Description of Work: I got Reeder through an Angie's list special for per winter checks on 2 furnaces. |The larger one stopped working the night before the appointment! The next day the expert, courteous technician quickly diagnosed the problem as a defunct igniter. I'm leaving out many details, but want to say he had to seek & then drive for parts, wrestle with a rusted connection in my furnace, do a lot of problem solving, keep his office and me apprised of his progress. After several hours the heat was back on. I gladly paid the amount requested from the office, and the next week when he returned to check the other unit, he brought a refund check to honor my A's List deal. |Michelle is the great office contact. I'm completely happy with Reeder.

Description of Work: They replaced our aging, very loud boiler with a new boiler. They were clean, professional and most importantly, helped me out during a stressful time. My Mother was coming home from the hospital for hospice and I wanted there to be heat for her and they got there the morning that she was going to come home so they could get it done before she arrived home. Gene was very kind, understanding and their prices were very fair. Thank you.

Description of Work: I assume the services were performed sufficiently but can't really be sure. I just know for some strange reason the service man couldn't find our address (never had an issue with this before) and was yelling at me over the phone, blaming us for not being able to find our home.

Description of Work: They removed an old steam boiler from my unfinished basement -- really tight space made it a challenging job -- and installed a new steam boiler. A full day's work, but the heat was cranking again by 7pm.
