+ -1 moreI am extremely happy with the overall experience. Ryan gets "A's" in every category. He came over very quickly to give me an estimate, he followed up with me, he was professional, he scheduled the work when he said he would, and most importantly, he did a great job on my ceiling. After the new ceiling was in, my light fixture needed a slightly longer extension on it in order to fit against the ceiling. While it's unclear to me if this was in the scope of the job, Ryan did not even question whether or not it was. He just said, "I need to come back to finish that light." He went out of his way to find the right part and then installed it for me. Everything looks great! It's details like this that I look for in service companies. I want to hire the people who go the extra mile to make their customers happy. Ryan is a hard and diligent worker, and I would use him again for anything he says he can do.
Description of Work: The plaster ceiling in my entryway had been damaged due to a water leak. This was not a normal patching job - the whole ceiling had to be redone to fix it properly.

Description of Work: THEY RE-DID THE PLASTER WORK IN OUR ENTIRE HOUSE. PARTS OF THE HOUSE WERE GUTTED REQUIRING NEW LATHING, BUT THE MAJORITY OF THE WORK INVOLVED PATCHING WALLS AND RE-DOING PLASTER THAT WAS 100 YEARS OLD.
