Their regular cleaning is fine--if a little pricey. They use a big crew--maybe 5 women. We used them for their deep cleaning and must say, for what we paid, were very disappointed. They moved every piece of furniture in the house to clean under and behind (good) but most pieces they didn't move back (very bad). Coming home at 6:30 to a house that you expect to be PERFECT but instead requires that we move ALL the furniture--all while kids are screaming and running around--is no fun at all. (you expect to put knick-knacks back where they belong--not sofas). And for what we paid I don't think we should have had to deal with it. Their regular cleaning is very good, but on the pricey side.

Letty showed up as promised, worked very hard; had to work with flat painted walls, which is difficult. Floors were a mess with drywall dust, which she tried diligently to get out. Very flexible in timing. I've used before and will use again. More expensive than most, but worth it in my experience.

Letty was very organized and remained flexible throughout the process (my cleaning date kept changing due to other work being performed). Her team did a good job with the cleaning and were very efficient. I would highly recommend them.

They do a terrific job. They've cleaned about 4-5 times and each time is better as they get used to the house. Letty is really good at communicating with us and has been flexible if we need to change the schedule for some reason. Her team is professional, polite and friendly. Her price is slightly higher than other services we've used, but they provide the majority of the cleaning supplies and the vacuum cleaner. They also do such a great job that we're happy to pay it.

I was in a pinch; my new tenant was moving in 4 days later and my current tenants had just packed up their things. The apartment was nowhere near clean and I had nobody to whom I could turn. I hopped on to Angie's List and saw overwhelmingly positive reviews for Noah's Cleaning Services, so I gave the owner a call and we scheduled time for her to view the unit and give an estimate. Letty, the owner, came the next day and gave me a quote of $200.00. I was expecting the price to be substantially higher, so I was floored and immediately booked the cleaning appointment. Given the short time frame, I was impressed with Letty's professionalism; she could have taken advantage of my situation, but kept to her standard pricing schedule. Although my later walk through of the unit found occasional dust that remained (all in out-of-the-way places), the cleaners delivered more than they promised. The value was incredible! Letty's team was able to restore an apartment to almost pristine condition. Since the unit had not been formally cleaned in 3 years of occupancy by two male graduate students, the impact of the work was even more tremendous. On top of that, Letty's quote only included washing of window interiors, but her team decided the windows needed some work on both sides and just threw in the extra labor.

I recently purchased an old apartment building that had been neglected by previous owners. Lettie came in with a team of women and cleaned top to bottom. The place was filthy and now it's not.

They were great. We didn't realize the time between the construction being done and the furniture moving in was going to be a matter of hours not days. I called several services from the List in the morning trying desperately to find someone to come in and clean the day before the movers came with our new desks. Noah's Cleaning Service was able to get 3 ladies out the same afternoon to clean the floors, baseboards and windows of all the dust of construction and give the bathroom the first cleaning it had received since construction began. They also cleaned the 3 flights of stairs up to the office that were disgusting after a winter of snow and salt and dirty workman boots. The ladies were great. Quick and professional. Brought their own vacuum to do the stairs, we provided the Murphy's Oil for the floor, but that may have been because they came straight from another job. Everything was shiny and sweet smelling after they left and the stairs were an amazing transformation.

She came out to give me an estimate on how much her services would be. She never followed up with and waited my time.

Letty agreed to come and clean our very messy town home only 2 days prior to us moving in. The crew did a great job and cleaned areas that I didn't even realize needed cleaning. There were six ladies in her crew. They were able to finish in 4 hours, just in time for the movers.

Was not impressed with their "DEEP" cleaning. I had to go back and show Letty 2 and 3 times that there was dust. She did not complain to do the work over and over until I was satisfied but I was not impressed with the thoroughness of the job. I expected my countertops and cabinets to be dust free when they were done. My tile guy had to come over and help me clean my laundry room floor. There were stains that came up with a little elbow grease and the ladies did not use the appropriate cleaning materials to do the job right. Overall I was not impressed with them.

The entire service was great. Letty was responsive, very flexible with my schedule and understanding that I was a bit disorganized (given that I was in the midst of a big move). She and her crew were thorough and asked me to review their work and redid minor areas that I wanted cleaned a bit more. Letty also pointed out some places with scratches, paint splatters, etc, in our newly constructed condo that we had missed during our walk-through. She seemed very trustworthy which is nice when you have strangers in your home. No question that I will be using her again! It was a bit more expensive than I had expected considering the size of our condo, the amount of time it took them to clean, and the fact that there was nothing in it. However, when I shopped around I found her fees to be comparable or in some cases less than others. I guess that is just the going rate.

I'm sorry it didn't work out, she is a pleasant and honest business owner and I'm sure some day I will call her again.

She seemed very arrogant and unprofessional. She was pricey (estimated me 300$) and eventually she said she didn't need the work.

It was fine. They did a fine job on almost everything. It was fairly thorough. I think that perhaps my expectations were too high for how "deep" a cleaning it was going to be, though to be fair my expectations, Letty made some strong assurances when she came and gave us the estimate. I thought that the price was a bit high for the level of cleaning we got -- there were still areas that they missed (cabinet faces, etc.). Also, they got some silver/gray residue on our large, nice cutting board, that required us to throw that away. So we had to build that into the price of the cleaning.

Letty returned my initial call for an estimate within the hour and was even able to make time to stop over the same day to provide a quote. She is warm and friendly and adept at making the whole process smooth and seamless. The actual cleaning was done later that same day and took an hour or two to complete, with two additional team members (both sweet and thorough). Our home is 1100 square feet and we have pets. I feel their services are terrific start to finish, particularly in how accommodating they are. For example, we like to use greener cleaners and Letty was perfectly open to this. Noah s cleaning is responsive, thorough, and professional.

I am three months pregnant and having trouble cleaning my house due to morning sickness. Our house was in need of a good cleaning job as a result. I have one child and another on the way so I am looking for a company that I will love and use long term. Letty had a cancellation just a few days after I called her. She came in to do an estimate for me and ended up bringing two people with her so they could do a same day job. Letty owns the company and because of this there is a lot of care that goes into the work. She took special care in using my products and suggested one for the bathroom with a smell that might not make me sick. They did such a great job! Very nice people, starting with Letty. They moved furniture, got underneath everything and even cleaned inside a few cabinets. She is very open to feedback which is so important. My husband, baby and I were able to enjoy a very beautifully smelling and clean house for the weekend thanks to Letty and her team.

My wife contacted Noah's and Letty gave us an estimate based on our description, but as timing was critical (we had a party scheduled for the weekend) Letty came a day in advance of the cleaning to assess the job in person. Her face fell at the size of the job, but having seen it, she was well-prepared to tackle it all the following afternoon. She told me what cleaning products she preferred and I got them. Letty and her team arrived on time (or a little early) and worked non-stop until they finished. Letty lead by example, working at least as hard as any of them, missing virtually nothing. They did a great job. My house was transformed.

Letty and her husband came out a couple of days after I called them to give me an estimate for cleaning my house every other week. Though it was a little higher than I had been paying my prior cleaners, they are worth it. Letty and her crew are wonderful and so friendly, my kids love it when they show up. Letty is so flexible if I need to change days or times, and she really goes out of her way to accommodate her clients. I don't feel like I have to leave my house when they are here because they just work around me and the kids. I trust them completely and have had no problems in the 14 months that I've been using them. Overall, I am tremendously pleased with Noah's Cleaning and hope to be using them for a long time to come!

"Letty" came for a half-hour visit and tour, then gave us an estimate for a one-time "deep cleaning" plus a short list of cleaning supplies she suggested we obtain before the big day when she would get the house up to her base-line specs before going to a more modest once-a-month schedule. She and her crew of six showed up on-time and we stood back while a tornado took over our home. They brought their own back-pack vacuums and moved heavy pieces of furniture that hadn't been shifted in the nine years we've lived here and used stepladders to reach the ceiling fans. We were amazed to find that they had removed dishes and condiments to get at the inside corners of the kitchen cupboards. Any downside? A few minor items didn't quite end up placed exactly back where they usually live after they were done, but that's it. Now that the place is move-in clean (in spite of our five cats and next-door construction), a smaller crew will be back every month to help us keep it that way.

Letty and her team were on time. They were all very lovely. They used a cleaning agent with lavender as well as our cleaning supplies. We came home the house was spotless. Great work! She was excellent with her team who all ate with her and were treated like family. It was great to see her spirituality with her team. Thank you!

Excellent work for both jobs! Letty and her crew were professional, thorough, and fast. Both properties were sparkling by the time they were done. Letty also was able to come out on short notice for both jobs. Not the most inexpensive cleaning service around, but the money was well spent for the quality of work performed.

I had a dream that one morning I woke up and there were 5 wonderful women in my house, moving furniture and cleaning every inch of my home. The wonderful thing was that it wasn't a dream and it was actually Letty and her team. They did a fantastic job, worked extremely hard and were extremely professional. When Letty and I first met and discussed what she called a deep clean, she promised me that every inch of my home would be attended to and she lived up to her word. I cannot recommend her service more strongly. They were great!

They came in and cleaned our home one time and I am going to ask them to come back to do regular house cleanings. They were really good and thorough. The actual price was less than the estimate.

I called Letty to set up an appointment the same week, and they ended up coming the same day. etty arrived for an estimate and came with her ladies an hour later. She showed up with an army of four! They were all so kind and so sweet. I left them to do their work and she called me 2.5 hours later to come check the place out. I was absolutely stunned at how beautiful the place looked! To my surprise they had actually moved all of the furniture and cleaned the floors underneath it. That I have never come across after using 6 or 7 different cleaning companies. Their work is truly astonishing, Letty is extremely personable, and they cleaned as if it were their own home. I respect them for that and am truly appreciative! Will definitely have them back on a regular basis. Thanks ladies. You're wonderful! Let me just say while their price seems expensive, it really isn't because there were 5 women working for 2.5 hours which works out to just as much as any other company I've used.
