I contacted Mr. Padilla by email, and waited 6 days with no response. As I hadn't heard back, I emailed him again. This time he responded that they were no longer doing fall yard work. I do not intend to call him in the future.

They were right on time and very reliable. Overall, they did a good job!

I've been using them for the last two months. They charge per visit. They do a good job but it is a little difficult to communicate with them. Sometimes I ask questions via email or the phone and I don't hear from them for a little bit of time. I don't know if they have a small office or outfit. Overall I am happy with the work because they do what they say they are going to do. It is just a little slow when I have inquires about additional work. Their price seems reasonable in comparison to others that I have talked to.

Contacted Mr. Padilla by email. I received a phone call in a day and we talked about type of work I needed done and price. Came the follwoing Monday and has been working through Summer and Fall. Excellent work, punctuality and had the best price of the other landscapers I contacated. Very courteous and whenever I want something extra he explains clearly what that would cost making sure he understands my needs.

I was very pleased with their responsiveness.

It went very well. They responded promptly to our request for an estimate. Mr. Padilla showed up at the appointed time to give us an estimate. They estimate was fair and we hired them. They pickedup the new shrubs from the Garden Center and showed up on time for the actual job on 5/1 and completed the work in one day. Everything was done well and looks very good.

They did a wonderful job of keeping 100 plus feet of sidewalk shoveled and salted

Padilla returned my initial call for a bid within one day. Mr Padilla came to my home to give me quotes for a spring clean up and regular lawn care. He was on time and professional. I hired the company for the clean up and intend to ask them to return for the regular lawn care, shrub trimming, etc. I found their prices to be very competitive. The initial clean up was performed within a week of the estimate, and would have been done sooner, had it not rained in the interim.

It worked out very well. They were prompt. Their price was very reasonable. They were very easy to work with. They were very helpful.

They are excellent. They are very, very attentive. They are on the job. They remove the snow and they do a good job.

I called and spoke with Bernice about scheduling an appointment for an estimate. The next day her father came and gave me an estimate and I had the proposal back the very next day. Very responsive and quick!

I called the front office and spoke with Bernice, who was very responsive and called me back to get me on the schedule. Manuel and team came out to perform the services and was very prompt and professional. The core aeration was of good quality and they cleaned up after their work as well.

They are very reliable and friendly. They do a good job. We'll continue to use them.
