I contacted Angi at 11:00, received a call from R & J Preventative in less than 45 minutes and they were fixing my oven by 2:15. All fixed before 3:00. Very professional. Great job.

I contacted them they gave me a window from 12-3 they offered me same day service and a six month warranty on labor and their repairs!

Was a very appreciated visit and learn so much about my other appliance and how to keep them in good running condition.

Experience was GREAT same day service and the technician waived service charge . Was just charged for labor while other companies told me I needed all types of components. R&J Preventative Maintenance came out within hours to inspect my Kenmore fridge that wasn't cooling. Had it up and running ð â â ï¸ the same day. Which was AMAZING ð that none of my groceries had to be thrown out. I highly recommend ð this company.

I explained exactly which fan was not turning on, but they never looked there, claimed to have installed a part, which they did not and charged me 359$ for not fixing the problem. At least they did not break it more.

We had new floors installed by another contractor that included the kitchen. The flooring contractor shut off the water to the refrigerator's ice maker and moved the refrigerator in order to install the new floor. He reconnected the water line to the ice maker and moved the refrigerator back into place. Unfortunately, we assumed he turned the water back on and he had not. We noticed the ice maker made ice 1 time using the water that was already in the refrigerator. After that it did not make ice. We assumed that the ice maker broke. We registered with Angi to find a list of recommended appliance repair companies. Before we were able to look thru the list to make our selection, R & J Preventative Maintenance kept calling us to schedule an appointment. They must have called and left messages at least 5 times before my husband picked up their call, and made an appointment with them. I appreciate their eagerness to get our business, but I found it annoying. They came as promised and checked out the ice maker. They determined it was broken because they could not move the ice dispensing arm. They were able to pick up a replacement and returned later in the day to finish the project. They did the job neatly and cleanly. They said the ice maker should be making ice in a couple of hours. It did not. I waited 24 hours and the ice maker still did not make ice. As I told my husband about this, he then went to the basement and found that the water line to the ice maker was in the off position. He turned it back on and the ice maker started making ice within a couple of hours. It has been working well since. The gentlemen were polite, kept us up to date on their progress, and did the replacement well. My disappointment is that they did not check to see whether the water was turned on. We may have saved ourselves a couple of hundred dollars by not needing a replacement ice maker, only paying for a service call to turn the water on. Or maybe we would have needed a new ice maker. We'll never know.

Richard and Eddie were super nice, very professional and knowledgeable. They did not charge a service fee to show up and let me know what the approximate cost would be before coming to fix my Kenmore Dryer. They called right away and came out the very next day. Super fast and voila my dryer is heating up again. I would highly recommend them - they said they can repair any kind of appliance. Super happy camper!

when they came to my house they knew exactly what the problem was for my refrigerator. they took care of the cooling problem and cleaned up any mess that was made. they were very professional and I would use them again.

They told me they would come at a certain time, they were late and they said the repair would be on another day. Okay... I thought maybe misread the text. Then they tell me they would come between 1-4 and they we are late again. They installed a new boot seal and it seemed like a new one, but I am seeing an exposed hinge that was not there before. Then they said they would do preventative maintenance for $99. It was just for the dryer I am learning now. Again, maybe I read the text wrong. But they said their preventative maintenance is cleaning out the condenser. Just doing a quick search, it seems like other repair guys do more than just clean out the condenser. The owner said I am asking for new parts because I said it said they change the hose. I am not asking for new parts. I was just giving an example of what I saw online. Well the condenser still looks dirty, they left a pile of dust on the floor, and they scratched the walls and did not even say anything. Again, I just think it is outrageous to pay $99 to supposedly clean one item from a dryer that has many other parts, and it still looks dirty! They could not even vacuum. They had APPLIANCE PROFESSOR shirts on which had terrible reviews. I wish Angis list would do better research on these people. I feel so ripped off.

My. G.e. Dryer was not turning on due broken knob. Juliano and Richard from Appliance Professor came out within a hour and weâ re able to repair the switch and knob.

Doing internet research, we were able to locate parts for a lesser price, but Juliano was very, very prompt in attending to our situation and was able to repair the problem with 24 hours of initial diagnosis. I was very pleased with someone who cared about their customers as much as he did. He will be our first call next time.

Marion came and diagnosed our dryer, replaced a part, and serviced the machine. Very professional, great to work with. They had our dryer up and running quickly and were very knowledgable. Would definitely hire them again.

These guys came out same day and diagnosed my washer. There was a back order on the part I needed ordered but they did not leave me in the dark and kept me updated. Great honest work! Thanks!
