They were really good. They even gave us a discount for missing an appointment. They worked very promptly, and were very responsive.

The tech called to say he was on his way, arrived on time and was very pleasant. He began addressing the issue quickly by taking measurements, looking at the old lock, trying out various locks that were in his truck, and quoting prices. While I wasn't satisfied with the solutions offered, as I would like to preserve the integrity of the age of the door and other details of my 114 year old home, I was pleased by his demeanor and willingness to do what he could to help me.

My experience with them was good. The young man was a really nice guy. He worked really fast and I didn't have any complaints about anything because he did a good job. They are very fast as far as issues; I did not have a lock out when they changed my locks but even if I had they would have been pretty fast. He was very prompt and seemed to know what he was doing.

I had intially contacted ET Locksmith and didn't understand why Non-Stop Locksmith actually did the work. It turns out that Non-Stop is a part of ET, so that confusion is now cleared up, thanks to a call from Simon, the owner of ET. Here's how the work went: The locksmith, Jake, arrived in the promised time window. He evaluated the doorknob mechanism and tried to repair it with the existing parts. He found that the door needed a longer shaft (the one he had was too short), so had to go back to the office to get the appropriate length shaft. He then tried a number of screws before he found the ones that fit the shaft properly, but he did get everthing back together and working properly. He explained that with old doors like ours (probably the original door to the house), there was no standard size, unlike doors that are made now. My husband asked about the Angie's List coupon and he was going to honor it but then wrote up the invoice without the coupon. However, he charged for only one hour of labor, although he had probably put in more time than that, and did not charge for the part. Also the service cal charge, $45, was very reasonable. We believe in paying a fair price for good work, so while I was initially annoyed about not getting the 12% discount (this was ET's coupon), I now think a discount was not necessary. The work that the locksmith performed was done very professionally. In my initial review I had questioned the disclaimer that we were asked to sign: The first line is certifying that the customer has the authority to "order the lock, key, or security work designated on this work order." I can understand the reason for this setence. The second sentence says "Further, I agree to absolve the bonded and insured locksmith who bears this authorization from any and all claims arising from the performance of such work, and/or not to hold him responsible for any reason whatsoever." I initially found that disconcerting--not hold the person performing the work responsible for it? Simon, the owner of ET, explained that the disclaimer applies to circumstances such as eviction, divorce, etc., in which there may be a legal issue with having the locks changed without another party's consent.

When I was moving into my new apartment, I hired movers and once we got to my new place I realized I didn't have my keys. I called nonstop locksmith and they were there within the time frame they said they would be (i had the movers waiting on the clock). I was really stressed out that I couldn't find my keys and there was no way I could go through all those boxes looking for them. the technician came and had my doors open really quickly and helped calm me down. They were super friendly and got the job done quickly. They didn't make a mess and were very professional. I would definately recommend them to anyone in need of a locksmith. I ended up finding my keys in a shoe later when unpacking.

My boyfriend and I bought a new house. We were extremely excited and didn't think about having our locks changed until my mother mentioned it. After she said, " there might be keys to your locks out there," I looked for a locksmith. I called and they were able to make an appointment for the date that was convenient for me. Shimon came to my house on time and was very professional. He was really funny also. The whole experience was great and I would use them again!

I called Nonstop Locksmith after my roommate told me she was locked out. The receptionist was extremely helpful and responsive. They said they could have someone out in 15 minutes. I told them I wouldn't be home for another 30 minutes and they scheduled a locksmith to come out in 40 minutes...incredibly attuned to very fast response time. I fixed the problem by the time the locksmith, Shai, arrived, but Shai was nonetheless able to give me some good advice about our lock. Didn't have any service work done, but I thought the fee to come out ($45) was extremely reasonable, especially given how quickly Shai arrived. I would definitely use them again.

I bought a new house in the city. I didn't want anyone to have keys to my house. I went online and searched for locksmiths in my area. I wanted to make sure that they were insured and licensed. I called Nonstop Locksmith in the morning and had someone out in a couple of hours. I was so happy and anxiously waited for my tech to arrive. He arrived a couple of minutes early. The technician was very polite, professional, and quick. I was surprised at the time that it took him. I usually don't like writing reviews, but this company is the best. To celebrate my new house, I want out with a friend. Before I arrived home, my friend called and was locked out. I gave her Nonstop Locksmith's number and she was happy with the service also.

When I called Nonstop locksmith I was not sure if I wanted to get the service done. They took the time to answer all the questions and concerns I had over the phone. I had called many locksmith prior to calling them and they had refused to answer any questions over the phone and demanded all my contact information. But with Nonstop they didnt mind helping me out. They even offered a free estimate. I was able to schedule an appointment the next day. The technician was on time, very professional, and helpful. The job took a couple of hours but it was completed very well. Normally I'm not the kind of person to write reviews, but I figured since they took the time to make this experience pleasant and even did a courtesy follow up, this was the least thing I could do.

Joseph was here 20 mins after we placed the call at 7:30 p.m. He was extremely professional, helpful, and knowledgable. We have already recommended Non-Stop Locksmith to our neighbor.

It went great. Shimon is very pleasant, professional, and efficient. Before it was clear he'd find a matching lockset, he suggested several alternatives we could use if we couldn't match the lockset. The price was fair (the $225 total includes $85 for the lockset), and the service was very fast. I will definitely use Non-Stop in the future. Highly recommended.

We live in a townhouse complex and lost our only mailbox key (yes, yes, I know - we should have had other copies). We had to have the lock replaced on the mailbox door. I called several companies for quotes, ranging from the high end at $150 (that company claimed they needed to replace the door) to the low end of $110. While Non Stop was the most cost effective, I also chose them because when I spoke with Chuck, he gave me questions for other companies. He spelled out exactly what the costs would be, what we might encounter with other firms, and he was spot on. When I called back to say we wanted to use them, they were at our house within two hours. They were fast, friendly, and professional. We were thrilled with our interaction with them and would definitely use them again.

We called and they were able to send someone out I think the same day. I like their efficiency.

They were great. The locksmith came when he said he would. I would use this provider again.

We called the locksmith around 2pm, and they said they would be here between 4-6. They called us around 5 to let us know a more specific time they'd get here (I love getting a heads-up), and were on time. From calling to say he (no name on the invoice) was here, to swiping the credit card (they use one of those cool iphone card swipers), took literally less than 5 minutes. Though everything went as well and as quickly as I would've imagined (since they were only sawing off a bike lock- something that takes a hand tool and maybe a youtube video), $75 (including Angie's List coupon for 12% off) for 5 minutes or less is pretty frustrating. Since they charge $29 for the "service/trip charge", that means that the thing that took literally 1-2 minutes and no skill cost 56 bucks (without coupon)! I'm pretty sure the argument here would be that there are places that charge more, but good lord, that doesn't mean it's okay. Honestly, if we had it to do over again, we would've just bought the $99 Milwaukee sawzall off Amazon or somewhere (we like saws) and done it ourselves, no matter how prompt or nice (he was very nice) the guy was.

The mistake I made was to pay them 100% after majority of the work was done with the exception of one component. They promised to finish the work within a few days. I made a mistake by trusting them and I broke my Cardinal rule. Once you pay a contractor completely for the job that is not finished 100%, all promises are useless not worth the paper they are written on. NEVER EVER Pay a contractor completely if the work is not done 100%, regardless of what kind of ratings they have and what list they are on.

Simon/Shimon was very responsive and came within an hour of my call, even though I didn't have an emergency situation. He replaced a broken deadbolt lock on my front door and I decided to have the whole house re-keyed, which I had been meaning to do for a while. He was fast and professional and very pleasant. He was also happy to take the Angie's List discount coupon. I don't have a basis of comparison for prices as I haven't used a locksmith in years -- the fee I paid included the replacement lock, re-keying six locks and making four keys. I highly recommend him.

The lock on my front door wouldn't unlock/lock from the inside for some reason. I called Nonstop and arranged a time for someone to come out and fix the lock. The technician was prompt, very friendly and educated me on what the problem was. This was my second time using this service and I am very pleased with them. They are always prompt and polite, and the prices are reasonable. I would highly recommend Nonstop without reservation. I will continue to be a satisfied customer.

I phoned the company late Sunday afternoon and left a message on the answering machine. My situation was not an emergency, so I left a message describing what I wanted and thought someone would call me back Monday morning. By the time I hung up the phone, Shimone was already calling me back. We agreed that someone would phone me on Monday morning and I would schedule an installation appointment at that time. Chuck phoned me back on Monday morning and we discussed the type of lock to be installed, price, and arranged a time for later that day. Chuck arrived promptly; showed me the equipment he would install; confirmed the cost, and got to work right away. Chuck was professional, very knowledgeable, and pleasant to deal with. He efficiently installed the new deadbolt and latch guard, thoroughly tested it, and instructed me in its proper operation. He made sure that the keys worked and explained how I could obtain additional keys in the future, if needed. He also cleaned up after having to do some drilling and metal cutting work.

Work was done right I would call them again

I want to rekey 3 entry doors to one key, each door has a deadbolt and a regular Schlage lock, a total of 6 cylindar. There were some hiccups initially, but they were resolved after communicating with the company. The job was done in good quality, and the price may seem a bit high, for which one has to decide by himself by looking at a few options.

It was Friday late evening and I went to pickup some staff from a friend. I stayed for coffee and then everyone went to sleep. I came to my car and I couldn't find my keys. This is my only set of keys that I couldn't find.I felt bad waking up my friend and didn't know what to do! I usually call my mechanic but it was late at night on Friday evening.... I used my blackberry and started searching for a solution. They were the first one that showed up. I was sure that I will have to pay more than $250 but they surprised me with the low price and the fast service. I had this technician come over in less than 30 minutes!! Overall, I was so happy to get into my car and get the keys from the passenger seat. Felt so silly doing that!he was a pleasant person Anyway, he was a pleasant person and it was a good service and not too expensive!

So, funny story... I got home from work and my key wasn't working. So, I called my husband who was asleep inside to let me in. He came to the door to find that he could not get out either. So he took the door knob out of the door. We needed a replacement fast. Called Non Stop Locksmith and Shimon was at the front door within 30 minutes. He replaced the door knob with two keys in under 15 minutes and laughed with us about our predicament. Super fast, professional and friendly. Will definitely use him again! Thanks, Shimon!
