They were great! The sales person, Jeff, had a great sense of humor and was very knowledgeable and never tried to push me into buying anything. He was very very helpful. He had everything installed efficiently. The installers also did a great job.

It was terrific. I would give them an A! They were professional, warm, and responsive to our needs and our situation. The salesperson was not a hard sale at all. She really listened to what we needed and tried to help us. Very respectful. The service people were extremely professional and high quality work.

They gave us a sample that we held onto for nearly 3 weeks. They scheduled installation. The whole installation took about 3 hours. We had bought the upgrade in the padding which was nice. There was some problem regarding the removal of the carpet. City of Chicago trash removal was suppose to take the old carpet but they refused. Contacted Olson rug they split the cost of the removal with us.

They did a nice job. They are professional and came when they said they would.

They did a fantastic job. Very easy to deal with in the show room, over the phone, and during the installation process. Very flexible with our changing schedules. Crystal was the salesperson in the Dempster location that we dealt with, she was terrific! We're considering doing additional work in the house and no doubt will choose Olsen again.

The sales person came to my house for measurements on a Sunday to accommodate my schedule. He made every effort to keep the project as inexpensive as possible. He offered helpful advice about forthcoming flooring projects. We selected a suitable carpet that was even cheaper than the estimate. The installers were late arriving, but did a terrific job with the installation. The rug was vacuumed, no mess was left behind, and there wasn't a single mark on the baseboards. The carpet looks great.

The experience at Olson Rug was wonderful. Our salesperson, Stan, was personable, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. We were first time carpet buyers and Stan helped us through the entire process. Being the type of people we are we also went to other carpet stores and looked at the exact same carpeting we ended up ordering. The salespeople at the other stores were not as helpful as Stan. The gentlemen who installed the hardwood flooring were cheerful and did a wonderful job. The carpet installers had a lot of carpeting to install and worked with hot weather. They maintained a cheerful attitude throughout the day, worked into the early evening and did a wonderful job. My only complaint was the blind that I had installed at a house I am selling in the northern suburbs. The installer was a little rude and was sloppy.

I was very happy with the work they did because it was all done in one day and they cleaned up any mess that was there afterward. The quality of the work they did was just awesome, and they did a perfect job.

I will absolutely continue to buy my carpet from this company. I have been so thrilled with the performance of the product. I had spilled a half a bottle of red wine in one of the rooms with the new carpet and a little club soda cleaned it right up. I also thought they did a nice job installing it.

On time, polite, efficient, neat & clean, removed all debris. Also salesman Alan was helpful, knowledgeable and very pleasant. Was a great experience.

Dorothy Brown was just an excellent saleswoman. In one of the bedrooms there was a correction that needed to be made and she came out and had it taken care of very satisfactorily. This was a very fine experience. The workmen were very good about moving furniture, too.

The interaction with Waldemar in the salesroom was very nice, he noticed we knew what we wanted but also gave good advice. He came to measure the room at a convenient time for us and ordered the carpet. The carpet came relatively fast and our room wasn't ready for installment. It was no problem to delay installation for several weeks until we were ready. We then asked if they could remove the old carpet one day and install the new a few days later. This was $50.00 extra, but was absolutely worth it. Communication with Waldemar was always great and work was done on time and professionally.

I was desperate to have new carpeting in the dining and living rooms before Thanksgiving. I walked into the store on the Friday before Thanksgiving, and Tim immediately got to work helping me. He wasn't flustered at all and helped me choose a good quality carpet, which he knew was in stock, then called the warehouse to schedule the installation. They said they could install the very next day! Tim followed me home that evening to take measurements and then adjusted the charges, as I had not given him exact measurements, but an estimate of the square footage. He explained the whole process and made sure that I was ready for the installation the next morning. The installers arrived right on time and were very professional and got the job done within 2 hours. Even moving a large curio cabinet was no challenge to them. Everything was great from start to finish, and I was able to entertain at Thanksgiving. It was a great experience.

We were very pleased with our experience, and I give most of the credit to Bruce Belson, the salesman. He has a great personality and was a pleasure to work with. The installation also went well. The installers were on time and did an excellent job. The carpet is beautiful.

Shelton helped us select a carpet in the showroom. He was prompt in coming to our house to measure and send a quote. We were very pleased with the carpet installation. One minor hitch - the installers had some problems with the a hatch door in the closet and it wasn't done exactly as we wanted.

Actually I went to the Olson Rug on Dempster Avenue in Niles, but this is part of the same franchise I presume. They outsourced their work to a crew from Indiana, but the 3 man crew did a really nice job as far as I can tell. Worked from 10 to 7. YOu have to pay half up front and then the other half after they are finished. They charge extra for hauling away the old carpet, which we didn't opt for (garbage will pick it up, we were told). All in all, a little pricey, but good work and thanks to Shekel who was the sales rep who did a nice job getting us started and set up.

ESTIMATOR (BARNES) SHOWED UP ON TIME; WORKMEN SHOWED UP ON TIME. WORK WAS DONE WELL. WORKMEN WERE FRIENDLY AND EFFICIENT.

THE CARPET LAYERS WERE GREAT, THEY CAME TO THE HOUSE ON TIME. THE CARPET FEELS GREAT UNDERFOOT AND IT LOOKS LIKE A PROFESSIONAL JOB. MUCH BETTER THAN A PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE, WHERE THE CARPET BUCKLED.

OLSON, AND OUR SALESMAN, YAN, CAME TO OUR RESCUE! ANOTHER RETAIL CARPET STORE PROMISED DELIVERY BASED ON OUR MOVE-IN DATE. WHEN THE DATE NEARED, AND WE COULDN'T GET THEM TO CONFIRM, WE DISCOVERED THAT THEY WERE GOING TO MISS THE DATE AND THEY DIDN'T EVEN GIVE US THE COURTESY OF AN APOLOGY. OLSON CONFIRMED AVAILABILITY THE NEXT DAY, MEASURED, AND INSTALLED WITHIN A WEEK. FURTHERMORE, THE INSTALLERS WERE PROMPT, CLEAN, AND PROFESSIONAL. OLSON MET OUR EXPECTATIONS AND EXCEEDED THEM!

OUR REP - DAAG MIYAGAWA - WAS VERY NICE AND PROFESSIONAL. CAME TO OUR HOME FOR AN ESTIMATE. CARPET TOOK LESS TIME THAN EXPECTED FOR DELIVERY. INSTALLATION LOOKS GREAT. HAPPY WITH PRICE. GOOD OVERALL EXPERIENCE.

THEY CAME ON VERY SHORT NOTICE TO ACCOMMODATE OUR SCHEDULE. MANAGER LET US IN AN HOUR AFTER THE STORE WAS CLOSED TO HELP US.

VERY NICE, PROFESSIONAL INSTALLATION - DID NOT TRY TO OVERSELL AN EXPENSIVE PRODUCT.

VERY QUICK. EVEN THE SALESLADY AT THE STORE CALLED TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WAS DONE TO OUR SATISFACTION. THE TWO MEN WHO DID THE INSTALLATION WERE VERY ACCOMMODATING. THEY MOVED FURNITURE AND DID A WONDERFUL JOB AT CLEANING UP. I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN IN THE FUTURE.
