They did a great job, quick and efficient. However, when we called for the Fall clean-up (4 times) we did not get a call back. Granted it was a little late in the season so I suspect that he was already busy. Nevertheless it would have been nice to get a call.

We started out with high hopes but Padilla was not consistent in maintaining our yard care. Communication was very poor--in some cases it would take 4+ phone calls to get a reply. The main issue was pertaining to our gate being locked and I asked for some consistency in when the workers would arrive--time and day of the week, so that I could unlock our yard. They were not able to give me a regular schedule and it resulted in frustration for me and the Padilla workers. They did a fair enough job when they came, seemed fairly priced-- but dealing with an organization that was so untimely with their customer communications was just not worth the hassle to me.

I have been using them for a lot of years and I have been very happy with them. We had two very large trees that had fallen on our fences and on our house during a storm. He came over with his crew on a moment's notice to fix it up. He cleared the whole mess out in a hurry. They were big trees. It was an eighty or ninety feet Locus tree and a forty feet Ash tree. They did not do any more damage at all while removing them and I was happy about that. They picked everything up and cleaned it all up. They did a wonderful job like they always do. It was worth every penny. I would recommend them.

We were very pleased with the service provided. The office staff are pleasant and efficiently got us set-up for regular snow removal service. Invoices arrived on time and were accurate. The snow removal was completed promptly when needed.

They have been very responsive and consistent. They do a pretty thorough and good job. The snow and ice removal has always been very timely and well done. In terms of price, even though I do not know the exact price, I know that I looked at a bunch of options and they are one of the most affordable. I would use their services again in the future.

The first time they came, they were great, that's why I called them to come back again. But since then, they have proved that they are unreliable and they do unsatisfactory work. I called him several times and he never called me back. The workers themselves did good work, it was the quality of the products that were the issue.

We were impressed with the professionalism of the firm; their punctuality and their willingness to come and give us an estimate over the weekend.

Manuel is very professional and gave me the most inexpensive estimate. His crew worked for 4 days (they estimated it would take only 2 but it seemed to take longer than they anticipated and it was during that extremely hot 2 day period w/ temps reaching close to 100 so that was likely part of it). Manuel is very professional and stuck to his estimate, but he is a little hard to get ahold of (in the 2-3 weeks prior to his crew starting, I was unsure if he was still going to be doing the job because I'd call and leave a message trying to nail down a start date and not hear back for 2-3 days). He did get a cellphone during the job and I think it made it a little easier to find / talk to him. His crew did a very nice, very professional job with the tree take-down, trimming of overhanging branches, the grading of the patio, and the retaining wall around the tree. It is very well-graded, does not drain toward the house (Manuel was very careful about this and even put up extra lumber w/out extra charge to protect the house) I did ask him some questions about which plants to put in the front area and around the tree where he put up the retaining wall and he seemed less informed about shade plants, etc, etc. Therefore if you're looking for a plant-landscaper I don't think he and his crew are your men, but for basic yard clean-up, mulching, and pavers / retaining walls, they do a very nice job at an extremely reasonable rate. I would definitely use him and his company again and am actually thinking of calling to set up regular bimonthly yard / leaf removal service with him.

. They come once a month to spray and if necessary, like we see something in between they do it free of charge. They are very personable and timely. We have one individual that basically services our account which is really good. So we have always one guy who keeps coming back. He knows us, knows our property, he knows the problems we have had in the past and sort of watch for possible recurrences. I would continue to use them in the future.

They just started and they come every week. It's great. They do a great job and we don't have to worry about it.

He and his crew took about 3-4 hours to do the job. He charged a fraction of the price of other landscapers. Our lawn looks great! We will definitely work with him again. Based on our results, our neighbors have also hired him (and these are hard core gardeners.)

The rainy weather delayed the work. When we had a few nice days, it would have been nice to know when they were coming. They did a great job cleaning up the yard and garden beds. After raking and aerating, they spread grass seed. The lawn looked very nice when they were done.

On the commercial building, they did a great job. The walks were cleared in a reasonable amount of time and they did a thorough job. On one occasion after a bad storm I asked that we be moved up a little in the schedule and they were very accommodating. Overall a great experience and I felt a very good value. On my home, I have a similar experience. They did a very nice job and definitely got us over the hump of Spring cleanup. I was very pleased that they agreed to blow the leaves off my garage roof (flat roof)--I'd been procrastinating on that for a while. They left my yard, walkway and sidewalk clean. They also cleaned any clippings, etc., that spilled over into my neighbors property. It was a great experience. I would also add that they appear to be a small family company and that sometimes it takes a day to get a call back. Now that I've worked with them, I'd definitely say it's worth the wait if you don't in fact reach them on the first call.

I’m very happy with them. They are punctual. They come when they say they will come. They spend a lot of time here working on the lawn if you need any help. Past week there were three guys who came. They were here for hours working on the lawn and removing all the debris from the winter. I’m very impressed. I would use them in the future.

We have a contract with them. They do a good job on our yard. My complaint is with their responsiveness. Several times they have not responded to phone calls from our management company for several days or a week. The follow up is a lot to be desired.

Very responsive and professional staff. Timely and detailed maintenace of our yard throughout the summer months. We will hire them again this year.

Padilla has been great to work with from providing an estimate to completing the snow removal.

They gave us what we asked for and they were fine. We decided that we wouldn’t do any landscaping right then. They were responsive. They did a nice job.

They arrive promptly and do the work well.

Unfortunately our previous landscapers had become unresponsive and unreliable so we called Padillla as a mid-summer replacement. Mr. Padilla came out to provide an estimate within 24 hours of my call. He was extremely professional and spent time looking at the front, back and side of our property and patiently answered my questions. His crew started service the following week. They were reliable and professional and significantly more thorough than our previous company. We wished we had switched to Padilla sooner. (Note: the $20 cost was our weekly rate -- well worth it)

They did a great job. I spent about $800 on that service. They came and tackled everything that I wanted them to and cleaned up the back yard. They just did everything and it is no longer a jungle. I thought that the price was fair.
