Regency Home Remodeling

Recently I had Regency do a complete remodel of my kitchen that turned out awesome! The crew that came in was completely professional and easy to work with. As with any major renovation there were unexpected things that popped there ugly head but in the end everything turned out beautifully! I would recommend them to anyone

We remodeled our master and hall bathrooms. Enlargement of the master took over some closet space so a new closet was added as well. My wife and I came up with design ideas that Regency made real. Cara from Daltile provided some useful suggestions for tile and granite selections. Arthur at Studio 41 helped us select bathroom fixture items. Iwona created specifications. The work was done, under Sam Pinslerâ s supervision, primarily by Arthur the site foreman and Bogdan his coworker. All were professional and courteous in dealing with us. The work proceeded smoothly, despite the COVID19 backdrop, and we ended up with new bathrooms that we are very pleased with. We would hire Regency again should the need arise and recommend them to anyone else considering a remodeling project.

We recently finished up our entire kitchen remodel with Regency. From the beginning, Bruce was a pleasure to work with; very up front, honest and educated. Iwona came to our house to go over designs and finalize everything we had started with Bruce. There were several tweaks to the original â plan,â but Iwona was super responsive to those changes. Our project was estimated to take 6-8 weeks and it was finished in 7, right on time! There was a LOT to get done in those 7 weeks. Our job included taking down 2 different walls, expanding our back door and closing a window in order to gain more wall space. Each guy that came to work on the house did great work and always listened to our requests. Each day the site was cleaned up in order for us to continue to live here. All the finishing touches were done in an excellent manner. Any issues that came up along the way, were communicated to either the guys on site or directly to Sam, and he always stayed on top of them. The quarantine happened about 3 weeks into our project, which was a little concerning. Sam was always very up front with the schedule and whether theyâ d continue to work if it was safe to do so. Regency was referred to us by a co-worker and I am glad they were!

Keith Waller of Regency remodeled our kitchen and did a wonderful job. He was a pleasure to work with. We knew we wanted to replace the floor and cabinets but weren't sure what else to do. Keith came up with a plan that gave us plenty of storage and counter space. The cabinets and granite counters are beautiful. The floor and the tile blend well. Keith was very helpful with ideas and also gracious on the rare occasion when we didn't take his suggestions. His prices were very reasonable, and the work was excellent. We are absolutely delighted with our kitchen and would hire them again in a heartbeat.

Very professional and great attention to detail. They recently remodeled our kitchen and we are thrilled with their work. We initially met with Bruce who developed the proposal and his son Sam was the project manager (i.e. our day-to-day contact). Sam was always readily available and was at the house every day to check on the progress of the project. Iwona, the graphic designer provided multiple designs for us to choose from. Overall, a very solid team and very down to earth people who listened to mine and my wife's requests and made them reality. Not very often can you say that a company exceeds your every expectation, but Regency definitely did.

We had a very positive experience with Regency Home Remodeling. They recently remodeled two upstairs guest bathrooms and our Master bathroom. We were thrilled with the outcome. Bruce developed the proposal, and his son Sam ran the jobs for us. Both were a pleasure to work with. Sam was always very responsive with all of the day to day specifics which were important to us. The guys who did the work are very experienced and skilled at the various trades and we found them to be courteous. All of the workers cleaned up each night and respected our home. Both the workers and Sam were very accommodating and were eager to do whatever was necessary to please us. Regency recommended great suppliers to us and had us deal with specific people that they know at those places (tile company, bathroom fixture company, cabinet designer). All of these people were very efficient in helping us pick out what we needed. Their prices were fair. They are not the cheapest or the most expensive, but the workmanship was great quality and we love our newly remodeled bathrooms.

We hired Regency to take care of a severely out-of-style master bathroom. Not only did they create the exact bathroom we wanted but handled the process of remodeling better than I could have expected. They helped us with suppliers and logistics, worked with us through changes and, most importantly, kept every promise they made. Not only do we now have a beautiful bathroom, we know the job was done well and would trust them again without reservation.

The ONLY reason we give them less than 5 stars is that the concrete crew tried to hustle us for extra work. The customer rep from Regency put a kybosh on that as soon as we reported it. Customer service and quality are both superb. Our rep kept us up to date and in the loop throughout the entire experience.

We hired Regency for a bathroom remodel, and then added on a few other projects around the house. Lukas was professional and did wonderful work.

The work was excellent. The sales person came to the work site and stayed in contact during the whole process.. All my questions were answered during the build. All the workers were professional and courteuous.

We have completed three projects over the past year with Regency and are super pleased with the results! We remodeled an office space in our family room, and gutted the master bathroom and a second full bath. The entire staff we worked with â  Bruce, Sam, Iwona, and Tom â  were very personable, knowledgeable, and attentive to our unique needs. The contacts they provided for choosing stone, tile, sinks, etc were reasonably priced and easy to work with. My husband and I run a business out of our home, so accommodations were needed in terms of space and time constraints. When an unexpected delay occurred with the office space remodel, Sam was extremely responsive and adjusted accordingly going forward. He went out of his way to make sure we were happy with the plan and progress of each project. This group can be trusted to deliver on what was promised. Weâ  re already planning our next project with them!

We hired Regency to renovate our 1st floor, relocating our kitchen and adding a mudroom, as well as replacing our siding, windows, and gutters. Any renovation is stressful at times; however, Bruce, Sam, and their team were always responsive and professional. In addition, Iwona was attentive, listening to our vision to help us design the perfect space. We are very pleased with the work that Regency did and would definitely hire them again!

From the initial consultation with Bruce, to the design meeting with Iwona and then the actual work with Sam. Regency was nothing but professional and easy to work with. They offered so much more in terms of design and quality compared with other quotes we received. This included crown molding, a glass corner cabinet, lazy Susan, in cabinet garbage pull out. The price was the price and they never came back asking for more money because something "unexpectedly" came up. We hired them for the kitchen remodel, refinishing of the hardwood floors and painting. All were completed with skill and professionalism, always keeping us updated on the status of their work. Sam was always available for questions, even nights and weekends. We also used Bruce's connections within the industry for substantial discounts on appliances, tile and counter tops. We love showing off our new kitchen and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

It is a different approach to a remodeling job. You are in charge of the design and materials cost, but they are very flexible during the actual construction to allow you to make modifications to the design as it goes along. Their vendors for the materials are very accommodating and offer excellent budget0based advice.

Our 1940's Cape Cod kitchen and bath needed a complete overhaul. Regency was professional from beginning to end, never giving us the impression that our job was too small. Bruce gave us an immediate idea of his plans, the cost, and where to go for tile, fixtures, and appliances. His attitude provided the confidence we sought that Bruce and his people would do an excellent job. Iwona drew up and revised the plans for us, Daltile, Studio 41, and ABT electronics guided us in the selection of tiles, fixtures, and appliances while Sam kept in constant communication answering any questions. Bart and his team (Simon, Merik, Greg, Alex, John and Chris) had specific jobs for which they were responsible, doing expert work as well as cleaning up each day. We are very pleased with the finished kitchen and bath, along with the overall experience. We cannot say enough positive things about Regency, and we highly recommend them!

They were good but expensive

Sam and his team were great to work with. We remodeled our kitchen and are extremely satisfied with the work that was done. Every step of the way and every question we had were answered immediately. Sam was willing to meet with us a long the way if needed. We had one issue when it came to the countertop which was a mistake on our part, Sam was great had the counter fixed to what it needed to be. The Kitchen looks great and will definitely use Bruce and his team for our next project.

Sam and his team were phenomenal. Every step of the process was clearly communicated. Any question we had concerning our kitchen was answered immediately via phone, email, or in person. They made everything so easy. We will definitely use this company again.
