Description of Work: We decided to bring in our area rug after iced tea was spilled on it. They did an excellent job cleaning the rug and removing the stain. Since we dropped off and picked up the rug ourselves we received a discount on the work done.

Description of Work: My rugs were small, so I dropped them off myself. The staff person was very nice, and he called when my three small rugs were ready to be picked up. They look great. I've used Northcenter before, and I definitely plan on using them again for my larger rugs (which I'll have them pick up).

We have gone thru all of our emails for the last 6 months and have nothing from the member or any un-answered emails in history. We check our emails all day long and answer them as soon as they are checked. I am sorry that something happen in your email that it didn't make it to us. Our web site contact is working and have not had any problem with emails. If you still need any work done you can call 773-525-4300 to get an appoint for location or pick up and delivery. Or email address is Northcenterrug3726@yahoo.com. Our hours for drop off are 8-5:30 M-F and 8-1pm on Saturday. Our 20% discount is still in effect for Angie List members.

Description of Work: When we moved into our townhouse the movers placed plastic backed runners up and down the stairs which left a sticky residue on the stair carpeting when we removed them. That sticky residue became a dirt magnet in the next month. North Center took great care in removing the residue and dirt on 35 stairs.

There was someone there to help unload my rugs which was great! They measured and wrote the ticket up immediately. We agreed on the price and the due date. I picked them up when they were done...on time...and they looked great! Hassle free and the extra help in carrying them was appreciated.
Description of Work: I brought in 4 area rugs to be cleaned. They were not expensive rugs and I didn't want to have the cleaning out weigh the price of them.

THE RUGS LOOK FABULOUS! THEY DID A GREAT JOB WITH GETTING OUT ALL THE CAT HAIR AND THE PEE SMELL. OUR CAT WAS NOT FREAKED OUT BY THE RUGS WHEN WE LAID THEM BACK DOWN, WHICH WAS A CONCERN. THEY GAVE A 20% DISCOUNT BECAUSE WE DROPPED OFF OUR RUGS AND PICKED THEM UP OURSELVES. IT TOOK A WEEK, WHICH SEEMED LIKE A LONG TIME, BUT MAYBE IT'S INDUSTRY STANDARD. WASN'T REALLY A PROBLEM, THOUGH.
