Bad experience overall.
Description of Work: We had a representative from Pyramid come to our condo building to give us an estimate on some extensive tuckpointing repairs that we needed. Pyramid's representative called our contact person to say that he had arrived. Our contact person told him that she would be right out. In the two minutes it took her to put on her shoes and coat Pyramid's rep left the premises without even calling to notify her. Our contact person called him to ask what had happened and was basically given the run around and Pyramid rep made some comment that the job was probably too big for them anyway.

We had a scheduled time to be at the residence, showed up at scheduled time, and notified her that I had arrived to give the estimate. She did notify me that she would be right down, I waited exactly 12 minutes. I then proceeded to call her to let her know I had to leave, and that I would diligently follow up that day in timely fashion. I had 4 to 5 appointments scheduled that day, with the intention to spend 30 minutes with each customer in regards to estimates as I always do. I believe in giving everyone enough time and attention, and if someone is delaying my response to someone else, I cannot de value their time either. I left a very detailed message indicating that I had to move on to the next scheduled appointment and that I would contact her later that evening. I agree that the specific job may have been to involved for me at that point in time, and that was communicated to her, but in no way was there an intent to not give resolution. I do my absolute best to always to deliver on my word, and encourage anyone with concerns including the member who left the review to reach out. I pride myself on serving others with the upmost attention to detail and integrity.
