This company was very responsive from the first call I made, and also extremely friendly. They were able to come do the job on a short notice. They thoroughly cleaned both units that tenants had recently moved out of. Everything was cleaned up to my high standards, and I was extremely pleased. This was my first time using Noah's, but I was very satisfied and plan to use them again. This experience was the start of what will hopefully be a long-lasting business relationship!

It was easy to schedule an appointment. Letty, the owner, was very courteous and helpful. Letty and crew arrived as promised and immediately began cleaning. The house was spotless when they were done. I will certainly have them back on a regular basis.

The crew was on time, friendly, polite, and got down to business. They were thorough and efficient. I was happy to see that the crew moved furniture to clean behind and underneath things. Very few surfaces went untouched.

They did an an estimate for cleaning my house and they cost over twice as much as my previous cleaning lady ($180 vs. $85). They also required that I pay $300 for the first clean even though I'd had a cleaning lady 2 weeks before. I wouldn't commit to them that day and told them I needed to think about it. I called about a week later thinking I would give them a try, despite their high cost. THEY NEVER CALLED ME BACK. I called them again about a month or two later to see if they would do a post-party clean up for me on a Sunday (for a Saturday night party). This was giving them 3 1/2 weeks notice for the cleaning. Letty was initially friendly and sounded interested in doing the Sunday job until she found out that she had already been to my house and that I hadn't hired her previously for the every 2 week $180 cleanings. Then her tone changed. She was very abrupt, bordering on rude, and told me she couldn't do it, that they don't clean on Sundays, and basically hung up on me.

The whole process was very smooth. This was the first time we'd used cleaners for a move and I was very happy with the results. Letty was easy to get a hold of and set up an appointment for an estimate the next day. She and her crew were able to work in our time frame. They were able to come out the following week right after the movers left. They did a great job. They cleaned out the cupboards, fridge, dusted every surface and ceiling fan, mopped all the hardwood. The place really was very clean when they finished. I was so pleased that I would hire them again.

I figure they don't want my business and I am not going to chase them down.

She cleans every other week for me. It is a 2-bedroom apartment. Lety is very easy to communicate with and goes out of her way to create a sparkling home for me.

Letty and her team clean my apartment every other week. They do an excellent job. They are reliable, professional, very thorough, and pay attention to little details I never would have thought of. Letty is a pleasure to deal with-very responsive and helpful. I've been very happy with Noah's and cannot say enough good things about Letty and Noah's.

I keep my condo pretty tidy, but their thorough fall cleaning was great. They do a monthly cleaning (floors, dusting, kitchen, bath) and I've been pleased with the results. Letty always asks me if there's anything in particular that I'd like them to spend more time cleaning. It's always a pleasure coming home after Letty and Fausto have been there.

Noah's was extremely professional. They kept all appointments from estimating to scheduling, and have been just wonderful to deal with. I have been using them for several months now, and really have nothing but good things to say about them.

They did an excellent job. They were prompt and professional. I was very impressed.

Very professional, always on time. Our space is a challenge and Noah's has always performed to our satisfaction. They have been easy to communicate with and responsive to any extra cleaning needed and provided reasonable rates. We negotiated a first time cleaning at a higher rate to really clean up the space and they did an absolutely amazing job. They are very careful while cleaning around us and all of the objects in our space. We would highly recommend them to any home or commercial space.

From the beginning, Letty has been great. Extremely responsive to phone calls and very nice. The first time, a team of four, including Letty and her husband, came for a thorough spring cleaning. They arrived early and worked quickly and cleaned very thoroughly. I had no problem handing Letty the keys to my condo for regular, monthly cleanings. I trust her and her staff and have never been disappointed with the end results. The house is immaculate when I come home - they even clean under the furniture! I highly recommend -I love the fact that this is a small business where I can know and interact with the owners. They take great pride in their work - as well they should - they do an awesome job!

Noah's Cleaning Service does wonderful work. The house glistens after they are finished. Letty came and looked at the house prior to giving me an estimate. She took detailed notes about how things should be cleaned and recommended different cleaning products. We even had a sewer back up disaster when they were working and they spent extra time and energy cleaning up a disgusting mess. They are always prompt and some days my husband works from home, but they are great about working around him.

Job 1: Letty and Fausto were very prompt in responding to a meeting to provide a quote. They were able to quote a price in the same day. So far everything is going well and they are very professional. Job 2: Letty and Fausto were very professional and provided us with a quote right after we went through in detail what needed to be taken care of. They do an excellent job and I never have to worry about the quality of their service. Most of all, I like the fact that they maintain all their own supplies. In addition, they keep a log as to when they serviced the building but I really never check because I can always tell as soon as I get home that day that they were there. I highly recommend them.

Very good and efficient. They are higher priced than other crews but the quality is excellent. They have 4 people and are done in just over an hour. Letty is a stickler for details. Love 'em.

Letty called me back quickly after I left my first message. She offered to give us a free estimate, which we accepted. We were under the impression that we would only need maintenance cleaning; but when she and her husband showed up, she strongly suggested that we do a deep cleaning, which we agreed was a good thing. On the day of the cleaning, they showed up on time and were very pleasant. Ultimately, we thought they did a great job, but we felt that the price was too high for us to hire them on a regular basis. We would consider hiring them again for a deep cleaning, though.

I am very happy with the work performed, both with the deep clean and the subsequent visit. It is obvious to me that they care very much about doing a thorough job and that they want me to be happy with the result. They are also very reliable. Although I may not know to the minute when they'll arrive on the scheduled day, I know the approximate time, and Letty calls to let me know about when they will arrive; it is nice not to have to wonder. Also, it is certainly not required that the people cleaning my house be friendly, but they are (I particularly enjoy Letty), so that is a nice plus. I also appreciate being able to communicate by e-mail. The cost may seem high, but I feel that I am getting what I'm paying for (I have had prior housecleaners to compare them to -- they were cheaper and mediocre at best). I would recommend Letty and her crew to anyone.

Letty Mazariegos went way out of her way. I was looking for a cleaning service as a new baby gift to my nephew and his wife. Lombard is quite a commute for Letty. She accommodated their schedule for an initial interview. Once there, no one answered the door. She then made several phone calls to try to complete the meeting. She was great! One of the other services I scheduled neither showed up nor called. Thank you for trying and for caring, Letty!

Prompt and very courteous. Letty, her husband Fausto, and two helpers spent at least 4 hours working at a great pace. They cleaned everything thoroughly, including things we hadn't even thought about. We have engaged them for 6 months to return for a ''standard'' cleaning every two weeks at $125/session.

Letty is very prompt and professional. They did a very good job cleaning the house. They were prompt in arriving and very professional in their work. Letty did ask me to inspect the work as they finished a room. This is very important to do. There were a few spots that her staff missed (i.e., the back of the oven, microwave top, top of light fixture in bathroom,etc.). When I pointed them out, Letty made sure that they were properly cleaned and re-inspected. She made sure that the house was cleaned to my satisfaction and did not leave until all was done properly. It was a very pleasant experience.

Letty and Fausto are terrific - punctual, accommodating, friendly and trustworthy. They have done a great job cleaning. I have no other service to compare to, but I'm always pretty to very satisfied when I come home after they have cleaned my place. They generally do a terrific job. From what I can tell, they are a little more expensive than other services, but not outrageous, and the extra $$ is worth it for trust, responsiveness and professionalism.

Liddy was very professional. She provided an accurate estimate two days prior. Her crew arrived promptly and did a great job.

Noah's is doing an excellent job. The attention to detail is excellent and my condo is always sparkling when I get home. Noah's also remembers to take care of extras that I don't ask about. For example, as soon as the weather was warmer, Noah's cleaned the outside of the glass doors that lead out to the balcony without me even asking.

Wow. Letty and Fausto (husband and wife team) called back the same day I emailed them, and came for a visit and estimate the first day I was free, after hours. The personalities won me over immediately, with warm, kind and honest eyes and smile. Letty had all kinds of suggestions for cleaning tasks (I'm a bachelor, so was happy somebody did :-), and laid out a smart and thorough task list. To be honest, I kept them for an extra 20 minutes+ because I enjoyed talking with them and hearing their remarkable story. Anyway, felt very comfortable handing over my home key, and came home a few days later to find it far cleaner than it'd ever been. It was fun exploring the place and finding everything sparkling - even smelled great (Letty, you're right that the lavender floor cleaner doesn't make my place smell like girl. Love it!). Anyway, I'm won over, and am a regular now. Good luck getting on their list in a few months, but in the meantime they're a GREAT catch!
