+ -1 moreI have been an intermittent customer for about 10 yrs. Whenever I have had a computer problem Mr. Ozer was my solution. He a always been friendly, competent, knowledgeable, timely, and reasonable. I dropped my laptop of on Thursday afternoon and it was ready first thing Saturday morning. Only one day without it.
Description of Work: My laptop was acting weirdly. The battery had sufficient charge. The power switch would not work unless the power cord was plugged in. And if the power cord was unplugged, the computer would shut down even though the battery charge was sufficient.

+ -1 moreI was well satisfied with Nova's service and price. The delay was entirely due to the manufacturer; Nova was prompt when parts were provided to them.
Description of Work: My computer simply stopped working, presumably due to a power surge. It was under warranty, but the manufacturer is 2000 miles distant and I didn't want to try shipping it. I took it to Nova. It sat there quite a while, while the manufacturer tried to find and ship parts. Nova tried the replacement processor, found it didn't work, tried the replacement motherboard, and that fixed it. I also had them add a disk drive and more RAM. The cost of just under $300 includes these items.
