Regency Home Remodeling

Our master bath is on the small size and Bruce figured out how to move out the way to make it bigger. I love our bathroom now. He also did our hall bath and we are very satisfied with both bathrooms.

I recently used Regency Home Remodeling for a bathroom remodel. Bruce's team was great from the first visit to help me plan the remodel all the way through to the final activities of hanging mirrors and shelves. Everyone did an awesome job and I couldn't be happier with the results. The remodel involved removing walls, replacing all major fixtures (tub, shower, vanity, lights, etc.). The guys were on time each morning and cleaned up the rooms before leaving each day. Sam did a great job overseeing the entire operation. I highly recommend Regency!

Bruce is a wealth of information for remodeling a bathroom. He always finds a great solution and has a GIANT collection of photos so you can see that he's done what he's recommending somewhere else and it turned out great. His son, Sam, is such a nice, honest and capable project manager. I give them my highest recommendation.

Absolutely love our bathroom remodel, best room in the house! Our bathroom was a major remodel, and we couldn't be more pleased with the entire project. Roman was meticulous in making sure every detail was "perfect." He did such a professional job in laying the tile and installing the vanity and lights, along with the many other things that needed to be done. Bruce was very patient with us. He took time to show us designs and options that would work with our bathroom. Even before the project started, we were confident that the project would turn out beautifully. Whenever we had a question, Bruce responded the same day. Bruce went out of his way to make sure we were happy with every aspect of the project. Love, love our bathroom!

Dream master bathroom - From end to end, we were extremely happy with the service, design ideas, vendor connections, and quality of the work. This was the largest project we have ever completed, taking down walls, reconfiguring all of the plumbing and electric, and adding a window to the space. Bruce established a great rapport with us at the beginning, spending ~5 hours with us before we even signed our contract. He was honest, listened to our requests, and helped design a bathroom layout that we didn't even know was possible. He insisted on getting the appropriate permitting (different than other vendors we contacted). Bruce and his team were patient with us as we took our time picking out some very specific design items. We used Bruce's recommended vendors (Cara at Daltile, Arthur at Studio 41, and Jr. from Tip Top Glass). Cara was very easy to work with and helped us make quick decisions. Arthur and Rahnea at Studio 41 helped us find exactly what we wanted, including satin gold fixtures, all while being conscious of our moderate budget. Jr. was a pleasure to deal with - in addition to the glass for our shower, he cut a custom round mirror for us and found satin gold hardware to match our fixtures. Last, but certainly not least, Arthur was the lead at our house for our appx. 6 week project. He and Andre were clean, courteous, and did great work. They arrived promptly at 8 each morning and made sure to clean up each night as we had to stay in our master bedroom during the project. Arthur was great at sharing his ideas and he was flexible as we made slight tweaks to the project throughout. We really enjoyed the full service approach that Regency provided from picking up all of the materials and facilitating vendor relationships to providing guidance and opinions when requested. Regency is definitely a premium vendor, but we felt it was well worth the value. Bruce provided us with a budget and we were able to navigate within it, despite some high end finishes that we chose for certain items. We highly recommend Bruce and his team!

#1 - Worth every penny. #2 - We couldnt be happier with the work done by Regency on our first family home. We needed a major kitchen remodel and some other related electrical and plumbing work. We were overwhelmed with where and how to begin. I had a good feeling about Regency from the first phone call to ask for an initial estimate. I spoke with someone immediately (PJ) and he was not only friendly but set us up for an initial meeting with Bruce as soon as possible. Bruce walked us through our options and was refreshingly upfront about costs and honest about what was needed and what was optional. We had an old oddly shaped kitchen and Bruce and the kitchen designer Iwona came up with designs that maximized use of the space while keeping things open and inviting. Seriously I love everything from the lighting, the newly framed window with sink and pendant light, to the cabinets with space saving ideas that I would have never thought of. Bruce helped us navigate what to look at with the vendors and how to stay within our budget. When it came time for work to start, the team was FANTASTIC, especially Greg. Everyone was polite and extremely detail oriented with their work. Even the inspectors complemented the work during inspection. Thats another reason that were so happy with Regency. They do the work correctly, to code, and you dont need to stress about it later. We have been so pleased with the kitchen work that were about to have Regency remodel the laundry room. So, Regency is solid enough that were already repeat customers.

It's a rare occasion when one is able to write a five star review of a single service let alone the multifaceted aspect involved in a remodeling project that included a kitchen, foyer, powder, laundry and dining rooms. From design, demolition, installation and to the finishing touches the work was done with the workmanship and care of professionals who obviously took pride in their respective craft. I believe the quality of the work, professionalism of the crew and the entire team's willingness to go the extra mile starts and ends with the leadership provided by Bruce. He readily shared his expertise, experience and ideas in assisting in the design of every phase of the project, which were not only helpful but vastly improved the final product with a more functional kitchen and a superior overall upgraded look. I appreciated the detailed breakdown of costs and the schedule of the work and payment due at each phase of the project. Bruce's relationship with suppliers made the task of selecting cabinets, granite top, sinks, appliances, etc. easy as he had specific people to contact without having to worry about details as to payment, quantity and delivery. The same applied to contractors for things his crew did not perform, e.g., painting and sanding. Bruce appears to have a listing of contractors that adheres to his high standard as these individuals displayed the same courtesy, professionalism and workmanship in the jobs they performed. It's not hard to understand the overwhelming number of superior reviews submitted on Regency's behalf when reading the reviews written by customers pleased with Bruce and his team's work. Bruce and his crew were great! The bathroom turned out beautiful and we are loving the new space. Friends and family have also commented on how great it turned out. The crew showed up on time, and were great about cleaning up and protecting the home. We could not have been happier with the recommendations for tile, fixtures, glass, stone, etc which Bruce put us in contact with. A pleasure to deal with, and would definitely hire again for other future projects. Being a home inspector by trade, I was skeptical that any contractor could live up to my standards and attention to details. I am extremely happy with how everything turned out.

Short version: I have nothing but raves for Bruce and his team. They were great, I got a touch of HGTV crazy, I was talked back to reality, and I am beyond pleased with my final product. Also, I think it is really important to note that he was the only contractor I met with that didn't play games or ask me to do the work without permits. The three other gentlemen I met with, who were all approved through Angie's List and Home Advisor, were all pushing to work without permits or didn't even bring it up until I asked. Bruce and I were on the same page about how it had to be done properly and legally. It wasn't a question, which spoke to the credibility of both him and Regency. These guys know what they are doing. Long story: I have a small tri-level house with only one shared full bathroom upstairs with an additional vanity area and sink in the master. Bruce was able to take that space and turn it into two BEAUTIFUL full bathrooms. He was there with me and walked me through every step, including my panicked midnight emails asking stupid questions, which he assured me were not stupid... they were. He dealt with all of my indecision and gave opinions every time that I asked. Bruce got me quotes for my outlandish ideas, but he also talked me down from the crazy ones with basic logic. I am a first time homeowner, I have lived in my house for five years, I hate change, and I had NO IDEA what I was in for or what I really wanted. Logic didn't seem to be in my repertoire. From looking at the drawings, I couldn't picture what they could really do. I came home on day one to my bedroom completely closed off with plastic (picture Dexter or American Psycho) and a giant open space that was ripped from the roof down to the studs. That was when the fear set in. What had I done? How could this go back together? When will I be able to shower in my own home again?! It came together steadily day by day. The guys that Bruce had working on my job were fantastic- Greg was always so happy, even when I asked him to flip something (vanity lights) upside down just so I could see how they looked the other way. He was right. Whether they knew it or not, I checked my ADT app daily to see what time they arrived. They were there by 8:10 every morning and still there when I got home from work. They even worked on some Saturdays because I stressed that I really wanted this all done before Thanksgiving. We finished the project ahead of schedule, and I could not be more thrilled with the results. I love every aspect. I had no idea there were so many decisions involved in a project of this magnitude. Bruce hooked me up with the best people that were honestly a pleasure to work with. Cara from Daltile, Arthur from Studio 41, and Jr. from Tip Top Glass were unbelievable. Jr. even came out to meet me at my house at 7am before I had to go to work to measure my showers, and he sent me pictures as soon as installation was complete since I wasn't there. All I can

We had a great experience with Bruce and his team. They remodeled our downstairs including our kitchen, floors and powder. The quality of work was excellent. Bruce was easy to contact and very present through every step of the process. The guys who did the work were skilled, clean and friendly. We chose Regency above our other options mostly because Bruce seemed very knowledgeable, organized and promised not to "nickel and dime" us throughout the process since we aren't handy and had no idea what the job would require. He stayed true to his word and we couldn't be happier with our new kitchen and how everything worked out!

We had our horrible 1956 (original to the house) kitchen finally remodeled by Bruce and his team at Regency. They did an absolutely beautiful job!!! The renovation/remodel cost did go way over what we had wished to spend, but it was ended up being well worth the money! Bruce also has many connections within the home remodeling industry and was able to get us discounts on almost everything we purchased. Bruce is a great guy to work with. He does whatever he can to make things work. I would definitely recommend Regency and we plan to have more remodeling done with him and his company soon.

Job is currently in progress and all is going very well to date. Bruce and his team have been very responsive and are doing a first rate job.

The beginning of the process was a little crazy because of the need to schedule time with the tile and fixture folks. Once things got settled and the work began the team that showed was amazing. Charley and Tom were total professionals. Charley even began taking my garbage and recycling out during the week to help out. Tom was a no nonsense guy tat was easy to chat with as far as options and ideas as they came up. Each challenge that popped up (as they do in every job) was easily talked through and solved easily. The best thing is, the end result is that I have a beautifully updated bathroom and everything looks great.

Bruce and his team were great. Involved from design through finish. Bruce showed us multiple design options. Bruce runs the project and communicates the entire way. The quality of work was excellent and I would use them again tomorrow and certainly will when we have our next bathroom project. We did a complete gut job on our master bath and had a lot of tile work and it looks fantastic.

Everyone on the Regency team from PJ and Bruce and their staff were great to work with. The workers were always on time and did fantastic work. We knew right away that we were working with a professional team and the fact that we never had to deal with headaches or major delays was so appreciated. We had a full gut job and re-did everything--plumbing, lighting, flooring, layout, appliances, countertop, etc. The staff were very respectful of our space and kept the mess contained. We are absolutely thrilled with the results! We would highly recommend Regency to anyone and would hire them again in a heartbeat!

We worked with Bruce Pinsler at Regency, and him and his team could not have been better. This was my second time working with a contractor, and I was nervous given the scope of this project and my previous experience. I can tell you that from now on, if Bruce's team can do the work, I will be using them. His team was extremely professional, very detailed, and very courteous. They were meticulous in their work, and came in ahead of the timeline. Bruce was upfront and honest with us every step of the way, and there were no surprises, outside of the fact that they finished early! We set the budget upfront, and the only changes that were made were when we changed the scope, and agreed on the price. The fact is I can not recommend these guys enough. I think in the contracting business there are a lot of bad companies and questionable characters, but Bruce is trustworthy and above board. I am a perfectionist, and I can tell you that Bruce and his team treated our house like it was their own, and the work truly reflects that!

This project turned out even better than I had imagined. Our kitchen was a complete gut job. We re-did everything: new layout, lighting, appliances, floors, cabinets, counter tops and sink. Bruce and his crew were amazing! They finished a weeks ahead of schedule and did an excellent job! Their quality is top notch. I would highly recommend using them.

A few months ago I reviewed Regency on my kitchen remodeling project, rating them 5 stars/A+, and indicated I was thinking of doing a bathroom remodel with them. Well, I decided to go for it, and we have now finished a total gut job remodel of my 1960’s era bathroom. I couldn’t be happier! Bruce and the guys at Regency Home Remodeling did a fantastic job. As before, Bruce was very helpful in making suggestions and helping me get a vision of the finished project. He helped me make budget-conscious selections along the way, and even steered me to the perfect set of vanity light fixtures that I probably would not have found on my own. Once again, no time was wasted by his crew, who did a solid professional job and kept to the timeline Bruce gave me at the outset. Bruce and his guys even did custom modifications for me, recessing a vanity tower into the wall to give me more counter space, and building a laundry chute door that is not only functional but very sharp looking. As with any large complex job, a few minor problems came up along the way, but were promptly and cheerfully resolved to my complete satisfaction. If I had any more home remodeling projects to do, Regency would be the company I would call on without a moment‘s hesitation. Once again a 5 star/A+ job!!! Highly recommended!!

We recently contracted a complete kitchen remodel and hardwood floor restoration with Regency Home Remodeling through Bruce Pinsler and upon fulfillment are pleased to say we are extremely happy with both the overall experience & end results. The bid was very competitive, we encountered no unexpected additional expenses and everything was completed well before the contracted time estimation. Bruce was in touch daily to help guide us through every step of the remodeling process, ensure that all was proceeding smoothly and assist in any way needed. Regency's designer Iwona was a pleasure to work with and did a great job helping us find creative resolutions that best fit our needs & sense of style. This was true of Regency's third party vendor referrals as well & we enjoyed considerable savings on appliances, hardware & tile. The highly experienced crew included skilled electrical, flooring, cabinetry and paint specialists, all of whom did a great job and were always punctual, tidy, accommodating & polite.  We intend to use Regency for other remodeling projects and highly recommend them to all.  They are a great company with a fantastic team of honest, friendly, customer focused people. Hire them, you will be glad you did.

Regency Home remodeling is the best contractor we ever had. Working with Bruce and his crew you can’t ask for a better team. They were always timely and will not leave your project until it's complete. We had our upstairs bathroom gutted out and restored and now call it the spa. Moving on to the kitchen updating all plumbing and electrical fixtures along with new lighting, stone backsplash and paint. Mirek, Greg, and Michael were very professional and we felt comfortable having them in our home for almost a month. Through each project they accommodated all our add-ons and finally contracted them to spruce up our laundry room with a new sink, tile and paint. Home regency’s work is excellent and can’t give this company a higher recommendation.

We were preparing our house for sale and one of our bathrooms needed major work. After completion (on schedule), our house was listed on a Tuesday, we had 3 offers above asking by Thursday, and had an agreement by Friday. The bathroom Regency did for us was an important factor in putting our home's best foot forward.
