Description of Work: we had our window blinds cleans expertly in one day. Incredible. They were at the appointment when scheduled. The price was very fair. They also provided new hardware as we had the windows replaced and most of the hardware for the blinds was gone. Good service.

Description of Work: This was a quick repair of one set of blinds. The cords allowing the blinds to be raised had been pulled free from the gears and would not raise. I dropped off the blind at 10:30am, got a call at 5:00pm letting me know it was fixed. 5:00pm is their normal closing time, but the offered to stay and wait for me to come and pick it up. Fast, easy, and economical. Could not ask for better service.

Description of Work: Swifty Blinds removed my metal horizontal blinds from 4+ patio doors, took them, cleaned them, returned them, and reinstalled them. Dustin was excellent (as was his dad), and the blinds look great! This is a great family company and I highly recommend their service.

Description of Work: Swifty Blinds did an outstanding job repairing an oversized wooden blind in our home. They were fairly priced, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend their services. I only have one minor complaint about them and that is that I had to contact them twice to schedule my initial appointment (I give them the benefit of the doubt that they might not have ever received my first message). Other than this, their service and work is flawless and I'm so glad that I called them a second time!

Description of Work: I called both Swifty and Eurosonic for an estimate to clean my blinds. The person who answered the phone at Eurosonic was unpleasant, and kept cutting me off as I tried to explain things to him. I had the opposite experience on the phone with Swifty, so decided to go with them. I was very pleased with the rest of the service, and the actual cleaning of the blinds. Customer service goes a long way.

Description of Work: First, I love this company!!! Same day in-out service on blind/shade cleaning! I am the owner of a few 2-flats, and I have some apartments with some very dirty cellular shades. I made an appointment approximately 5-6 days ahead of time, speaking to the owner of the company on the phone. Very accommodating. On the scheduled day, the son of the company's owner (female-owned business -- YEAH!!!), arrived promptly to remove 15 blinds from large, tall windows. He told me exactly how they were going to be cleaned, pointed out a little tear that might get worse in the cleaning process (but said they would try to repair the original tear). He removed his shoes, brought his own ladder, etc. So careful and respectful of my property.As promised, he came back at about 4 pm, reinstalled the blinds perfectly, pointed out that the tiny tear did not worsen on the one shade, but that the glue wouldn't hold on it. (No problem, so tiny anyway.) But here's the best part: they were sooooo clean! I am thrilled with the results! I had cellular shades cleaned in my own home by a different service before I knew Swifty existed, and I was so not impressed -- they were "cleaner," but no where near the level of clean that Swifty was able to get the apartment shades to.I WILL DEFINITELY use this company again and again!

Description of Work: The representative arrived promptly and removed and took away the eight blinds. He was very personable and courteous. The blinds were finished ahead of schedule and I was called to see if they could be returned early, which was agreed to. He reinstalled all blinds as well as replaced window coverings that had been taken down. Very good experience.
