My experience with them was fine.

They are on time, very personable and do great work.

The team arrived on time and had an organized approach to tackling the dust in our condo. Letty was knowledgeable as to what products to use on which surfaces in our home. Their work exceeded my expectations. I tried to check places where their oversight would be understandable, but there were no oversights! These people are experienced pros.

I never thought I'd find someone to clean my house well until I found Letty and her husband Fausto. I hired them in November 2005 and hesitated to comment until they had been working for me for awhile. Letty's work has been consistent, unlike my past experience with cleaning people. I have her clean for me on a bi-weekly basis and am very happy with the quality of work. I'm picky so that says a lot. Also, I have a a Labrador retriever who sheds like a bear and when Letty and Fausto leave my house there is not a dog hair to be found. I look forward to having Letty around for a long time. Aside from doing a great job and being a very professional woman, Letty is a very sweet, good person and I trust her in my house 100%.

I was disappointed overall. This was the first cleaning of my house since I moved in 3 weeks ago. For the price I paid, I expected to see the crew cleaning floors on hands and knees (as I do) but instead got the "swipe" treatment. After the crew left, I found piles of debris left on the floor and several corners were not cleaned. They used the white-glove treatment in giving me an estimate, but that's not the service I received. I expected them to spend at least five hours at my house because of the discussion we had when Letty gave me an estimate (we had a difficult time finding a good time/day), but instead they spent less than 4 hours. I do not recommend this service.

Letty and Fausto weren't just on time - they were 20 minutes early! More importantly, they came on a Sunday on 2 day's notice. I had wanted to have a spring cleaning as a Valentine for my wife, who went out of town for 3 days. Letty had the same idea. Their prices were good, and they worked quickly, efficiently, and hard. The house looks great, and my wife was very happy.

Good job overall. Three people came and were done in under 4 hours. Our condo hadn't been really cleaned for a really long time. They moved all the furniture in the living room and cleaned behind it. The place looks great. The only minor things I found were a few missed window sills and corners, but overall not a big deal. I plan on having them come regularly so it doesn't get that bad again!

Letty and her husband are very punctual. They arrived 20 minutes early at 7:40 am. They are both very friendly. They did an amazing job. They cleaned more than I expected them to and they didn't raise their original estimate. Letty estimated she would clean the apt in about 4-5 hrs. But because she did such a great job and also my apt was very dirty, she worked non-stop until everything was sparkling clean for over 6 HOURS. I would gladly use Letty's services again and recommend her to all my friends.

Letty (one of the owners) and Co. are doing a fantastic job. I can already tell that Noah's cleaning service is two cuts above my last service. They are committed and friendly and accommodating as well. The cleanliness and appearance of a dental office is obviously very important to me as the owner and even more so to my patients. Business can be lost or gained by the cleanliness of any health facility and we take the matter seriously. Noah's is doing an excellent job and believe me I'm not easy to please!

Very thorough, very professional, and quick to return calls. This will be the only cleaning service I expect to use in the future.

The first time I had the owner Letty and her husband come out, they were very polite and prompt, giving me a monthly price right on the spot. They were very patient and understanding when I told them I was waiting on additional estimates for comparison sake. After talking with other companies, I felt Letty gave us a fair price and was very personable, which is a close second to ''price'' in my book. As a result, I gave them a shot at working with us. They came in again, on time, and walked the building with me once more, making sure they were clear on all of our expectations. They diligently cleaned all common areas very well, leaving no doubt in my mind that we went with the right service. While we paid them $150 for 1/2 a month of service, from here on we'll be paying them $300/month to have them come out weekly to clean our building. We're very pleased with their work, and look forward to working with them. I'd highly recommend using Noah's Cleaning Services, Inc..

Letty came over at the scheduled time to give an estimate - over the holiday weekend, no less. More importantly, on the day of cleaning, she arrived on time, and stayed until everything was clean! She did an excellent job making my place look like workers had never been there! The price was very reasonable, considering the scope of the job. After my experience, I'm going to work out a regular cleaning schedule with Letty, and look forward to working with her again!

I HAD A VERY POSITIVE EXPERIENCE WITH LETTY AND HER COMPANY. SHE WAS PROFESSIONAL, CAME OUT AND GAVE ME AN ESTIMATE. SHE WAS ON TIME FOR THE ESTIMATE AND THE JOB. LETTY WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL. SHE HAD A CONFLICT COME UP THAT COULD HAVE INTERRUPTED HER DOING THE WORK, BUT BECAUSE SHE SAID SHE WOULD DO IT, SHE GOT SOME HELP AND WAS THERE AND DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. I ADDED SOMETHING TO HER ESTIMATE AND SHE WAS VERY REASONABLE IN THE PRICING. THE HOUSE WAS IMPECCABLE AFTER SHE AND HER CREW LEFT. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER AND NOAH'S CLEANING!

LETTY MET WITH ME AT MY CONVENIENCE THE SAME NIGHT I CALLED TO LOOK OVER THE PLACE. SHE CAME EARLY ON SATURDAY WITH HER CREW AND BY THE TIME THEY LEFT IN THE AFTERNOON, THE PLACE WAS FIT FOR A NEW TENANT. THE CREW HAD TO WORK AROUND A PAINTER AND SOME OTHER TRADESMEN AND EVERYTHING WORKED OUT BEAUTIFULLY. THEY DID A GREAT JOB CLEANING LIGHT FIXTURES, WINDOWS, WALLS, FLOORS. I WAS AMAZED THE BATHROOMS COULD EVER BE THAT CLEAN.

LETTY AND HER HUSBAND ARE WONDERFUL. THEY DO A THOROUGH AND METICULOUS JOB WITH OUR HOME. THEY GO ABOVE AND BEYOND EVERY TIME. IT MAKES MY LIFE A LOT EASIER TO HAVE LETTY COME OUT EVERY OTHER WEEK. THEY ARE EASY TO COMMUNICATE AND WORK WITH.

LETTY'S RESPONSIVENESS AND OVERALL CUSTOMER SERVICE ORIENTATION ARE TERRIFIC. SHE FOLLOWED UP PROMPTLY ON EVERY PHONE CALL I PLACED AND ALSO TOOK THE INITIATIVE TO CALL ME AFTER SHE CLEANED TO ENSURE I WAS HAPPY WITH THE RESULTS. SHE AND HER HUSBAND, FAUSTO, ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND EXPERIENCED. I HAD BEEN CLEANING OUR HOUSE FOR SEVERAL MONTHS BEFORE HIRING LETTY AND FAUSTO. I AM VERY PARTICULAR ABOUT MY NEEDS (E.G., NO POLISH OR OTHER LIQUID CLEANER ON MY FURNITURE) AND HAVING CLEANED HOUSES MYSELF IN THE PAST, I LOOK FOR SOMEONE WHO IS AS CAREFUL AND DETAIL-ORIENTED AS MYSELF. WHILE THE PRICE IS A BIT HIGHER THAN OTHER SERVICES, I HAVE ALSO FOUND THAT YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. I LOOK FORWARD TO A LONG RELATIONSHIP WITH LETTY AND FAUSTO!

THE CLEANING CREW (HUSBAND AND WIFE) CLEANED AN APARTMENT THAT ONE OF OUR TENANTS LEFT A COMPLETE DISASTER. WE CALLED THEM 1 DAY BEFORE WE NEEDED THE WORK COMPLETE AND IT WAS A LAST MINUTE REQUEST. THEY CALLED ME BACK BY THE END OF THE DAY AND CAME OUT THAT NIGHT TO SURVEY THE ''DAMAGE.'' WE REALLY NEEDED THE WORK COMPLETED THE NEXT MORNING, BUT THEY HAD A COMMITTED CUSTOMER FOR NOON. HOWEVER, THEY AGREED TO COME OUT AND MEET US AT OUR APARTMENT BUILDING AT 6AM! TO COMPLETE THE WORK. THEY REALLY WERE FLEXIBLE AND THE APARTMENT WAS SPARKLY CLEAN WHEN THEY FINISHED. IT LOOKED LIKE A NEW APARTMENT! WE WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.

LETTY RETURNED MY CALL QUICKLY AND ARRANGED TO CLEAN THE APARTMENT ON VERY SHORT NOTICE. SHE AND HER HUSBAND DID A GREAT JOB. I WOULD DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN.

HAVING A TODDLER AND STARTING TO WORK A FULL TIME JOB LEFT MY HOUSE EXTREMELY CHAOTIC. CSO LAST SATURDAY I CALLED LETTY AND WE SCHEDULED FOR A SPRING CLEANING SERVICE FOR TUESDAY. SHE ARRIVED ON TIME, POLITELY GREETED US, DID NOT SAY ANY COMMENTS ON THE STILL EXISTING MESS AND STARTED HER WORK IMMEDIATELY. I WAS WORKING FROM HOME, SO I COULDN'T NOT NOTICE THE SPEED, ENERGY, AND METICULOUS WORK SHE WAS DOING WITH NO STOP EXCEPT FOR A COUPLE OF BREAKS I SUGGESTED. SHE DID A PERFECT SPRING CLEANING JOB, MOVING SOFAS, TABLES, CHAIRS TO CLEAN BEHIND THEM. SHE ORGANIZED EVERYWHERE, MY KITCHEN COUNTERS, TOYS AND EVEN MY SET OF DVDS AND PAPERS ON THE DINING TABLE! GOD BLESS HER! I COULD NOT HOLD MYSELF FROM HUGGING HER. SHE HAS TRANSFORMED MY HOUSE INTO A CLEAN, ORGANIZED, LIVING PLACE, AND ALL MY FAMILY APPRECIATES THIS CHANGE. SHE IS A GEM AND A TRUSTWORTHY WOMAN. I AM KEEPING HER SERVICE AND HEARTFULLY RECOMMEND HER.

I CALLED ON A MONDAY, MET LETTY ON TUESDAY, AND THEN SHE CAME BACK ON WEDNESDAY TO START WORKING. SHE CAME FIRST THING IN THE MORNING WITH ANOTHER WOMAN, AND GOT TO WORK RIGHT AWAY. THEY WERE VERY THOROUGH CLEANING THE BATHROOMS, AND DID A GREAT JOB DUSTING ALL OVER THE HOUSE. IT WAS SO NICE TO COME HOME TO A CLEAN HOUSE - AND HAVE SOMEONE BE ABLE TO COME OVER SO QUICKLY TO GET THE JOB DONE...I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE, AND I THINK THEY ARE VERY MODERATELY PRICED.

LETTY IS VERY PERSONABLE AND WORKS WELL. I'M PRETTY SURE THS HOUSE IS AS CLEAN AS IT HAS BEEN IN SEVERAL YEARS. SHAME ON ME AND CONGRATS TO LETTY.

I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH ABOUT LETTY! SHE IS COMPLETELY RELIABLE, TRUSTWORTHY, A WONDERFUL CLEANER- VERY THOROUGH AND CAREFUL-POLITE, HONEST AND A PLEASURE TO HAVE IN MY HOME. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER! SHE IS A SELF-STARTER AND VERY SMART. FABULOUS WORK AT A REASONABLE PRICE. $18 AN HOUR WITH A THREE HOUR MINIMUM.
