It went great. They were very professional, handling all of the details and directions over the phone. They also secured the property after the plumber was finished. They were prompt, especially since it was a holiday weekend.

I scheduled an appointment, the technician arrived within the expected timeframe, was personable, professional and friendly. He did a nice job and gave me ample opportunity to test all keys prior to leaving. My door lock itself is a little wonky, a kind I've never dealt with before so I didn't test it as effectively as I could, but it's working out. Nice job.

I asked the provider, whom I have used before and prefer, to proactively replace my existing lock and/or knob. I knew it was a matter of time before the spring mechanism in the lock would fail as it had earlier in the year. This provider checked the existing door knob and lock to determine whether the lock alone could be replaced and keyed for my existing key. The brand of doorknob the provider carries is not the same as the brand of the existing doorknob and the provider explained and demonstrated why he was unable to both replace the lock and key it to the current key. He also explained and demonstrated why he could not replace the lock alone in the existing doorknob. At that point I needed to choose whether to leave the current knob/lock in place or replace the doorknob/lock with one that would require a new, extra key. There was no pressure to choose the latter, though I did. He replaced both efficiently and checked them to ensure they functioned properly. The door/lock have continued to function well afterward, as I would expect.

NonStop had repaired the doorknob about a year ago and I was very impressed with their expertise and customer focus at that time also. That repairman had warned me and showed me that the repair could be done and made sense to be done then, but whenever the symptoms reappeared, I should consider replacing the lock. The lock functioned as it should for another year, then started sticking again. This time, NonStop was on time, checked to see whether they could make a replacement that accepted my existing key. They showed me what they were checking and why a new key would be needed, so that I felt comfortable with the work being done and the charge for it. BTW, I initially called NonStop to evaluate and estimate putting an auto door closer on building front door. He said our door frame area was too small for one and recommended auto close hinges, which will save us good money!

Manager communicated with me services they would preform and gave possible scenarios, the technician came to the property on the day discussed within the time frame given. The staff were very polite and professional over the phone. Upon inspection there was a slight issue with the property so we had to postpone the job but will recall. I would recommend this company.

He could not open the door and to break the lock.

I tried to do it myself by removing the handles and force the striker to unlatch. Even after using WD40, striker did not unlatch. After it was fixed, using the key is not as smooth as before. But it works.

They were excellent but I do not remember the cost of the service. They were prompt and on time. They did a same day service and they were courteous.

Not well..... The technician who came to my house arrived timely, was very polite and very considerate. He called me ahead of time and was very sincere. However, I do not think his employer communicated to him what was promised to me. I was told that $45 covered the trip-charge and diagnosis --- but this is not the case. As I said before, when I made the appointment, I was told that a $45 fee would cover the trip + troubleshooting - and $65 to repair he lock. At my house. the locksmith asked me if I understood the pricing -- I repeated what was told to my by his superiors -- he agreed before moving forward. . That and I agreed with this pricing before taking the lock apart. When he discovered that the lock was un-fixable, a charge never-discussed-before appeared. I was shocked!! Suddenly the company claimed that there a $45 charge to "investigate the problem" I did not want to argue with the serviceman; I felt he was following directions given to him by his superiors. So, I paid $45 dollars more than I planned to spend.... When I asked if they would wave the service charge )for a second visit) I was told they would wave the cost only if I purchased the lock from them. A new lock costs less than $300. If the company had been honest about their fees, I WOULD NOT have had a service call to diagnose; instead, I would have just purchased the lockset to be replaced. The new lockset only costs $200. Now, with another service call, my new lock will end up costing me $400 instead of $300. Not a happy outcome...

They did fine and we found no issues. They came and did it right away. We had some trouble actually finding someone who could come out right away and take care of it. They were very responsive.

They were on time. They were courteous and let me know they were coming. I thought the price was a little high, but the service compensated for it.

The scheduling process was very easy. The technician arrived on time ( actually 30 minutes early). The technician had to go back to his shop to acquire a special part-he did so quickly and still finish the job before the expected timeframe. Would recommend them and work with them again

The locksmith was punctual, explained what he was going to do and how long it would take and make extra copies of the keys on site. He was respectful, helpful and efficient. I would definitely use this company again and would recommend them to my friends.

Technician offered advice on what type of lock to utilize at each location. Excellent workmanship. Answered all of our questions and cleaned up nicely. I would highly recommend using Non Stop.

It went okay, it was average, it wasn't great. The lock didn't worked well, specifically well after they fixed it but its still working. They were accommodating. They seemed to know what they are doing. They were not particularly accommodating when it broke and they were supposed to come back. So, I still have kinda the same problem but it seems to work better than it did before.

Fine. We tested it before he went and a quick adjustment was made. This is the second year that I've used Non-Stop Locksmith and I've been happy with their service both years. They are professional, on time, quick to finish the job and friendly. The rates are reasonable. Tom C. was my locksmith today and I was impressed with both him and the company.

It went well. I called because I could not lock my garage door where my car is stored. They came out within the hour, made the adjustment, and charged a reasonable rate with a senior discount.

They were great. They were a little bit high on what they quoted. They came out great and they worked pretty fast and easy. They came and arrived on time.

After reading reviews we decided to use Non-Stop to re-key our home locks after our recent move in. The task of re-keying was performed excellently and done promptly. Importantly, the locksmiths that came to our house were incredibly friendly and professional. I would highly recommend them for your locksmith needs. The job came in just under quote as once the locksmiths were on site they were able to reevaluate what I had been asking for .

They were okay. They came out and their work was satisfactory. I didn't have anything to base the price on but it wasn't crazy, it wasn't extremely high. He came out, he did the work, and he finished the job. He didn't have to make 2 or 3 trips. I was pleased.
