Pros: They answered phone immediately, they were friendly, professional, and easy to work with. They give free estimates. They set up an appointment immediately. They will work in the evenings and weekends with no extra charges. They even offered to come on Sunday afternoon. The owner, Chuck, is extremely knowledgeable about security and locks, and took great attention to walking through the property with me to explain the best options for each area, and to give advice on the gate. He obviously knows his stuff. They even agreed to come back a few hours later and do the work, late on a Sunday afternoon. They called right on time, showed up right on time. The installer, Shimone, was really polite and professional, and did the work quickly, and cleaned up after himself, and conscientiously insisted that I test each lock myself before he left. He also left me his card and told me to call if we needed any adjustments made, or ever lock ourselves out. Cons: My only comment here is that there was some confusion between the estimate and work order that Chuck and I discussed and the work that Shimone was supposed to do. The total lock count, and the bill, were both different than what I expected. I think this was just a factor of Chuck & I not writing anything down, we did a verbal estimate, and I probably should have insisted that we right it down first, because there were a lot of doors, and a lot of locks, and it was hard to keep track of what we discussed to do with each one. Overall I really liked the company and would use them again, I would just say to make sure you get an itemized list of the services first. I think they usually do this, so it probably won't be a problem ever again.

great service! The locksmith came on time and well prepared to do the job. He had to deal with some odd older locks (the former owner of our house was a do it yourselfer who had made a few "custom" locks. We asked the locksmith to try to work with these locks. It turned out he had to come back and put a new lock in place of one of the "custom" ones later, and he charged us very little for the follow-up call (even though it was not his fault that our old set up was unworkable). I should note that this was the day after a huge blizard and almost nobody was venturing out. That was impressive. Top notch service at a good price!

After a week of futile searching, I finally gave up on finding the key to my mailbox and searched for a nearby locksmith who was available within 24 hours, and who would do the job for a reasonable price. Even though it was after usual business hours (around 6 PM on a Monday evening), Simon picked up the phone after a couple of rings and said he could be here within the hour. Amazing, but the crazy thing is that I couldn't take him up on it, since I was working late. He penciled me in for early the next afternoon, but was actually able to squeeze me in earlier that morning, after another appointment in the neighborhood. He worked quickly, he was very professional, and he was quiet (which was especially important, since there were napping twins in the unit directly behind the mailbox). I highly recommend Non-Stop. Be sure to ask for Simon.

Great, happy with my new locks and the service!

Fast, friendly, reliable service! I was out rather late having dinner with my friends when my purse was stolen with my home and car keys AND drivers license! The thieves had the address and access to my place so I needed to get my locks changed immediately. I called Non Stop and they had a technician at my door within 30 minutes, as promised. He was courteous and very knowledgable. He changed my front door locks as well as made me a new car key on site. I would definitely use them again and would reccommend them to everyone. The locksmith was extremely friendly from the minute he came to my door. He was up front about the cost and told me exactly what he needed to do in order to gain entry. Moreover, he was extremely helpful in telling me how to go about fixing the doorknob (aside from buying one at Home Depot) since we have high-security locks. I recommend using this company in the future.
