The team arrived on time and finished the work in 4 days. All of the materials matched our specifications and the work was performed beautifully. The team ensured that all of the furniture was moved out of the way and covered. All of the wood floors were covered to ensure there was no damage. The team used a scaffold and provided extra padding for the wheels to ensure there was no scuffing of the floor. The place looks brand new. Ivan and his team painted our last place and their work is always stellar.

They were able to get in quickly. They were thorough. They cleaned up everything after the work was finished. I would use their service in the future too.

Very professional and fast in responding to our inquiry, performing a site inspection, sending the quote and scheduling the service. The job was done professionally and respecting the estimated time. Everything was cleaned at the end of the service. Definitely a satisfactory experience.

Got a phone call back 2 days after I left a message. When I did get a call I was told that I would be charged at least $50 for someone to come over to do an estimate and also told that small jobs are billed at $50/hr. I could not get a free estimate or get someone to actually COME LOOK AT WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE. This is not Angie's List quality to me. Do not advertise that you do jobs of all sizes and then give me this runround. I ended up finding a much better drywaller on Craigslist - professional, licensed, came right over and gave me an accurate bid for the project (not by the hour) and has been prompt and easy to deal with. So, I'm paying $8/mo for Angie's list and getting my contractor on Craigslist. Hmmm...

My call was promptly returned. The estimate was broken out multiple ways, as I had requested and was very competitive. I went with another company that was only slightly less and also has a good reputation. I will definitely consider Nova Forma for future projects.

Arrived on time, explained in details what needed to be done. The man who performed ceiling work on both floors was an excellent worker always on time. The prime and painting work was also excellent. The cleanup after work was performed was outstanding. I was very impressed with the detail estimate breakdown for all labor and material. I would definitely use this company again for future work needed.

This was the second time I used Nova Forma. They are very professional, thorough, and very clean. Their work is great - no messy paint lines. They also cover all the floors while painting and cover all furniture with plastic. The painting took 3.5 days and they cleaned up at the end of each day, which was great for me since i have 2 young children. I highly recommend them and will use them again for any future projects.

He and his staff are courteous, neat, use top quality paint and are always willing to do just those few little things you ask of them with the nicest attitude. It is a pleasure to work with them. From the beginning to the end, it was a real pleasure to work with Nova Forma. Ivan, the owner is intelligent, extremely well organized and has the highest work ethics imaginable. His crew were trustworthy and worked non-stop with or without supervision. We had very particular requests about insulation which involved a lot of cutting, fitting and foaming. Ivan listened carefully, understood our needs and gave us a good rate for the hours beyond the budgeted time. To make sure that the insulation was done right, Ivan worked along with his team on the day till 8:00pm. Throughout the days, Ivan stopped by daily to check on the work and made corrections when necessary. Ivan's scheduling was very accommodating yet extremely efficient: when the drywall compound was not dry, he offered to postpone the sanding until it was thoroughly dry 3 days later. While when I was wondering when the rest of job will be done, his painting guy, electrician, and tile man came back one by one and finished the rest of the job in one day! Afterward, the crew did such an excellent job to clean up the site. Ivan is honest to a fault. When I accidentally overpaid him, he went out of his way to point out the error and refund the money. He is always very responsive and responsible: always returned calls and emails, always kept his promises. We will certainly work with him again and would recommend him to friends or anybody without hesitation.

Ivan was superb. From the time we spoke on the phone to schedule an estimate/walk-through until the work was done. He was very courteous and professional. For the quality and overall experience, his price was excellent. I asked for a number of quotes from various companies and his quote was not the most expensive. One well-known company gave an identical quote but I felt more at ease with Ivan. I got a couple of cheaper quotes from family recommendatons. To put it simply, I was glad I went with Ivan. Just like a previous reviewer, he estimated the job would be done in four days. He was able to get it done in three days without sacrificing quality. He and his crew were very diligent with their job. We had a number of walls that had wallpaper taken out and he made sure the wall was prepared properly - he went the extra mile. He and his crew were 'clean'. They covered all the furniture and floor with plastic. For health reasons we needed to keep the place clean as much as possible and they worked with me in making sure everything was covered up. It was a pleasure working with him and his crew. I highly recommend Ivan and Nova Forma.

My upstairs neighbor mistakenly left the kitchen sink running one evening, which caused water to flood into my condo. Needing to repair my kitchen ceiling quickly, I decided to research contractors on Angie's list. Nova Forma caught my eye, due to all the positive comments previous customers made about the contractor. Not knowing anyone else who could do the work I decided to give Nova Forma a try. I must admit that I was very impressed with how honest, trustworthy, and clean Ivan and his crew were. I would definitely use them in the future.

Ivan did an amazing job patching up all our holes and an impeccable job painting our walls. They completely covered the hardwood and carpet in plastic so there was no need to worry about paint splatter getting onto our floors. They are on time and very professional. I highly recommend this company to anyone and we will be using them again in the near future.

Projects where completed on time and within the budget. Final products look great. Ivan and his team are great to work with and I would highly recommend.

We chose the colors and Ivan executed the job with high quality and on schedule. He did not leave behind a mess or cause any collateral damage (e.g. paint on the floor). I dinged him slightly for punctuality because he was sometimes rather late to our meetings, however the work itself was done promptly. I should note that he does not give you advice about the colors like some other (higher priced) firms.

It went really well. Ivan returned my phone call promptly and we were able to set up a time for him to come out and give us an estimate. We got 2 estimates and Ivan's was the lowest. They were able to start the work in about a week. They were at our house for 2 days and were very professional. I really appreciated how if you had a question for Ivan or weren't quite sure about something, he did his best to patiently answer your question. You actually felt like as the customer, he wanted you to be happy. I really appreciated that. They did a really nice job installing the new drywall and installing the crown molding; it looks beautiful. Ivan actually also repaired some of the cracks in our plaster, for no charge, which I really appreciated. His powerwashing guy did an AMAZING job cleaning up the outside of our house. Our house has stucco, and I was a little nervous about things, but the guy must have spent at least 3 hours powerwashing it; it looks great. Ivan is a quality guy and his crew does great work. We will definitely be using them in the future for other remodeling projects around our house.

Nova Forma arrived on time ready to work. They prepared the work area and got started. They worked quickly and did the job right. When they were done they cleaned up and removed all the scrap for me. I inspected the work and everything was perfect. They were very easy to work with, inexpensive and well worth the money spent. I would recommend Nova Forma to anyone.

The experience was positive right from the start. Ivan came out and provided a comprehensive estimate breaking down the work into specific line items. This may not seem like a big deal, but I had requested this from 3 other contractors and none of the others could get this right. Ivan was keen to ensure that there would be no surprises or confusion on the scope of the work. Ivan's estimate was competitive in terms of price as well. Once we signed the contract, Ivan was flexible with scheduling the work, and worked around some of our restrictions. When placing the order for the custom french doors with the lumber, Ivan found out that they had quoted an incorrect price and omitted $300 for the cost of the door jamb. Ivan informed us of this as soon as he found out, and did not place the order without a confirmation from us. The work took about four days to complete, which is quicker than what we were expecting. Ivan's crew arrived on time 3 out of the 4 days. On day 2 of 4, they were running slightly late, but I was able to get in touch with Ivan on the phone so this was not a big deal. His entire team was polite and courteous. They did a great job covering up and protecting our furniture from the inevitable dust. They were diligent in cleaning up at the end of the day as well. During the work, Ivan kept us informed of any issues and there were no surprises. Watching his team work, it was obvious that they paid attention to the details and nobody was in a "rush" to finish the job. The results were fantastic, and we're very happy with the new room and the beautiful french doors. We did notice some minor issues with caulking in some areas, and after pointing this out to Ivan, his crew came back and made it perfect. At the end, Ivan provided us with a clear invoice, as well as a copy of the invoice for the custom french doors (this was an expensive item). Ivan and his crew are true professionals, and I've already recommended their services to my friends.

We had a great experience with Ivan. He was responsive when providing an estimate and answering questions. They were able to schedule the job right away. He and his crew came in and did a great job! They moved furniture and were pretty good on the clean-up. When we had extra questions during the job, they were able to take care of them. They were professional, polite, and friendly. They finished the job in two days. We would definitely use them again.

Ivan appeared punctually for the estimate and said he would get the estimate back to us in 48 hrs. It ended up taking about week, but we hired him anyway. The very professional and pleasant Ivan showed up on time for the first day of painting, and, with his brother, commenced preparing the basement. They did a flawless job, straight ceiling lines, no drips, placed furniture back where it was, etc. I was equally pleased with the job they did in the bedroom. The only glitch occurred one day when they didn't show up on time and I had to call and find out where they were. Turns out they had a problem on another job, but I would have appreciated a call. They appeared about a half hour later, though, so it wasn't a major problem.

Ivan was great, he came out for the inspection and was very polite. They were able to to fit us in during the next week so we booked them. They originally said it would take them 3 days to complete the job, but I was surprised coming home from work on the second day for them to tell me the job was all finished. They were completely polite, nice, and courteous. They covered everything and didn't leave behind a mess at all. I would highly, highly recommend and plan on using again if the need arises.

The job went well. It took three long days. I didn't get the impression that they were at all rushing, rather taking the time it needed to do a good job. It was very nice that no one was living in the apartment when the work was done. I trusted the contractor with the keys to the condo and only popped in once to have a look. When they were done verything looked like new. The contractor inspired trust and took pride in a job well done. He was very timely with everything, and I could always get a hold of him. He helped me with a few small things that went beyond the original scope of work and gave me overall good advice for the project of renovating the condo.

I didn't ask for an estimate so I was a little surprised how long it took, but they did a nice job. Next time I will ask for an estimate first. They always respond very promptly and fit me into their schedule when I need something in a short period of time
