Called the day before and gave me a 2 hour window. Great, polite, friendly service men.

They did exactly what they said they would do, when they said they would do it, for the price quoted. And they got one old rug cleaner than seemed possible. I have no idea whether the price was reasonable -- about $1.00/sq.ft. -- but it seems well worth it.

Very well. Will use again in the future.

Went well. They were actually about one hour early which was terrific.

One carpet badly damaged at the corner- looked like it had gotten caught in the machine. First the plant manager tried to say the damage was pre-existing(it wasn't)- then tried to charge me for repair- then performed a very poor and amateurish repair. I then talked to Donna Heinrich who said she would look at the rug- 1 1/2 months and four phone calls later I finally reached her to check on the rug ( she never called back). She said the rug had been repaired again by someone else. This repair too was inadequate- a poor match of pattern and color. I picked up my rug, and had it repaired at the shop where I bought it. I don't think these folks care if customers come back. I won't.

The people are very pleasant, and gave me the Angie's list discount (20%). However, they told me the day my rug would be ready, and when I arrived to pick it up, it was on the truck on the way to the store. At first they couldn't track down the truck, as the drivers didn't answer their phones. Even after they talked to the drivers they couldn't tell me how long I would have to wait. They did offer to deliver the rug to my house, but couldn't do it on days that worked for me, and also said they couldn't tell me what time of day it would be delivered on the other days. It seemed a little like the 3 Stooges. They did, in the end, give me an additional discount, which I appreciated, and I returned the next day and got the rug.

We've been using them for about 25 years. I think they are under new ownership. They do high quality work. The carpets we have done are Chinese rugs and they are very careful with them. We've been very pleased with their service. Their prices are somewhere in the middle, but I wouldn't trust some of the other ones. They have been very accommodating to our schedule and they tell us when they are coming and that is when they are here.

They come out every year and do a really good job. They are pleasant to deal with and they are on time. They even bring their own water. I take my small rugs to their shop and they are very nice. They are not very expensive and I think that they are reasonable. They are friendly and professional.

I got ahold of them early, they had an opening at a favorable time and day, we set the day. They called me when they said they would to inform me of our appointment. The two guys they sent were cool, they came (early!) when they said they would, and were done in 45 minutes! Picked up my last two (wool) rugs today - very nice. I am very pleased, will definitely use them again.

I dropped off two rugs for cleaning on April 14th. One of the guys at the store came right out to my mini-van and carried the rugs into the store for me. I had missed the cleaning truck pickup for that day, so my rugs would be going out with the next batch later that week. I was able to pick the rugs up on April 25th. Again, they loaded them ino my mini-van and the rugs looked nice and clean when we unwrapped them at home. We've tried other in-home cleaning options for these rugs, but no one has been able to get them as clean as this company.

They are very professional. They were also very honest by saying that they may not be able to remove some stains. They also advised on cleaning a rug one more time and plan on purchasing a new rug. Their prices are very competitive and they also mail out coupons at appropriate times seasonally. They mail coupons at times such as right after holidays and before or during winter when you really need to get rugs cleaned. I would use their services again in the future.

Very well. I dropped off/picked up the rug at their Lincoln Ave. facility. Other than a bit of a delay in getting it returned, everything went very well. The service was excellent. They called when they knew there would be a delay and called when it was done.

My rug took a beating at a party and was smeared with colorful cake frosting. I dropped it off at Northcenter, and the staff there was friendly and businesslike both on delivery and pickup. The rug came back to me in perfect condition.

Overall a good experience -- called Monday, they came to pickup Tuesday morning, returned the clean rug the following Tuesday. The rug was in truly dire condition, and these guys did a great job of bringing it back to life.

I had a hard time finding it because the front of the building had changed but once inside the service was very professional and I'm very pleased with the results.

I was very pleased with the all of the people that I dealt with from the owner, the two pickup guys and the two delivery guys. I was equally pleased with the great condition of the returned rug. Because they are in the process of remodeling their location, I received a discount. I was surprised and delighted since I never had to go to the temporary location.

Quick and easy. No problems at all. Promptly answered the phone; very flexible about scheduling; picked rug up as scheduled. (They give a 2-hour window.) Delivered rug as scheduled--it looks great! I was on the phone when the delivery person came, and he unrolled the rug over the rug pad as I requested.

Excellent! We have used them before and they always do a great job. Included in the cost of cleaning are pick up, delivery (when cleaned), and any minor repairs. Staff is always friendly and prices are right, especially if you need large carpets cleaned and can't throw them in the car to take to the dry cleaner.

They are great people. They roll out the carpet in front of you and let you know what will and will not come out before they do the work. They have the rugs ready when they say they will. I did not get them delivered, so it saved me 10% on the cleaning. Great work guys!

Since I wasn't certain at the time of the pick up when I wanted the rugs returned, I told the men I would call the office. I called the office on Friday morning for delivery on Saturday. Instead of going by those instructions, they became confused because someone had marked that the rugs should be delivered on Monday even though they don't deliver to my area on Mondays. They left a message on my home answering machine about the confusion and wanted a return call by 4 pm that day. Since I didn't receive the message until that evening, I had to wait an additional week for my rugs to be delivered. It was to their detriment because the dining room furniture would not have been in their way for the delivery, if they delivered the rugs the week before. Unfortunately, they had a lot of furniture to move to lay the rug in the dining room.

THEY ALWAYS DO A PERFECT JOB, AND THEY KEEP THE CARPETS LOOKING AS IF THEY ARE BRAND NEW. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM ONE HUNDRED PERCENT. THE PEOPLE THAT SHOW UP ARE ALWAYS POLITE AND NICE.

Although there were stains on the ivory background of the rug, overall, it came back very nicely cleaned. One stain is now somewhat lighter than before. When they scheduled,they advised calling in the a.m on pickup day to see what time. Bouchelle truck arrived at 8:35 am before I had even called. The day before the 1-week delivery date, Katie called to say the rugs weren't dry yet and wanted to change delivery by two days. Since I was going to be out of town that day, we rescheduled for the following week. So the rug was gone 2 weeks instead of 1, but having it done right was more important to me than the delivery date. The driver normally has a helper, but did not on pickup. The extremely heavy antique table sitting on the rug had to be moved to roll up. Somehow he did it. On delivery, he had a second man. One comment on the driver: I didn't really want to hear about the tank of pirhanas he keeps at home!

Fine, experienced professionals. Drove up with rug; they unloaded it for me. Paid by the size, they measured it right in front of me, wrote up an invoice, and I was out of there in 60 seconds. Rug was finished exactly on time and looked perfect. Carried it back out to car for me. Everything should be this easy.

Two men work at the storefront office and were very professional. I liked their helpfulness as the rugs were bulky and they were expedient in this transaction. I will use them again as they are open on Saturdays.

They did a fine job cleaning all the rugs. They also cut to size one of the rugs, and pieced together a decorative border to finish the cut side.
