Description of Work: Visited the Mundelein store to start getting an idea of what I wanted in new carpet. I did not find the salesperson particularly helpful. As I was clearly overwhelmed by the choices, i expected more help in assessing my needs and making recommendations. Ultimately he gave me some info and some samples. On the plus side, it was not a high pressure sales environment. But, ultimately, I was a little disappointed. Rating my experience as a C because it was average.

Description of Work: Went to the Downers Grove location. Huge selection in show room. Jennifer was great to work with. She came to our house with samples and made great recommendations. Install crew came on time and did a neat, clean job. No hassle, no problems. We would use them again.

Description of Work: After reading all the positive reviews for this company, I was very disappointed with my experience. After Chicago's widespread flooding this fall, I was looking for replacement carpeting and flooring destroyed in the flood. The salesperson was high pressure, egotistical and unresponsive. After 15 minutes with her, I couldn't wait to get out of the store.
