I was going to have to buy a new ceiling fan and was prepared to do so if I needed to but luckily they were able to see that it was box ( lol i am sure their is a technical name but I'm not sure). Anyways, they did an amazing job. In fact today my smoke detector was chirping away even after the battery was out. It kept saying low battery even though it was a new battery. I hate that noise and new something was wrong. I called and spoke with Marcus and he was able to get one of his guys out here immediately today. I am having them instal the new nest smoke detector because it lasts 10 years and is all done through an App. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for any electrical work. I will definitely use them again as my go to person. Hope this helps. The price was reasonable and they even ask if your an Angie member as well.

It turned out fine. They were here October of 2015. I paid more than the big deal for one person, it was two people so I ended up almost paying double. I don't have any real negative complaints about them.

The work was complete and minor to small hiccups. Communication concerning the cost wasn't great but the job was done. However quotes/estimates should include all necessary detail pertaining to the job. Cost of material to labor & etc. Just giving me a bill with an amount doesn't sit well with me. Having detailed information generally helps a customer understand what she/he is paying for all together. In the end, the job was done, on-time, in-time and 5% short of perfection.

We are getting things cleaned up to get ready to sell our 2-flat. They said he'd be here between 7 and 10 - he arrived at 6:55 - very prompt. Very efficient and professional. It looks great down there!

Rodrigo was prompt, polite, and very knowledgeable. I will look forward to working with him again.

Technician came promptly and diagnosed problem. Had to order part which was delivered to me within two days. Tech was scheduled to come next day to install but never showed never called. I had to call him! Next day the same routine. Following day he said the company would called me to set time. Company did not call. I called them. Technician did not come within time block set by company. No phone call from him. Finally he came at 7 pm to install part. I was glad to have the work completed and be done with the company! The bill was presented - $290! $100 for each time the tech set foot in my house! Unless you want your full time job to be chasing down a technician and waiting for him to show up, I suggest you avoid T & D Electrical!

T&D installed rope lighting in my living room and bedroom and also fixed four way switch wiring problem. I've actually hired them three times and been very pleased with their service each time. Each time Fermin has completed the work - he is a true professional.

Rodrigo got to my house at 7:00 AM on the nose. Exactly when he said he would be here. Really nice guy. He quickly identified that I had a bad outlet and replaced it. He also checked our bathroom light fixture we were having trouble with and he let us know that it had to be replaced. We will for sure be calling him when we decide to replace it.

He did a great job. When it was clear that there was no part available to fix the light part of the fan fixture, he creatively thought how to rewire it.

T&D responded promptly to my enquiry and I was able to schedule an appointment within a couple days. The serviceman was professional and managed to fix long-dead outlets that others had not been able to fix so I was very pleased. Would hire them again.

Rodrigo arrived exactly on time. He was very competent and took time to review our long list of electrical issues. He dealt with the old wiring in the house with excellent care. He provided advice on some safety issues in the kitchen. His work exceeded my expectations for quality. He was able to fix several electrical problems I thought were not fixable. He even repaired a bathroom exhaust fan that I thought needed to be replaced (drywall repairs, HVAC, etc.). He was able to fix it without any damage to the drywall or paint. He was even nice to my 4-year-old who kept wandering around. He cleaned up and left no trace that he was at our house, even with the external outlet he installed. I'd absolutely use T&E again. I'll also specifically ask for Rodrigo.

T & D has been doing electrical work for us for years. They are always professional, friendly, responsive and doing amazing work. They are a bit expensive but they are worth it. On this last visit, our upstairs hall lights went out. I always do some very elementary troubleshooting before calling: changing the bulbs, checking the fuses, and making sure the different dimmer switches operating these lights aren't cancelling each other out. Nothing worked. I called their office and within days, they were out and fixed the lights the same day even though they had to come back out that night with the right parts. No matter who comes out from their company, they are quick, knowledgable, friendly and professional.

On time, courteous, good listener and good worker. Wiring he put in was correct and with safe, excellent connections. He emphasized safety in the system

We had a really great experience with T&D. Instead of having to take off of work twice, they were able to give us a ballpark quote by asking us to send video of the room in question. The crew arrived on time and got right to work. I was concerned about them having to cut into the drywall and leaving me with a big hole. They were able to add an outlet without leaving a hole. The guys were professional, and so polite. It was also nice to hear them laughing and having a good time while they did their work. We would highly recommend T&D and would use them again.

Overall the electricians were very professional and worked very hard while they were here. My only complaint is that I asked them to install four can lights in a bedroom. To their credit, they tried several different ceiling locations but due to trusses and other structural components in the way, they couldn't complete the installation. I'm not a professional electrician and so perhaps they tried their best, but ultimately they left me with three holes in my ceiling and no lights. In fairness to them they gave me the option of paying them to repair the ceiling, although electricians cost more than drywall repair guys so ultimately I found someone else to do the repair.

I ended up not choosing this company for my outlet installation. I installed a sump pump and needed an outlet in a finished crawlspace. The quote that came back was $1100, which I felt was very high. I chose to use another licensed electrician which completed the job for a fraction of the price. One year after the quote was given to me the owner of the business called me personally to discuss the quote again, after hearing that I was disappointed with the pricing. He had explained that the job quote included additional labor and clarified a misunderstanding. I felt that this company went beyond expectations to reinvestigate why I was upset one year after the quote was originally given. I would definitely use this company in the future based on their excellent customer service.

They were fast and extremely professional in replacing the panel box. The electrician also replaced a broken outlet that I hadn't even noticed as part of doing the wiring for the panel box.

Called and described the scope of the work, indicating this was in response to a home inspection so time was of the essence. Provider never bothered to return the call. Used another provider who immediately scheduled service and then called back the following day to confirm the time. That's the way it should be done.

During my scheduling call, I confirmed the work needed and ask for the rate after my purchased 2 hour deal. I was told the rate after the 2 hours would be $90.00 an hour, which I was prepared to do. Ferman and Alonzo were both very polite and professional. From the beginning I explained the work we wanted done and they completed the jobs without a problem. Clean up could have been a little better, but for the most everything was handle fine until the bill came. The invoice was much higher than I advised the hourly rate would, explained I already paid for two hours and then he quickly adjusted the invoice however it was still more. Since there was an additional person, it was an extra $100 which I was not made aware of when the appointment was made. At the end of the day, the work was professional but there was obviously something not communicated during the call about the charge for an additional person. I could have argued that with the electrician but feel it comes from the front end of the business not the installers.

Great company. Marcus came out and did a comprehensive assessment before doing the work. Other than rescheduling from one day to the next due to time on one job going over, they were awesome. Electrician and apprentice that came to do the job were professional and used care working throughout the house. They asked questions and ensured that we were happy with the work. Would definitely use them again!
