Crew cleaned our 3Br Bungalow top to bottom. They did a great job, and did it quickly and efficiently.

Oscar and his team were fantastic! They clean our condo building's hallways on a bi-monthly basis, and always do a very good job. We had some major construction in our home and had tons of construction dust after the repairs were done. They came in and did a deep-cleaning of our entire 2-story condo. They did incredible work--very professional and thorough, and we it looked sparkling once they were finished. Would highly recommend!

I had a angie's list coupon for this group and it expired. They honored the coupon ( which I appreciated ) and charged a small fee. They were very reasonable and accomodating and really helped us out because we had a party on the following Sunday. they brought three people and were very effective. I definitely would use them again.

They wanted me to provide some materials others they brought. They did a good job.

I have used Letty's crew previously with good results, mostly with rental property and occassionally at my home, but it had been a while. This home visit was on short notice and the crew was led by Oscar (her nephew). The work was done carefully and well. My biggest concern with any cleaning service in my home is that they be honest and that they don't "over clean", like scrubbing too hard or breaking/damaging stuff. Oscar listened to my concerns and directions on both counts. I will use again, both at my home and at a rental property. I recommend them.

Noah's has cleaned our house every two weeks for almost three years now. The crew, Elia and Marilou, will be here again tomorrow. We trust they will do a thorough job, because they always do. After they leave, our house is orderly and clean. Always professional, reliable, trustworthy, and pleasant.

I was initially very grateful that this cleaning service came out on a Sunday to do our move-in clean. We were on a tight schedule, the floors completed on Sat. and Mon was the move-in day. From the moment they set foot into the house, Letty started to complain. She complained that the house was not billed the way that I had told her on the phone. She said the cleaning conditions were poor b/c the house smelled from the floors (I had opened the windows and fans for 2 hours prior to cleaning). She accused me of not describing the windows properly and that the home was bigger than she expected (4 reasonable size bedrooms and 2.2 smaller size bathrooms). The floors were just finished the prior day and were in impeccable condition before the cleaning service arrived. The cleaning service dragged their vacuum on the floor and scratched up a lot it with their vacuum!! I had water in the basement from a flood the day before and did not even have them clean the basement which was originally part of what we had talked about. She still charged the same amount for the job! My husband brought them drinks for coming to help us on a Sun morning, specifically stating not to take other drinks but they drank/took the other drinks too. I bought a lot of cleaning supplies for this job to cut costs, and they took some of these supplies with them! They also took/threw away the kids cups! Why? One of the cleaners was cleaning my dining room chandelier when it loosened from the ceiling. Letty blamed the painters for not replacing it correctly. So the chandelier is now down from the ceiling and now we need to put it back up! An overall harrowing experience!!

This is my dream of a cleaning service. Everyone workds until they are finished, rather than watching the clock, and the house is really clean. The crew is friendily and professional. Letty, the owner, is an amzing person. Not only is she punctual and professional, but she is a kind and friendly person. She takes her work very seriously and goes the extra mile to make sure everything is done right. After the first visit, the crew now comes when we are at work. They have come only once, and they did just as through ajob as they did the first time. They are coming again tomorrow, and I am sure the house will be throroughly cleaned. I highly recommend Noah's Cleaning. Of all the cleaning services we have had, this is the only one that cleans as if it is their home. Please note that the price for the regular cleaning for our house is $140.00.

Poorly. No show and no phone call.

I've been using Noah's cleaning for the entire 2+ years I've lived in my apartment. Letty is a sweet woman, the price is right, and her ladies do wonderful work. I'm getting married and moving at the end of the month; Letty will be in attendance at the wedding and her ladies will ABSOLUTELY be taking care of our new home!

Moving into a new home and needed the mess from construction cleaned up so that the final finish on the floors come be laid before the actual move on Friday. I contact Noah's and talked with Letty. Her staff and her came by the same day and did a marvelous job. I don't know what I would have done without them. Their efforts and hard work allowed us to do the move without the worry of disorder and knowing that all prior work had been completed and the debris from that work was cleaned away.

We are more than satisfied with everything that Letty and her crew have done for us. They are delightful ladies that work very hard and they are a joy to have around.

They charged me $500 for a whole house cleaning, which I thought was unusually high, but Letty reassured me that it was because my house hadn't been professionally cleaned in so long. The cleaning was fine, but they spilled cleaner on a book that contained a software CD in it and didn't say anything to me about it. I found it later when I got home. They left no note, did not apologize. The book cost me $50, down the drain. I never heard from her again, and I assume that it why. I feel like they took advantage of me and left me to dry. I would not recommend them.

The overall experience was good. Letty had wanted to preview the initial cleaning job to get a sense of what needed to be done, however, my schedule did not allow for it. When Letty and crew showed up, they were in for more than they bargained for. It has been a long while since my house had a deep cleaning. With dogs, multiple home improvement projects, caked on ovens, stovetops, etc..etc..it was a tough job. Letty and team delivered though they ran out of time given the amount of mess that had accumulated in my small house. I highly recommend them and will use them again in shorter intervals.

I have a very nice experience with this company. I had scheduled the cleaning one night before and they were able to accomodate me. The three women who performed the job were careful with my belongings and vigilant of the "troubled" areas in the house. My master bathroom needed the most work and they did a remarkable job of getting the water stains off of the shower floor, door, and the counter tops. Within two hours my place was sparkling.

I called at 1:30 p.m. with a request for a deep cleaning of my home "as soon as possible" -- Letty was at my house with a team of five at 3:00 p.m. the same afternoon and my entire 4-story house was sparkling clean and the team was out the door by 6:30 p.m. I was frankly shocked that my house, which hadn't had a good cleaning in months, had been transformed so quickly right before my eyes by Letty and her team - they were also very friendly and professional. The service was not cheap but was well worth every penny. I will be using them again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for someone to clean their home.

I got them from Angie's List. They are great. We've had them for several months. They are excellent and reliable. They are careful with our belongings and our house.

Letty and crew came out on very short notice and did an amazing job cleaning our home before the arrival of out-of-town guests. We lost our previous cleaning lady a couple months prior, so it had been a while since the house had a thorough scrubbing. 4 women came and cleaned the upstairs in a couple hours. They brought some of their own supplies and used some of mine (by request). A few things I really liked: they used cloth rags and towels instead of paper towels for all the cleaning. hey cleaned ceiling fans, walls and ceilings (cobwebs, dust, etc.) without being asked. They moved all the furniture when vacuuming and cleaning. Things were put back exactly where they were before they cleaned and dusted. They even cleaned on top of the cabinets (including washing the vases that were stored up there!). They came back the next day to finish the basement area, which they even helped to organize! While the cost was more than I would pay for regular service, I certainly got much more than regular service. Overall, I was incredibly happy with the whole experience and will use Noah's Cleaning again!

They are fabulous. They are very reliable and do an excellent job. They take care of your furniture.
