Regency Home Remodeling

Regency was fantastic for our kitchen remodel! They gutted and remodeled the entire kitchen, except the cabinets which we had family do. Bruce had great layout ideas and he was able to work within our budget. His team was very professional and flexible with their schedule while we coordinated when to get our cabinets. Bruce found ways for us to cut costs when they discovered a broken pipe in the wall and also to reroute our air return vent. They were able to match our flooring from the wall removal and did a great job cleaning up after each day. They did high quality work and we couldn't be happier with our new kitchen!

We hired Bruce and his team at Regency to renovate our kitchen and it was a very smooth and fast process. Right when we met Bruce we had a feeling that we were going to go with the company. The first design/conversational meeting was really helpful and he was very clear about what he could and could not do and that he would work hard to make us happy. He made sure we were happy and listened to what we wanted as he walked us through the process; including recommending and working with different vendors for the appliances, sink, faucet, hardware, etc. The team (Masic (sp?), Chris, and Roman) worked really hard and got everything done quickly and just the way we wanted it. They came early and worked all day long and asked questions when needed. Masic was great at giving some recommendations about aesthetics and even went out and got us some really great under counter lighting. Bruce came to the site a couple of times to check on progress and make sure everything was good. At the end there were a couple little finishing things that needed fixed and touched up, but Bruce and his team were very responsive to that. It was such a quick process and fairly painless as far as a kitchen renovation goes. We are very, very happy with the outcome and so glad we decided to go with Regency.

Bruce did a great job from start to finish with our kitchen remodel. He was easy to work with in scoping out the project and coming up with a fair price for the full job. We did a complete gut rehab of our kitchen and finished essentially on time and on budget. I'm very pleased with the quality of the work and the follow up that Bruce and his team provided to ensure that my wife and I got everything we were looking for in the job. I'd definitely recommend Regency and I will look to use them for future projects at my home

My experience with Regency Home Remodeling was exceptional. I rate them highest for open communications, being responsive to customer needs, solutions, and quality. From a sales perspective, Bruce listens well and works hard to meet customer expectations. The workmanship of the installers is unsurpassed (Pawel and Marek were especially skilled). In addition, and unlike much of my experience with contractors, Regency met their time commitments for job completion. I strongly suggest you give them serious consideration.

Bruce answered all of our questions and was VERY patient with us as he guided us through the front end of our remodel. He helped us plan out and design our bathroom remodel based on our wants/ needs. He provided us with excellent resources for fixtures, tile, countertops and glass. We also can't give enough praise to Paul and Mark, who were fabulous! They were easy to work with and were able to give us advice on some great finishing touches for our remodel. Overall, we are thrilled with our new bathroom...LOVE IT!!! We would do it all over again!

We remodeled two full baths and the laundry room. Let me start by saying that Bruce's work ethics are impeccable! From the day we met for the quote to the very end Bruce was on top of things, kept open communication with me, and made it clear I was in charge. Bruce and his crew are all about perfectionism and transparency! At every step of the remodel we knew exactly what we were spending. Any pricing fluctuation was on our end (choosing pricier materials, the finishes, etc.). There was only one change to Bruce's fixed expenses and that was something he could not have predicted (the original electrical wires were not to code and had to be replaced all the way to the electric panel). It was such a joy to work with Bruce! He was super organized and lighting fast in resolving the very few minor issues we had (even tough they were actually the vendor's fault). His crew was also outstanding - Bart, Greg, Mirek, and Roman. When needed, they asked me questions to make sure things that everything was exactly the way I wanted. They worked long days, non-stop (except for very short lunch), and cleaned up everyday (and they got along very well with my dogs!). They are VERY trustworthy... We had no problem going on vacation for a few days and leaving the house in their hands. And, like Bruce, they are perfectionists! We passed the inspection with flying colors the very first time. The project was completed smoothly and on schedule. I wish I had hired them a couple years back for my kitchen remodel.... it would have saved me the few headaches!! Bottom line is my bathrooms look like they belong in a luxury spa hotel and I could not be happier with my new mudroom! I wholeheartedly recommend Regency Home Remodel and I will definitely hire them again for future remodels. Thanks Bruce (and Bart, Greg, Mirek, and Roman)!

Bruce was our sales guy, he was great asked the questions, since we were new to remodeling, we had a basic idea what we wanted and Bruce drew up everything and it came out great. Bruce also came at least twice a week to check on the progress and see if I had any questions. Bruce gave us a time frame in when it would be completed and the work was completed earlier than expected. Arthur was gentleman that did all the work, he was very polite, always cleaned up after himself and helped up us with some decisions on where things should go, he was great. I would definitely recommend them.

Bruce and Arthur were very nice and Arthur did a fantastic job with his work on our bathroom. He cleaned everything up before he left every day and he was VERY trustworthy. The only thing I would like next time is to have a final bill for everything up front. They gave us an estimate but it came way over and we even decided to keep our medicine cabinets and cabinetry in order to cut down on the expenses.

Our bathroom was transformed into a dream come true while on time and on budget. From the moment of the in home quote to months after the completed project, we remain extremely happy with our bathroom. The customer service has always been fantastic. The advise and catalog of work was invaluable in making decisions that resulted in a high quality work. We are definitely using Regency Home Remodeling for our next project!

Bruce and his team were fantastic to work wih. They were extremely attentive to our needs and took every step to make sure we were happy with the outcome of our project. Everyone who worked on the project was very professional and the work they did was exceptional. All of this was accomplished at a very competitive price - and the quote you get initially is the price for the whole project from start to finish, so there are no surprises or sudden add-ons as things are completed. We absolutely love our new bathroom and highly recommend Regency for any home remodeling project.

Regency just finished remodeling my very outdated master bath. I absolutely love the finished product! I'm so happy I chose Bruce & his crew to do the work. Bruce was so helpful in helping me with the overall design and finishes. He met with me throughout the job to make sure my questions were answered and any requests were met. Excellent experience. This work was completed during very severe cold, but everything was done on time. They took all the old stuff away. Looks great, and we are showing it off to relatives and friends.

They were fantastic. Bruce provided a very professional and competitive quote on two projects- a Bathroom remodel and 10 Window replacements. We will be doing the bathroom remodel later but the windows needed to be done for winter. He was extremely customer focused, friendly and is not pushy at all , unlike other window companies that I received quotes from. They offer a large line of product and worked within our budget. Chris was one of the carpenters and his team was fantastic! I never know they were there. They were fast, timely and immaculate and very detailed. Kathy ( the office manager) coordinated the job She was very flexible with our schedule and I really appreciate that they made the extra effort to get there a little early to accommodate us. They also made sure to call to follow up immediately after the job was completed . I have worked with other contractors before and have never had this outstanding level of professionalism, customer service and expert craftsmanship. The windows and trim look great a I would definitely use Bruce and his team again for any project.

I couldn't be happier with how my bathroom remodel turned out. The workers were at my house every day, were very neat and very professional. What impressed me the most was that Bruce responded immediately to my questions and concerns. He made sure the job was done exactly how I wanted it. I would definitely use Regency again.

The Regency Team worked together to provide us with a timely, quality and cost effective bathroom remodeling project. They anticipated our needs and answered our questons.

We had a downstairs bathroom done and were anxious to have the work completed before I had surgery. They really went out of their way and were able to complete it on time. The work was exceptional, much attention to detail. The workers were pleasant and very anxious to please. The finished work is outstanding. I had an idea as to what I wanted the room to look and they gave me a lot of suggestions that contributed to the finished work.

Overall, the process was seamless as we redid 2 bathrooms back to back. An invaluable part of the process that can't be overstated was that there was no break in the work as someone showed up and put in a full days work for the entirety of the process. There was no waiting and we could see progress everyday. Bruce put us at ease and managed the project and pieces well to keep things moving. Paul was fantastic as the foreman and primary contact throughout. And the crew was hardworking and provided high quality work. Won't be the cheapest quote in the bidding process and won't be the most expensive, but you'll without a doubt be happy with the end result and feel the value. Paul additionally sets you up with great vendors throughout. Gina and Arthur were great in helping us put our ideas together and bring them to life. Highly recommend Regency and planning to bring them back in the next couple years to start work on the kitchen...

We hired Regency Home Remodeling to completely gut and remodel our kitchen, as well as build a deck in our backyard. They also installed a glass sliding door out to our deck and refinished our hardwood floor. After our experience, we would highly recommend Regency Home Remodeling to anyone who is looking to have work done on their home. Our main contact person was Bruce Pinsler, the owner of the company. From day one, he was very enthusiastic and organized. It is obvious that he is passionate about what he does! Bruce worked with-in our tight budget and our limited time frame. One of the reasons we went with Bruce, was because he was able to complete our project quickly, within budget, and he was very reliable. He would get back to you promptly and proactively addressed any potential concerns. Bruce went above and beyond and did some additional things that we did not originally ask for. For example, he gave us a pantry instead of just a door with shelves in our kitchen. We were very impressed that his men would even work on Saturdays. Bruce and his team deserve 5 stars and we recommend him for anyone looking for some home remodeling.
