They were really good. They were pretty reasonable as far as their pricing. They made themselves available to get it done before the drywallers came in and while the electricians were around. They made an extra effort to come in and worked on our schedule even though they had other things going on. They were friendly. He gave us a couple different ways to work with the electrician to keep the price normally. They gave me some good options. We were happy with them and I would recommend them to anybody I know.

They were great in terms of the follow up and stuff. They were on top of it. Their price was in line with what other people were doing. They were very responsive.

Serviceman came within the window of time provided. Installation of the night latch was very straightforward. He was extremely knowledgeable of locks, security, keys, etc He gave recommendations and showed me much more secure locks than what I currently have for future consideration Would definitely use these guys again and would recommend them.

the technician came out and replaced the cylinder for my front door lock and made extra keys on the spot. The price seems a bit high for what was done, but he was punctual and very quick in performing the duties. $45 service charge, $50 labor for about 10 minutes of actual work, $30 for the new cylinder (fair price) and $10.60 for 4 extra keys (fair price).

I contacted the locksmith by email. They were initially helpful and responsive. They sent a locksmith over to look at the broken antique lock. Their standard lock did not fit, so he took measurements. Neither the locksmith nor the office ever got back to me about finalizing the job, so the lock remains broken. Despite an email to the office. I didn't give an F overall, since they didn't charge for the service call when they ended up just taking measurements.

A week or so ago I was out with a friend who I hadn't seen for a while. Once we finished we went our separate ways. I realized my house keys, were missing. I knew I had then when I left, I figured they must have fallen out while we were talking. I knew I didn't want to worry about someone finding my keys and then figuring out where my house was. I feel like the likelyhood of that though is fairly small, but I still was concerned. I called Non Stop Locksmith and someone was at my house within an our or so. The person who came was able to help me and answer questions. He rekeyed the house and garage. I feel much better now.

The knob and lock had been, not broken, but difficult to work with for a while, sometimes the key got stuck, sometimes the doorknob got stuck, sometimes both. But I was able to work through it. It would take a couple of times once in a while, but then Sunday I was coming home from breakfast and tried to work with the lock. The doorknob just fell apart and the key got completely stuck in the lock. I needed to call someone, that was for me the last straw for this door. I called these guys and they were at the house quickly and were able to change the lock and doorknob. It has been almost a week and everything has worked out just fine. Nothing gets stuck anymore. I am so thankful!

The tech made the keys. Price was ok. I had an Angie's List coupon I printed that morning without expiration date. He said they were not honoring them anymore. I let it go and went home. THE KEYS DID NOT WORK! They were for 2 different gates. I had to go back to the store and fortunately one of the owners or senior people was there. He showed the tech what he did wrong and rekeyed the keys. I mentioned the Angie's list coupon and though they stopped taking them (though was on the site)' they would take care of it, which they didn't. Think he forgot and I let it go. New keys worked fine though I did not appreciate having to drive back to the store. This could happen to anyone. Mistakes happen but the tech should be better trained as far as I am concerned. Not sure I would go back with anything besides standard keys. I am sure though that this tech won't make the same mistake again.

Very pleased with both appointments I've made with Non Stop Locksmith technicians in recent months. Both gentlemen were prompt, friendly, professional, efficient, and did excellent work. They were both very helpful and I appreciated their communication with me. I was very impressed both times, inspiring me to rate their work so highly here.

I don't remember the cost. They answered the phone on Saturday evening, when I lost my keys. They said they could not fix the lockout of my car (thanks to the smart key system). However, when I called the following day, they set up an appt. conveniently for Mon. am. I live in the suburbs and they didn't charge extra for coming. The worker was professional and courteous. He seems fairly fast, and made sure all my keys worked. He came prepared to make the extra copies I wanted (as it would be the most convenient time ever again). I'm more than satisfied.

They did a great job, I am very happy with the rekeying. Everyone I spoke to was polite and professional. Everyone was very knowledgeable and helpful. I will pass this name along for sure.

I found Non Stop Locksmith on Angie's List a few weeks ago and called t set up an appointment for new locks. The person who came was very knowledgeable and able to answer all of the questions I had. This is a great company. I will use them in the future.

I called Non Stop based on the number and positive reviews on Angie's list. I explained that a tenant was moving out and I needed to meet the technician at the premises. They said they did not have a regular ($45) appointments available, but they did have an emergency appointment available the following day at 5pm. At 4:30pm the following day, I was at the premises and receive a call that they could not make the appointment. The dispatcher requested that they move the appointment to between 9-10pm. I told them that was acceptable, but I needed 30 minutes notice to meet them as I am currently living downtown. I received a call at 8pm that the technician was at the premises. I quickly rented a car online and drove to the premises, arriving at 8:30pm. I was told the technician could not wait and had taken another job. I then waited in an empty apartment until 10pm for another technician to arrive. At 11:30pm the technician was still working on the locks and still was not finished. The technician said his cell phone was dead and therefore needed to be paid in cash. He proposed that he would return the next day at 5pm on his own time to finish the job. At 5pm I called the technician and he informed me that e would be there no later than 5:30pm. He text'd me around 5:15pm saying he was in traffic, he arrived closer to 6pm. He took another hour to complete the lock change over and charged me another $146 dollar. He said he reduced my bill as much as he could, taking $20 off the second visit fee and did not charge me for the 7 keys. In the past, I have had this done and it took about an hour and $100. When someone has your locks disassembled, you don't have a lot of choice but to complete the job at whatever price they demand. However, the primary reason I would not use this provider again is the complete lack of respect for my time demonstrated by the company. Update 19 Nov 2013 - A representative from Non Stop Locksmith called me to apologize and ask what they could do to make up for the experience. They refunded the second visit. I appreciate when a company realizes the inconvenience they cause and attempts to set it straight. I have updated this review accordingly.

Chris was met at the door and right away took note that we removed our shoes before entering and promptly did the same without being asked to do so. He went right to work assessing the situation and need and did so with the utmost care and attention to detail. He took the time to show me the quality of the parts used and provided me with the brand name as assurance. The information given was just enough without being overbearing. He also by way of conversation informed me of the other services provided by Non-Stop Locksmith which I plan to call upon in the future. Having this good experience I would definately recommend them to others.

The technician showed up on time, went right to work and fixed the locks in question. He was very professional.

Joseph arrived exactly on time, and was a nice, personable guy. He was in and out in about 35 minutes.

Pedro was the man that came out. Hector was there helping him and was in training. I think something may have gone wrong because now I cannot lock the door on the handle. I can only lock the dead bolt. What happened is that the dead bolt was placed incorrectly, and the lock on the door handle is not aligned correctly. I was uncomfortable with having someone in training at my house.

They did a good job and took care of my issue

They were wonderful. Mr. Cruz the locksmith that responded to the call was professional and so helpful. Mr. Cruz went the extra and worked to open the lock box after he removed the box from outside my condo. This saved me extra money and time replacing the extra set of key. The person who answered my distress call was courteous and saved me from a night of worry.

The company was great. They were able to send out someone that very day. They completely replaced the front and the side door locks and changed the back door lock. We did have an issue with the front door sticking a bit but called the company and again, they sent someone right out and fixed the problem. I would not hesitate to call them again!
