The construction team was excellent, Lucas, Robert and SEbastian were awesome. Excellent workmanship, very amenable to any changes I wanted, all around excellent team. Working with Bruce was great and he made sure everything was done as I wanted. Highly recommend Regency.

Bruce is knowledgeable, creative, competent and best of all, easy to work with. I wasn't sure in the first place what I'm going to do with my outdated bathrooms. He walked me through each step of the remodeling project of my one and a half bathrooms from start to finish making sure everything was perfect. In the end?.. A job of excellence! Hired Regency to install a bathroom and closet. Impressed from the start in that Bruce did a detailed inspection of the space. He took the time to look at everything and give me an accurate quote that was very clear and spelled out everything he was going to do down to the smallest detail. This was not something I'd received from any of the other contractors. Work proceeded on schedule with no delays. Finished up with punch list where I noted a few things I wanted changed. Bruce took notes and next day everything was exactly as I wanted. Quality workmanship and professional service.

Recently my wife and I had our bathroom remodeled along with new windows installed in our patio room. The people at regency could not have been any better to deal with. They are very understanding if any changes need to be made mid project. During the project the workers are polite and very clean. Bruce was very good to work with - checked up on us regularly, and had some good ideas. Anytime they ran into an unexpected problem with our old house they simply took care of it quickly and professionally. Bruce's partner Lucas was especially good with trying to make sure we were happy with everything. Overall the quality of everything was very very good, and we love our new kitchen!

The project manager was responsible and available. The workmen were pleasant, worked steadily while here, cleaned up after work every day, work done was very professional. My project was completed in just a little over two weeks. I was given locations to meet with resources to choose tile and fixtures. All were efficient and professional. Products were good quality.
