Description of Work: They replaced the operator in our parking gate system which was damaged due to occupation of the unit by squirrels. They were friendly and professional and our gate is working very well right now. They installed mesh as well to keep the squirrels out of the motor box. The only possible issue I have with them is responsiveness when contacting them. I repeatedly stressed that this was an urgent issue due to the lack of security with our gate having to be in the open position. They took too much time to get back to me once I gave the go-ahead with the installation of the operator. Otherwise, it was a very good experience and I will use them again for our parking gate issues.

Description of Work: Very courteous and helpful: pointed out exactly what was wrong in the housing of the opener and gave me options for repairing including lower cost options. Came out same day and had all the required work done within a few hours. Would absolutely use again.

 + -1 moreMy garage door opener started working sporadically. Over the phone, I explained to Neil what was happening. He suggested that I adjust the opener's controls and explained in great detail exactly what I needed to do. Every other company wanted to charge me $50-$75 to come out and basically adjust the controls themselves. Unfortunately, the fix didn't work long term. I scheduled a time for Neil to come out. Over the phone, we talked about the pros/cons of fixing the current opener versus simply replacing it. He came prepared to do either option. In the end, I decided to replace the opener. Neil was about $25 more than other companies when it came to replacing the opener. He warranties his labor for 1 year compared to the other companies who only warranty their labor for 30 days. Neil also noticed a small crack in my other garage door. He reinforced it with a metal bar at no additional cost.
Description of Work: Neil installed a new garage door opener.
