Very well. He came out and gave me an estimate and than his team came out as scheduled and worked until they finished the job, Many neighbors commented on how they liked the job they did. I was very happy with the work they did.

Went great! They called back promptly, and were able to come out the next morning. The company president, who I'd spoken to the day before, came out with the workers to double check on everything I wanted done. Couldn't believe how quickly they were able to clean up 18 months of neglect, dead plants, dead fall, junk, and two foot high grass. They did a very nice job pruning our snowball bush, and hauled away an old (broken) mower for us too. The yards haven't looked this good in forever!

Manny responded to me immediately. He and his crew were punctual and professional. My lawn hadn't been properly seen to in many years and there was a lot to do. All of the work was done quickly and thoroughly. I immediately hired him to regularly service my lawn.

We have had Mr. Padilla several times for taking out bushes and stumps. Although it hasn't always been easy to schedule, he has always been very good at getting back to us and the work he and his men do is fine. Although we ended up going with someone else for the last job he quoted us for, it was because we were combining it with work he was not in a position to do for us so it was just easier; otherwise his quote was quite reasonable.

I was looking for a provider to address the landscaping for the front of our Condo building. The association no longer takes care of the landscaping, and the front of the building was looking pretty bad. After contacting several providers, Padilla Landscaping said they would quote the job. I no longer live in the area, and they were able to work with me on the quote over the phone. They supposedly went by the building on a Sunday and provided me a quote on Monday. It was $600 to cut the grass, trim bushes, take down vines and other overgrowth and haul all the debris away. They also quoted $25 a week for lawn maintenance. This may seem high for how small our lawn is, but the fact is no one else would even quote it so I was just happy to see Padilla was willing to take on the work. I received notes from several of the people still in the building commenting on what a good job Padilla did. I was able to see the work for myself a week or so later and it looks like they did everything they said they would. Overall I think the price is a little high for the services being provided, but at the end of the day most won't take on jobs this small and Padilla did and they did a good job with it. I will continue to use them as an ongoing provider.

I had an appointment and the worker who was to show up couldn't find my address, when I phoned the company and left a message I didn't hear anything for the rest of the day. Until the evening when Manny called me to explain what happened earlier and ask if he could come right then and measure the yard for an estimate. Very thankful to have some progress after a frustrating search, I agreed and received a very fair estimate within a few hours of speaking with Manny. With such a great price, I was able to consider more work in the yard and had them come back and take more measurements to add work to the bid. We are scheduling the work for this week and I will update about the quality and my thoughts on the finished product...wish me luck! Manny and his crew came on 6/3 to prep our yard and did an EXCELLENT job of removing all the existing grass and weeds with a sod cutter, disposing of it quickly and cleanly. They took their time and prepared the yard the proper way so I am not anticipating any problems with the sod taking or having the weed issues I had in the past. By noon on 6/4 I was admiring a brand new lawn, even if it was in the rain, which didn't slow the crew down at all! My yard is very level now, where it had been an uneven mess and my mismatched concrete sidewalks are no longer a toe stubbing nightmare. I am VERY pleased with the work done and will update again in a few weeks to let everyone know how the grass is growing and if the weeds stay gone. At this point I would highly recommend this company and have to a few of my neighbors already!

The crew was professional, on time and helped with suggestions that made things better. Manny the owner and supervisor quoted me a very reasonable price. And though it may have been a comparatively small job, I was made to feel as if it was the most important job of the day. I will use them again and have suggested their services to friends and family.

These guys do a solid job of cutting and maintaining the lawns at four of my properties. Sometimes they cut down flowers, sometimes its hard to talk to the guys in the field, but I used them all last year and things generally went well.

Asked if they would be interested in giving me a quote for lawn maintenance. He said yes. He said he would look at lawn on 7/11/2013 and get back with me. I talked to him later that evening and he said he would get the quote to me in writing, that was the last I heard from him. No quote, no call back, nothing.

My call to them for services was never returned.

It took 2 to 3 weeks for these people to come over. The bid was the highest received.I did not have them do the work.

Never received a call back from my message to obtain a price quote. I would not do business with a company that makes a bad impression by not returning a customers call. I am calling you to provide you business so if you dont return my call you must not value my business. Ill take my business elsewhere.

The service was good but their is a little bit of a language barrier.

Always timely and excellent service. Performed all tasks contracted with speed and efficiency. Performed extras as requested with excellent results.

It took a bit to get a quote but once they did, they were able to get us on the schedule within a few days. The crew did not make it in the morning as planned but since I work from home, I was able to accomodate. They do a good job and are thorough so would use them again, in spite of the scheduling challenges.

In short: they did a reasonable job but were not careful and ended up damaging some of my plants. Anything somewhat delicate was uprooted and many broad leafed plants were torn to shreds. They might be OK if you just have shrubs and grass but I cannot recommend them if you have plants you care about. My yard is about 50' by 50' and more than just grass but not too complicated - there is some grass but also a bed of rose bushes, three beds of annuals / perennials and a vegetable and herb garden along the side of my home. I contacted Manny Padilla to conduct yard cleanup and weekly maintenance as the trees in my yard drop a tremendous amount of leaves come fall. For the first appointment, Mr. Padilla came out and quoted me $250 for and quot;spring cleanupand quot; followed by $40 weekly maintenance. I agreed to the $250 the first time as the yard had not been professionally kept up to this point and was a bit messy. For the first appointment Mr. Padilla's agreed to come out between 8-9a but showed up at 7:30a and had left by 8a. After several calls I managed to reschedule for Thursday of that week at 9a; however Mr. Padilla never showed up. When I called, he said that he only worked in the city of Chicago on Mondays and Tuesdays and that he could come at 7a the next Tuesday. On Tuesday Mr. Padilla showed up promptly at 7a with two men. They got right to work on the yard. Manny requested the $250 upfront which I gave him after verifying that Manny would work alongside his men. Manny mentioned in passing that they had another job at 9a before I went back inside. At 8a I noticed that I couldn't hear them anymore and went outside to investigate. At first things looked good - the yard was certainly clean - but on closer inspection many of my plants had been damaged. In one flower bed an entire plant had been uprooted and was missing. Looking behind some plants and furniture revealed pockets where they had blown the leaf debris and left it behind. Broad leafed perennials such as hostas throughout the yard had leaves torn. The vegetable and herb garden was very badly damaged - my tomato plants had been broken in multiple places, three green onion plants had been broken at the base, about 1/5 of a long-established sage plant was missing, and two basil plants had a number of branches broken. When I called Mr. Padilla to confront him with the damage and to tell him that he was not welcome back for weekly maintenance, he was completely unapologetic and uninterested in fixing the problem. I hope that this review prevents others from paying $250 upfront for less than 3 man-hours of sloppy service.

They do a good job. We get an invoice and we pay them, so I don't know if they have invoiced us yet. I assume that we will get an invoice and pay them. We have used them before as well. They are good and we plan on using them again.

We had a storm come through sometime last summer and our neighbor had a big locust tree that I had been on him to take down because of its rotten trunk. Well the storm took it down and it fell and hit the back of our house and destroyed our beautiful 40 ft ash tree so they helped us with that too. He did all the clean up on that.

We liked them, we thought they did a really good job, the the lawn looked great when they were done. They did a great job.

Overall a good job. I would recommend to others.
