Juliano and his partner were on time and even braved a heavy snowstorm to service our washing machine the same day I sought out help. They were fast, efficient and up front in regard to pricing for the job. I would absolutely recommend R&Jnfor your appliance needs!

Was very professional and courteous explained in advance what the problem was said it would take 2 to 5 days to receive parts needed but called later that day and stated he found part can he install it on same day that night machine was fixed I highly recommend this company

The repair person came out to repair our dishwasher at the promised time and was very professional. He did a great job, and I would recommend anytime.

My dryer was not heating R & J preventive maintenance was able to show up with in the hour and fix my dryer and yave me 90 dayâ s warranty on his repair

They were knowledgeable, efficient, on time, and helpful in explaining the problem, and how to fix it. However, the end cost seemed to be high, but, since they responded within 5 minutes of when I first contacted them, and since they almost immediately showed up, within the hour, I was grateful, and appreciative of their workmanship and professionalism. Would I hire them again, absolutely! However, time permitting, I'd call ahead of time and get their estimate, and hourly rate, and compare it with one or two additional suppliers.

R&J were the first to respond to my request for service and were able to send a technician the same day. The repair was successful and quickly accomplished by their personable and knowledgeable technician. The price was reasonable and was based on their minimum service call charge plus parts. Great communication from the technician prior to arriving for the job. I am extremely pleased with the performance of R&J Preventive Maintenance and would not hesitate to use them for other appliance repairs.

Same day service fixed my 20yr old thermador oven

R&J was really responsive and came out the next day to repair! They had great communication and their price was slightly lower than another quote I received. Will definitely call them again in the future if needed!
