Regency Home Remodeling created our dream bathroom! Bruce explained their process so well at the very beginning so there were no surprises. Their years of experience and professional reputation gave us access to the best suppliers to work with to pick out materials for our space. Their expert team of plumbers, electrician, and installers put all the pieces together as Sam managed our project and kept all the plates spinning to complete the project on-time. ON TIME! Everyone we worked with was professional, courteous and talented in their area of expertise. They showed up every day, on time and kept their equipment organized and cleaned up each day. This was the EASIEST home project we have done, yet it was one of the biggest. I just can't get over how simple they made it and how BEAUTIFUL our primary bathroom is now. I heavily researched contractors to perform a complete master bath remodel. Not having done a complete remodel before - we knew we needed help. The Regency process start to finish, with the assistance of unlimited access to their in-house design professional who made several visits to our house, helped us to create our dream master bath space. When work began, we found the team professional and courteous - they treated our house as if it was their own (or better). We weren't nickled and dimed to death with change control fees (didnt have ANY additional fees) and whenever we had a slight change to anything at all, we were met with a resounding.. "yes, no problem, we'll make it happen!" From start to finish, Regency made this such an easy no-stress project and resolved issues quickly and without additional cost to us. Big thanks to Irick, Naz, Ivan and Sam for making this such an enjoyable experience. We honestly can't wait to do more with with them, thinking the Kitchen is going to be next. This was the second time I used Regency Home Remodeling - both times I could not have been happier. It is a family-owned and family-run business, and it feels like one. The people I talked to all worked together and were aware of the project and of my preferences. And they only hire experienced and highly professional workers. The cost I was quoted was what I paid at the end of the project, with the exception of a couple of things I added mid-stream (and those last-minute additions were clearly explained before the work was done). Their message was consistent throughout the project - we will do everything we can to ensure you love your new kitchen. Sam and Iwona, who planned the job, clearly explained the options and the trade-offs. And they were always available while the work was going on - for questions and for advice. Irek and Bogdan, who did most of the work, were amazing - always on time, caring and polite. They kept the place as clean as possible, kept me informed about what was happening and explained all the little choices that needed to be made as the work was going on. It was clear that they took great pride in their work and wanted to do as good a job as if it was their own kitchen they were working on. We chose Regency because the owner gave us a clear, detailed, and easy to understand written proposal, and promised there would be no added costs as the work progressed. My wife and I recently contracted with Regency Home Remodeling perform a full renovation of our kitchen, front bathroom and replace the flooring through out our home. From the initial meeting to go over the work and develop the plan and cost, to the execution of our vision, the team from Regency were the utmost professionals. They did not question what we wanted in the design but were quick to provide us with explanations of what it would take and recommendations on how it may work better. From our initial contact until completion, we were very pleased with everyone we came in contact with. All were knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Cost of materials & work are always an issue, but we are very satisfied with the outcome.

We are so impressed with the whole team at Regency. They were very professional and knowledgeable from designing our kitchen through the remodel. We liked that they had their own crew of tradesman who were all highly skilled in their area. Any questions or concerns we had were addressed right away and answered/fixed. Everyone who came to our house was respectful and showed up on time. Plus, the project stayed within the budget and timeline which was great.

The staff from management to purchasing to the installers that performed the work were very professional and well-experienced. They took the time to ask questions in detail and to perform the work with a high level of quality. The installers have 10+ years of experience and knew exactly how to perform all tasks relative to the job: plumbing, electrical, tile installation, window installation, etc.

After 22 years and 3 small children, our hallway bathroom needed a complete makeover. Bruce met with us and by the end of the meeting, we were 100% comfortable and confident in awarding Regency our business. What set Regency apart was their constant communication, large network of suppliers and commitment to quality work. I also wanted to give a big shout out to Iwona for helping us design a gorgeous bathroom and to Daniel for working tirelessly to create that bathroom. We absolutely plan on using them again for future projects.

We canâ t say enough good things about Sam, Greg and the entire Regency team. We did a full update of our lower level along with a bathroom on our main level. Our lower level was a space that had been stuck in the 70s that we seldomly used. Today, with the help of Regency, the 1,300 sq/ft space has been transformed into rooms that far exceeded our expectations. The lower level now includes a home theater, exercise studio and creative workshop, in addition to spa like bathrooms on both the lower and main floors. Thank you Regency for transforming what had been wasted space into areas we will be enjoying with friends and family for many years to come.

Integrity It's our first interaction with a contractor whom did what they said they'd do. Our two bathroom remodels are beautiful and finished within the initial timeline and budget. They responded to our questions/challenges with forthright and kind communications. And most importantly they were trustworthy. I recommend.

We just finished doing a total remodeling of our primary bath with Regency. We could not be happier with every aspect of the project....from our first meeting, selection of all our items through their recommendations, the design plan, the quality of work and craftsmanship, the prompt responses to any and all questions. It was near perfect from the beginning to the end. I could not say enough positive things about Regency (Sam, Bruce and Roman)and would recommend them to anyone thinking about a remodeling project in their home.

We hired Regency to remodel of our kitchen in Fall 2021. Long story short: hire this company because their work, professionalism and customer service is first class. Our job was to gut and completely remodel our approximately 140 sq. ft. kitchen (new drywall, cabinets, counters, sink, plumbing, flooring, lighting, appliances—everything) as well as remove and replace our laundry room sink and tub. The design process was very professional and gave us tons of options in our new layout. When it came to the work, unlike contractors we’ve hired in the past, Regency had a dedicated team of 2 guys that showed up every single day, generally working 8 to 9 hours a day. There was none of the usual business of days and days with no work and no progress that we’ve experienced in the past—even with highly rated outfits. Because of Regency’s approach, we had a fully working kitchen in a little over 4 weeks from the day they started work, which was way ahead of our expectations. More importantly, the work looks fantastic and they followed our instructions and wishes to the letter. They even went above and beyond, for example, one day the air conditioning was suddenly not working and I thought it was because of the work on the electrical panel. When I asked about it, the guys diagnosed and replaced a blown fuse in my air conditioning—not even part of their job! The team was respectful of our home and left the site swept up each day and minimized disruption and dust as much as possible. Our project manager, Sam, was very responsive to any issues (usually responding within a hour or so to any emails) and was always ready to stop by if needed. I can say our experience with Regency was fantastic, and I would (and almost certainly will) hire them again without second thought on our next project.

Regency Home Remodeling recently completed a hallway bathroom remodel for us and we couldnâ t be more pleased. From the outset of the project, communication was exceptional, timelines were clear, and we always understood the scope of work and expectations around payments. We got weekly updates as the project progressed, so we were never wondering what was happening. We really appreciated being able to work with Regencyâ s suppliers for fixtures, stone, tile, and cabinets. We were able to pick out the colors and styles we liked and brands that fit with our budget. Finally, the craftsmanship of the work was fabulous! We are so pleased with our new bathroom!

We worked with Regency's partners for tile, countertop, fixture and appliance selections and couldn't be more pleased with the variety and quality of the options. Peter & Max performed the demolition and installation work on the new cabinetry, tile and fixtures and their craftmanship was excellent. Working with Regency Home Remodeling was one of the best user experiences we have ever had when using a home contractor. Bruce and Sam Pinsler were always on time, knowledgeable, honest and extremely well organized. We did an extensive bathroom and hall closet remodel and the team we were assigned were the best craftsman we have ever worked with. Max, Bogdan or Peter, were there every day and always on time! A 'dream" contractor, highly recommended. Regency gutted my small kitchen, removed a partial wall with the breakfast area, and built a larger modern kitchen with island. Job took 8 weeks, as promised. The whole Regency team-owner to designer to project manager to crew were professional and easy to work with.

I couldn't be happier that I had Regency remodel my bathroom. Regency did a fantastic job. The finished bathroom looks great and the entire team was a pleasure to work with. Regency's proposal was very reasonable and, unlike others, there are no hidden costs. You know what the final price will be from the start. Roman is meticulous and incredibly skilled. From the demolition to the electrical work to the plumbing and tiling, Roman ably and skillfully handled each step of the project. Sam managed the project very professionally and was responsive to any and all requests. I will certainly use Regency for my next project.

I hired Regency to do a major remodel for my house (kitchen, all bathrooms and basement). They got the job done on time and on budget. They are very organized, competent and they communicate extremely well. During the entire project, I don't think I ever had to wait for a response. They always got back to me with answers right away. It was great working with them and I highly recommend.

Great garage!

We hired Regency for a complete remodel of a small bathroom. Expected higher quality finish work given the price we paid. The project also took several weeks longer than expected. We will go in another direction for our next remodel. Based on other proposals we had, I think we could have gotten the same quality work for 15-20% less cost.
