Excellent company T&D is a gift from heaven...was a bit nervous about the work to be done and cleanup as it involved home wiring possibly holes in walls....Well I didn't have to worry at all...Marcus the owner of the company came to my home and spent all the time I needed explaining what would be done, and how it would be accomplished . The team of David and Alex arrived exactly at the time specified..were neat and professional ..I did check on them often and each time they explained all they were doing..david came up with an alternate plan for running pipe which kept the pipe hidden within the wall ... Marianne who schedules, plans the appointments and does pretty much everything is amazing.. the entire group makes you feel like you are dealing with caring people..interested in your peace of mind and most of all they do an awesome job...all work done to perfection and when they left I would never have know they had been drilling, pounding and repairing in my home. Use T&D Electrical you will not be sorry !!!!

T&D was great. Setting up appointment was easy. Spoke with Marianne, and she was clear about their fees. Greg the tech explained the issue and fixed quickly!! I’d recommend them for sure.

David was great! Punctual. Professional. Knowledgeable. I had the wrong type of ceiling hook (for drywall ceiling). David bought a new hook at the electrical supply store for a cement ceiling and came back the next day to finish installing. I couldn’t be happier! Thank you David!

T&D was responsive from start to finish and we highly recommend them. As I mentioned above our old junction box and conduit that was under a set of stairs, in a small space, and corroded out. This was not a trivial job. The talented electricians fixed this problem and all the other exterior issues that needed to be addressed.

Greg serviced my account and was very professional. He diagnosed the problem quickly and was done in about an hour. The office communicated very well with me in terms of scheduling an appointment and following up afterwards.

Well, for starters, after calling about 6 different groups in Chicago they were the first to call me back. They sent a guy to the apartment we are having electrical issues with and reported back to me promptly. The dispatcher was cordial, bubbly and anxious for my business. This team has its act together from what I can tell, at least thru the assessment process. We may use them again for an expensive fuse box-breaker box switch. I asked the handyman to send me a picture of our outdated fuse box and the dude is a natural photographer. Our issue happened in Buena Park. When you call them ask for Marianne. Tell her Paul of Iowa sent you!

The quote process and scheduling with the office were painless. The work was efficiently and neatly performed. Initial work was done on one day and additional work scheduled for a second day, which was done more quickly than anticipated.

David R. did a great job. He tested the circuit, tested the fixture, and gave us the option of reinstalling it on its own circuit with its own switch. Happy with the quality of his work!

The service was great. Nick was the technician that came out. He was knowledgeable, and patient. He completed the job quickly, and was very professional. I plan to hire T and D for additional lighting fixtures I want to replace. The customer service over the phone was also wonderful, as well as the initial communication to discuss the work that was needed. This company has excellent customer service, and you can tell that they take pride in the service they provide. I would highly recommend T and D Electrical to friends and family!!!

This company is great, prompt, reasonable in pricing, experienced. We've had work done on both my daughter's place and our own, have used at least three times.

I've used T&D before, and as before, they were excellent. The electricians are highly skilled, and their work is both timely and of a high quality. They understood our needs in providing more outlet services in a 110 year-old home, asked questions when appropriate, and explained how they needed to address our requirements quite well. Greg the electrician arrived exactly on time and was extremely professional. He worked diligently the entire time he was here, did a very professional job and also cleaned up after he was done. I was extremely pleased with his work and his professionalism and I wouldn't hesitate to use T&D Electrical the next time I need an electrician.

David was great. We are installing a smart toilet that needed a new GFCI outlet in the bathroom. He did the work well, with minimal mess, which he cleaned up like a Polish cleaning lady! Great work. And coming in under budget was a nice surprise.

They scheduled us right away to come out for an estimate. We received a quote within 48 hours. After the initial quote was given, they booked us on their schedule within 48 hours as well which we were thrilled about. The project went very well. David and Greg were on time, finished all the work in one day, were courteous and professional. They cleaned up all the dust and mess and put all of our things back that had to be moved out of the way. I would definitely hire them again!

The technician arrived on time and thoroughly investigated outlets and connections. This process took some time. He eventually found a fault with an unused outlet (we had forgotten about) behind a dresser that was causing interruption in power to multiple other outlets in our old Georgian home. Fixed the problem there as well as a glitchy outlet in another room. Power restored. All is working well now.

Above and beyond my expectations! Not only did they identify the issues and correct, they took the time to explain to me why the original work created the issues.

David and William arrived on time at 7:00 a.m. to begin an estimated full day's work installing smart switches and a chandelier in our home. Our existing switches did not have neutral or ground wires, so they had to pull wires. They immediately set to work, helped us decide on the location of a switch we needed to add, and worked hard throughout the day. Our light switches were a little tricky for the four- and three- way switches, but they were able to get them installed after consulting the diagrams in the instructions that came with the switches. They got our chandelier up in the dining room without a hitch. They were done ahead of schedule (mid-afternoon) and under the estimated cost of the work. They were courteous and professional throughout. They cleaned up the pieces of wiring and product packaging as they went, so we weren't left with garbage all over the house. We felt confident in the work they were doing. Overall a great experience. We would certainly have them back to do any other electrical work in the house.
