Description of Work: Jim was my contact at Northwest Plumbing. He displayed professionalism, expertise and courtesy regarding my plumbing issues, as well as prompt arrival. He provided service on two occasions at my home. The first time was on 10/11/12, where he replaced the end section of pipe (it had a small crack), that brings the water into my home. This repair stopped the water leak and all is now try. The second occasion was on 10/18/12, where Jim replaced a toilet for one of my bathrooms. He does not rush, took his time to complete the project. He did not make a mess of things. He is extremely neat. The combined cost for both jobs was slightly over $1000 which included a price for attempting to find the main water service outside on the parkway (digging up hard clay dirt), that was marked incorrectly by the City of Chicago. I will use again if need be and recommend this plumbing company to others.
